Chapter 8. Queen by husband

Riana was sad. She tries not to be affected by her ex-husband. But in fact, he had a bad dream. In the dream, Riana sees Anwar having fun with many women using money from the proceeds of selling himself to Rio.

"Mas Anwar, this is Riana" Riana said while near Anwar. But Anwar did not care about him at all.

Riana called back Anwar, but still, Anwar was indifferent. When Anwar began to see her, Anwar and the women were laughing at him. Riana felt very hurt. They laugh at their suffering.

Riana woke up, when someone called her. Apparently, the one who called out to him was Rio. She shook Riana's arm while continuing to call out her name.

"Riana, wake. Riana, wake. Rianna ...." Rio's rather loud voice, enough to wake Riana up. Riana opened her eyes and saw Rio looking panicked. Berserk in Riana's heart, if Rio actually cares about her a lot.

"Cannot be. She must have just wanted to confuse me" Riana muttered.

"You're a nightmare," Rio asked worriedly.

Riana rubbed her tears that turned out to be real not only in a dream she cried.

"really. Sorry, I want to pray first" Riana said and left.

"Wait, I see you haven't cleaned your clothes yet. There is a closet there. Next to it is empty. You can put your clothes there. After that you can do everything else," Rio reminded Riana.

Riana remembered her two suitcases that were still tightly sealed and placed in the corner of the room. Rio must have felt disgusted by his out-of-place items. Riana postponed her desire for evening prayers. He cleaned his clothes first and arranged neatly in the wardrobe which turned out to be prepared for him.

When she finished, Riana rushed to take ablution and immediately performed Istikharah prayer. He kowtowed for clues for his future with Rio.

"O Allah, forgive my sins, the sins of my parents. Give your servant the best path. If Rio can be a good priest to me, then bring him to me. But if Rio is not my soul mate, then keep him away from me. Only to You do we surrender, and to You only we surrender. Aamiin's."

Without opening her face Riana laid herself on the prayer mat. After prostrating to Him, Riana found inner calm and fell asleep.

Riana woke up when she heard the sound of the dawn prayer. Riana started to open her eyes and was intending to take ablution. However, he was shocked to find himself in bed. Rian remembered very well that last night, after the prayer he slept on the floor.

Why am I sleeping in bed, what is going on? Who moved me, did Rio? No way, his legs are paralyzed. To help himself alone, he couldn't, let alone move me? inner Riana.

Riana tried to think positively. She looked at her husband who was still asleep. It felt like he woke her up to the congregational prayer, but had Rio been angry, would he have been able to accept.

But, during High School, Mr. Rio chose to stay here. He returned to live abroad, when he entered college. After finishing college, Mr. Rio worked in this city, to run his father's business" replied Bik Ijah.

"So, he lives abroad more. Then, when was his leg paralyzed and because of what?" ask Riana more deeply.

"His leg was paralyzed from an accident 2 years ago. His face was also broken, and since then, although he still managed to work well, he became like that. Just putting work in. The whole family was happy, when they found out that Mr. Rio was married," Bik Ijah replied sadly but then smiled.

"Riana understands. Then Riana went back to the room to help Mas Rio." Riana stepped away towards her room.

Riana opened the door slowly. Somehow she felt like she was a special woman because only she could make Rio want to get married. Regardless of the deeds Rio had already bought it, Rio was a good man.

She tried to wake Rio up and help him towards the bathroom. Riana also helped her prepare work clothes, shoes, ties and everything else. Riana also helped Rio put on his work clothes, until it was complete.

Before leaving for work, Riana accompanied Rio to breakfast. After that drove Rio up to the car that had been heated by Yuda. Riana handed over her next assignment to Yuda. While in the company, all Rio needs will be the responsibility of Yuda as Rio's personal assistant.

"Mas Rio, did you come today?" riana asked as if she wanted to show that she could call Rio by the name of Mas.

Rio and Yuda looked at each other. They don't believe what they hear. That quickly Riana could change. From yesterday he was full of anger, now lightly calling Rio with the call of Mas Rio.

"Mother didn't come today. They'll be coming next week. Why?" asked Rio coldly.

"It's okay. I'm just making sure," Riana replied with a sweet smile.

That's how it is every day, Riana does. The shadow of fear when the beginning of marriage, it never happened. Riana began to be able to live a quiet life and live her days with a smile.

Riana sat pensively beside her house while looking at the beautiful garden in the courtyard. At least he could be sure that none of this was a dream. She did not find anything bad Rio did, aside from his cold demeanor.

"Bu Riana, Mr. Rio's mother has come," said Bik Ijah disperse his daydream.

"What, not tomorrow? Why didn't Mas Rio tell me that his mother was coming today?" riana muttered somewhat in panic.

Riana took a deep breath. He realized he couldn't panic. Whatever happens, it will happen.

Riana walked towards the living room. There, there was a beautiful girl and a woman who looked very graceful. Even though it was no longer young, it still looked beautiful.

"So this is the woman Rio bought for five billion?"
