Ethan had sent over sixty men lying on the ground in less than a minute, and Diane still had not held her breath seeing that happen.

The other workers around him were also dazed like him. It took a while before they could calm their hearts and continue working.

But there were 68 men tied not far from them, and seeing them still made their hearts pound.

Meanwhile, back to the clubhouse of the private hot spring.

John Howard wore a short-sleeved floral shirt, his two exposed arms were full of tattoos, and his face was menacing.

Even though he was mixed up in illegal underground circles, he still wanted to develop his own class.

Using wine glasses to drink Baijiu was one of his unique practices.

He had just earned five million, so he thought it was worth celebrating.

"Boss, call you."

A subordinate walked quickly. "It's Tom Foster."

A puzzled look flashed across John Howard's eyes when he heard the name, followed by an expression of disdain.

"Why did he call me? Isn't he now an important person in the law circle?"

Tom Foster used to interfere in illegal circles too, but he suddenly advanced very quickly and now he is a successful businessman.

Entrepreneurs can make money easier than they are, and the risk is much lower.

John Howard picked up the phone and asked sarcastically, "Why, CEO Foster personally called me because you have some business for me?"

"John Howard, you're really brave huh. You even tried to destroy my project?"

Contrary to his expectations, Tom Foster's tone was cold and direct. "68 of your men are now with me. I want 6.8 million for them. Less than that and none of them left this place!"

Tom Foster hung up after saying that.

John Howard's eyelids start twitching.

He sent 68 people. Are they all perishing?

And that project is connected to Tom Foster?

Damn Steven! Steven never told John Howard about this.

"Call Steven Palmer now!" John Howard immediately ordered.

"Boss, we can't reach him!"

John Howard immediately understood that Tom Foster was serious.

He had just earned 5 million but now he had to spend 6.8 million?

John Howard couldn't stand it, but he knew that Tom Foster was just as ruthless. If he didn't pay, Tom Foster obviously wouldn't let any of them go.

If others find out about this, they may become unfaithful to him.

"What a cruel move."

John Howard laughed coldly and got up. "I'll see Tom Foster myself!"

They can be considered from the same circle of people, and even though they are not in the best condition, they should not be at odds because of a small matter like this. It's just a matter of pride, John Howard can understand.

He asked someone to drive him to Tom Foster's office immediately.

"Young lady, tell your CEO Foster, an old friend, John Howard, is looking for him."

John Howard decided to stay polite and had the receptionist tell Tom Foster instead of going straight upstairs.

The receptionist saw how threatening John Howard was and was followed by a few men, so she couldn't help but be nervous. He quickly called the secretary and explained the situation.

"Mr John Howard, CEO of Foster asks you to go upstairs" the receptionist told John Howard after putting down the phone.

John Howard got into the elevator and went up to the highest floor.

Tom Foster sat in his office, and when he heard a knock on the door, he calmly said, "Come in."

John Howard came in and left his men to wait outside.

"Not bad, not bad. CEO Foster is really impressive, your business has grown tremendously."

He looked around at the fixtures in the office and thought to himself that he would make his own office look like this as well.

After mixing in the underground illegal circle for a long time, he always wanted to come to the surface and wash his hands of illegal transactions.

John Howard walked to the sofa, sat down and narrowed his eyes as he said, "CEO Foster, we haven't seen each other in a long time?"

"It's been over a year."

Tom Foster sat in his place and did not wake up. "So, you want to destroy my project?"

"Misunderstanding! This is all a misunderstanding!"

John Howard laughed, "After all, we are all brothers in the same circle. Even though I love money, I wouldn't go against CEO Foster for that little money."

"I'll tell you honestly, I really don't know this project has anything to do with you. Steven Palmer's son of a bitch didn't tell me at all."

John Howard continued to be upset, "If I knew it was your project, I wouldn't dare to do this even if he gave me 10 million dollars."

Tom Foster stared at John Howard's hypocritical face. He knew very well what kind of person John Howard was – as long as he was paid enough, he would do anything, no matter how crazy it was!
