Luciel meets with Liz the next morning at the inn and Liz apologizes for not keeping her promise and explains why she couldn't see him last night.

Luciel and Liz were now in the center of the City. Luciel meets Herman while Liz meets Ludwig.

“ This is the sales permit you requested,” Herman said as he handed over a card containing Rune.
