Chapter 43
But the two women know that Ethan is really not short of money at all.
"Mom, don't just stand there, try on the clothes."
Ethan smiled as he gently pushed April towards the fitting room.
Diane pouts. "Ethan, my mom doesn't want you to waste money."
"My dear wife, you are so petty."
Ethan looked at Diane, "Buying clothes for our mother is considered a waste of money?"
Diane's face flushed red, annoyed that she was called petty. He's just.not as rich as Ethan.
April tried on the dress and walked out, and Diane was instantly dazed.
"Mom, you look so pretty!"
April was beautiful when she was young and still beautiful. So with a new and fitting dress, it accentuates her beauty.
"It's so pretty!"
Ethan couldn't help but sing the praises, "My mom is so beautiful, Dad is so lucky!"
April's face flushed red from the children's praise making her ashamed. "Is that really good?"
"Good!"
Ethan continued, "I assure you that once you see this, your nose will bleed."
April's face is now as red as an apple and full of charm.
After finishing at the store, the salesperson uses both hands to carry all the grocery bags for his customers. He wouldn't let an important customer like Ethan carry himself more than ten bags.
"You can go home from work for the day, I'll hire you to bring me a bag. Enough $10k?"
Ethan still wants to buy clothes for Diane and William, and also wants to buy some cosmetics and health supplements, so it doesn't seem like it's enough to just carry one person carrying a bag.
He turned around and he saw some people following behind him immediately running towards him.
"Boss, do you still need someone to carry your bag?"
Ethan felt he had to get a different car.
This useless BMW luggage is too small and can not even load all the items it buys in just one shopping.
When they returned to their land, April's face was still slightly red. He gets into the house first when Ethan and Diane take the time to bring all the other stuff from the car home.
William was resting, but looked up as he headed for the door. "Honey, you're back?"
When she saw April walking through the door, she was completely stunned.
He even stopped breathing.
Her eyes were wide open, as if she had been stunned by an incredible beauty!
"What ...what are you looking at, why are you looking at me like that?"
William took a deep breath and there was a strong fire in his eyes. "Darling, you're really pretty!"
April was so red that even her neck was red.
"How old are you? Still throwing bullshit like that?!"
He hears Ethan and Diane coming through the door and quickly runs into his room. "I'll change!"
Ethan had more than ten bags in his hand and William was speechless when he saw this.
"You two..."
"We shopped a little."
Ethan smiled, "Dad, I bought you some suits."
"You stupid boy, why waste money on me? Why do I need a suit ..."
"Mom chose them."
All it takes is three words from Ethan to stop William from saying anything else. "Try it later, okay?"
There were bags of health supplements, cosmetics, and even some items that William didn't know what they were.
Then he saw a small box and his face immediately turned red. Why would Ethan buy this kind of thing?
Has he and Diane reached this stage yet?
That's too fast!
"This is for you and I use."
Ethan throws it and William quickly puts it in his pocket. He glared at Ethan and his face was completely red.
"You little bastard!"
William's face was red and his voice turned into a whisper.
She would say more, but April had changed into her usual clothes and came out of the room to prepare dinner. So William doesn't say anything, but he uses his eyes to ask Ethan if April saw him buying this.
Ethan used his eyes to answer: he didn't.
These two men have developed great chemistry in a short time.
After saving everything, Ethan walks into the room and sees Diane at the table, busy keeping records.
When she peeked at what she wrote, she did not know whether to laugh or cry.
"You recorded how much was spent?"
"What-what?"
Diane quickly used her hands to cover up what she was doing. "Why don't you knock before you get in?"
"Why should I knock before entering my own room?"
"What if I change?!"
