Ethan takes the family to the office.

The night before, Tom Foster had arranged for someone to change the nameplate from Foster Group to Palmer Group. He has also arranged for people to renovate the office.

"Thank you!" William answered with great sincerity.

He doesn't know how all this happened, but he does know that if Ethan says there's no problem, then there really isn't a problem.
