Chapters 11. Go to the mall

A car rolled quickly towards a mall not too far from Rio's house. Bu Elena, Tiwi and Riana, sat in the back, while Rio sat in the front with Pak Karjo, Rio's personal driver. Just a 15-minute drive, the car had reached its destination.

Riana went down first to help Rio get into the wheelchair. Mr. Karjo also swiftly helped remove the wheelchair from the trunk of the car. Riana helped Pak Karjo lift Rio's body. Bu Elena and Tiwi noticed Riana's attitude in taking care of Rio.

Riana pushed the wheelchair that Rio had on it, entered the mall followed by her mother and sister-in-law. But Riana who did not know their purpose, stopped her steps. Riana was confused as to where she was going.

Rio realized Riana's ignorance then Rio asked his mother.

"Ma, what do you want to buy? Mama and Tiwi just buy what you want. Wear this, Riana and I will buy necessities with another card," Rio asked as he handed a black card to his mother.

"Alright, Mama doesn't want to bother you either. Mama is happy you want to accompany Mama to the mall. Riana, take good care of Rio. Tiwi, come on," said Ms. Elena.

"Yes," Riana replied briefly.

Bu Elena and Tiwi stepped away leaving Riana and Rio who still remained in their respective positions. After they left Riana remembered that Rio had not eaten.

"Mas Rio, Riana is still hungry. I wanted to eat a lot, but I'm ashamed of your mother and sister. I want to get some food, you want to come eat or I ask Mr Karjo to accompany you?" ask Riana.

"Don't bother Mr. Karjo. I'll come with you, while waiting for Mama and Tiwi to go shopping. I'm sure they will be old," Rio replied.

Rio's heart was suddenly happy because it could eat out together with Riana. Because it is very difficult to get Riana to eat outside.

"Mas Rio wait here, for a moment. I went to buy food. Remember, don't go anywhere" said Riana and left Rio.

"Riana, shouldn't we eat at the restaurant together?" muttered Rio disappointed.

Rio's heart that used to be flowery, has now withered. Riana was completely insensitive to his wishes.

Riana apparently ordered the prayer equipment on line. After that, she returned again to where Rio was waiting for her.

"Say you want to buy food? Where's food?" ask Rio.

"I'm afraid, Mas Rio is lost or lost. We both just go to the restaurant in this mall," Riana replied with a sweet smile.

"Lost, am I a child?" rio said with a smile.

Riana was shocked when she saw Rio smiling. As it turned out, Rio was not as cold as he thought. So there was still hope for him to be able to make Rio confident with the flaw he had.

Riana took Rio on the elevator towards the restaurant on the 3rd floor. The atmosphere there is quite crowded. Riana purposely looked for a seat at the very corner. Besides being able to see the scenery outside, also to avoid if Rio felt inferior because he was still wearing his mask.

"What do you want to eat?" riana asked as the waiter came.

"Who wants to eat you, why ask me?" rio answered back asking.

Riana smiled as Rio said. Though the goal was for Rio to be able to eat.

"Sir, I signed two packages of crispy chicken. Drink some orange juice, two," Riana told the waiter.

Riana let out a long sigh as the maid left. Riana looked at Rio who looked confused. Maybe because Riana ordered two packages.

In a matter of minutes, the order arrived. Riana looked pleased and she rushed to prepare it for Rio.

"Riana, eat. Why just leave it?" rio asked while looking at Riana.

"I .... Why not appetite? You eat, huh? If there is a friend eating it must taste different. More delicious," Riana replied a little forcefully.

Rio was speechless because he knew that Riana was intentionally doing this for him to want to eat. Indeed, since noon he had not eaten and his stomach worms, had been singing since earlier.

"Ma, Madam Riana is quite clever by inviting Kak Rio to eat here. Just like Mom thought. So actually, what kind of nature Mbak Riana is, I became confused," said Tiwi with a heavy sigh.

"She's a good woman. Not seeing others in distress. It's just, the reality of life that has made Riana so changed. But, the name is also original nature, still not easily abandoned. Rio still has a chance to get Riana's heart with her flaws," Bu Elena replied.

"Ma, Tiwi wants to help Kak Rio to get Riana," Tiwi said.

"no need. Mama thinks your sister will be able to do it on her own. Tomorrow, we go home" said Elena.

Bu Elena and Tiwi stepped away from the restaurant towards the place where the women's clothes were. They plan to buy Riana clothes that match Riana's personality. They deliberately did that, because they were sure, Riana would not want to buy clothes herself.

After they felt enough, Ms. Elena asked the waiter to deliver all their belongings to the car. They were waiting for Rio and Riana who had already been contacted by Tiwi.

Before long, Riana seemed to be pushing her wheelchair towards the car. Just then a man called out Riana's name clearly. Riana stopped to see who called her.

"Riana."

"Handi," murmured Riana.

"So this is you? I've been looking for you for a long time, but mother, if you're married. Where's your husband?" ask Handi curious.

"Include me, this is my husband, Rio," said Riana introducing Rio to Handi.

"Handi."

"Rul."

They shook hands and mentioned each other's names.

"Riana, we haven't seen each other in a long time. Can you give me a minute?" ask Handi.

"Sorry, Handi. I am married now. So I have to ask my husband for permission first" Riana replied.

Riana and Handi looked towards Rio who was trying to hide his jealousy, when he saw the closeness of Riana and Handi. It is very obvious that Handi loves Riana.

"Mas, can I talk to Handi for a second?" riana asked expectantly.

"But it's night. Mom is waiting in the car. Ten minutes only," Rio replied then he pushed his own wheelchair towards his car which was immediately picked up by Mr. Karjo.

"Thank you, Mum. Mr. Karjo, be careful," said Riana happily.

"Ready, Mom," replied Mr. Karso.

Riana and Handi sat in the front seat near the parking lot. Handi looked at Riana who had changed greatly since the last time they met.

"Riana, can we meet next day?" ask Handi.

"I don't think so. My husband won't allow it" Riana replied.

"You look so scared of your husband. Nothing, should his permission," said Handi looking dislike with Rio's attitude.

"Because he's my husband. Of course, everything must be licensed. Mas Rio's right, it's already night, I'm willing to go first" Riana said with a smile. Riana hurried away leaving Handi.

Riana did not like it if Handi tried to interfere in her personal affairs. Asked many things that Riana would not be able to answer.
