Steven caught up with Kate in the room. He looked at the woman who was sitting on the edge of the bed wearing only a wordrobe. And that made Steven grin. She thought Kate wanted to play with her again.

"Why haven't you slept, hm?" Steven sat next to the woman. He dropped his head on Kate's shoulder and inhaled the scent of vanilla on her body. "You know, I really like the smell of your body" he said again

"Just...!!" Kate pushed Steven's head and stood folding both her hands in front of his chest. "I haven't slept because I'm waiting for you. I ti....

"really? You waiting for me?" cut Steven

"Get rid of that dirty thought!! I want to wear my shirt. But you locked me in your room. You think I can sleep with this look?" sulk Kate

"Why really? You can even fall asleep without wearing anything." Steven said casually

"You..." Kate's words are stuck. He stomped his feet in annoyance and opted out of Steven's room. Unfortunately, the door to the room was locked again. "Steve!!!" scream Kate

Steven chuckled softly. She approached Kate and hugged her from behind. "Night sleep here!! I know you must be worried about your mother's condition. I just want to make sure you get enough rest tonight because there's very little time to rest. So, make good use of it."

"But Steve...

"Sttts. You want to save your mother, right?" asked Steven who was answered nodding by Kate. "If so, obey my orders!! You take a break and tomorrow we'll strategize to save your mother."

Kate releases Steven's embrace and turns her body around to face the man. "You have a plan?"

"of course. I have a lot of plans. But before that, we have to prey on Leo's plot first to be able to devise the next strategy." exclaimed Steven

Kate was silent for a moment. Only then did he widen his two eyes. "Don't you..."

"Yes, Baby. We start our hunt." Steven sneered.

James and some of his men besiege a house where a scientist researches. James gave the code to his men to break down the door.

James came in and shot the scientist right at his feet.

"Akh.." cried the scientist. "Who are you?"

"You're Jack?" ask James who pointed his firearm at Jack.

Jack did not answer. He pressed on the wound on his leg to stop the bleeding with one hand. While the other hand, quietly grabbed something that was in his pants pocket.

But James is moving faster. He pulled out the other weapon and immediately aimed right at Jack's forehead which rendered the man unconscious.

"People say you're a terrible man. But to me, you're a disgusting man. If it wasn't for Mr. Steven telling me to catch you alive, I would have killed you by now." James codes his men to get Jack to the car and partly searches the place and carries something suspicious.

"Arrgghh." cried Jack

"Shut up!! Aren't you a great scientist, why just get hurt like that you've been screaming?" ledek James's

Jack stared intently at James who kept insulting him. He didn't know who James was, but suddenly he came and shot him. Was he one of the families who fell victim to his research?

Jack turned his gaze at someone who had just come. He looked even more charismatic and extremely sinister with an expressionless cold face.

"Who are you?" ask Jack. He felt that his life was in danger. The aura of the person now standing in front of him was terrifying. Even more terrifying than the person who caught him earlier.

Jack swallowed his salivary rough. He regretted helping Leo. Now he is on the verge of death. He was trying to find a poison needle that he always carried in his pocket. But the needle doesn't exist.

"Are you looking for this, hm?" James showed me some needles stored in plastic. Before bringing him here, James had already searched Jack in case Jack kept any dangerous objects.
