Chapter 40. Conditions to stay

Riana clasped Rio's hand. Although she was once angry and disappointed with Rio because of that divorce, but Riana also could not deny that she still loved Rio. They split up when they fell in love.

After a while, Rio started to move his fingers. Slowly, he began to open his eyes. Rio looked delighted when he saw Riana. Riana also looked pleased that Rio was already starting to wake up.

"Mas Rio's conscious? I'll call the doctor" said Riana who immediately got up from her seat and intended to leave. But, Rio's hand pull made Riana stop her steps.

"Don't go. Stay here," Rio said in a weak voice.

Riana could not bear to, looking at Rio with a face that was clear. Riana sat back down. He tried to release his hand from Rio's grip, but Rio was reluctant to let go. He smiled even though he was injured.

"Why smile, don't your wounds hurt?" ask Riana astonished.

"After not meeting for 6 years, you've changed a lot. Where is that cold Rio?" riana asked Rio.

"Then, which Rio do you like, which one is cold or which one is warm?" rio answered with a question as well.

Riana just kept quiet while shaking her head. He didn't want to answer because the question was a trap. He did not want to continue that unnecessary chat.

"Riana, can you let me go home alone, in this condition? I still haven't healed properly. I'm like this because of you, so you have to take responsibility," Rio said trying to make Riana not expel him from Riana's life.

"Mas Rio, I know you're hurt because of me. Didn't I take responsibility for taking care of you for the past few days? I have to take responsibility how else?" riana asked confusedly.

Riana was silent for a moment. Suddenly it crossed Rian's mind to take advantage of this opportunity, making Ryan want to go to school.

"But I have conditions" said Riana slylyly.

"What conditions?" rio asked somewhat in shock.

"Help me to persuade Ryan to go to school" Riana replied as she looked at Rio expectantly.

"Oh, what condition do I think? I just wanted to persuade Ryan to go to school. Okay, agreed," Rio replied with a smile.

"What do you mean Rio? What's on your mind?" riana asked curiously with Rio's answer.

Rio did not answer. He just smiled with mystery. Her goal of staying at Riana's house had already materialized. It remains how she was able to convince Riana to refer back.

The taxi that was supposed to take Rio home, is now taking Riana and Rio towards Riana's house. Their arrival was immediately greeted by Ryan with happiness. Ryan seemed happy when he knew Rio would be staying with him.

"Papa, fun Rio has papa," Rio said excitedly while tugging at Rio's hand. "Rio is happy, papa will stay with Rio. Thank you, Mama."

Riana was saddened to hear Ryan's silent words of love. Her tears did not come to see the happiness that radiated from Ryan's face.

Although Riana knew that this happiness was only temporary. Riana will still be grateful to be able to give it to Ryan. After Rio recovered, he had to leave and start living each other's lives.

Riana had already asked Aunt Mega, preparing a room for Rio. Although initially Aunt Mega did not agree Rio stayed at Riana's house. Although Rio is Ryan's real father, but their relationship is now not husband and wife anymore.
