Brother Howard used a hand to wipe his face and waved it.

Two of his men walked closer.

"How many men have attacked us?"

"Brother Howard, just one."

"One?"

Brother Howard opened his eyes wide and looked as terrifying as a ferocious tiger. "Just one guy and he beat you all up this bad? You useless trash!"

None of the men dared to answer.
