"Wake up Aisha."
Umar's soft voice and slight shock were forced to pull Aisyah from the dream world, from a sleep that felt like only a moment. Chilly. Aisyah hugged herself, she refused to open her eyes.
"Wake up baby, it's dawn." Umar rubbed along Aisha's arm and shook her again. Umar gave Aisha a few kisses on her forehead and cheeks. Aisyah squirms, she still wants to sleep for a while.
"Five minutes." Aisyah's murmur was not very clear. Waking up bad luck is a habit of Aisyah since long ago because she always studied until late at night. But after graduating from college he no longer studied until night, only last night he also stayed up late. It was because of Umar. No, it's because of the two of them.
"Well, in five minutes I'll wake you up." Umar got out of bed, he was up two hours ago. Bathe and establish tahajjud and murojaah prayers. Umar also woke Aisha but her wife did not wake up. Umar understood it because Aisha was not used to praying tahajjud. Plus they only sleep less than 4 hours.
In that room Umar could have everything, he did not need to get out of it to take a shower. No need to cook water on the stove, he can already take a warm bath. Actually, he did not intend to take a warm bath earlier. Even Umar's residence in China does not have automatic warm water.
"My wife, wake up." Umar took Aisha's hand and kissed her.
Slowly Aisyah blinked her eyes and smiled thanks to the sight she first saw when she opened her eyes was the face of Umar.
"Where's your sleep?"
Aisyah did not answer and preferred to hug Umar's body, her sleep was always good, especially tonight because there was someone beside her.
"Let's get up, take a bath and pray with me."
Aisyah nodded forced to let go of her embrace, getting out of bed with her eyes half closed towards the bathroom.
Aisyah spent a long time in the bathroom because she daydreamed a lot, she smiled to herself remembering the moment last night. Aisyah stomped her feet adorablely.
Sajadah was held on the floor after Aisyah came out of the bathroom.
Aisyah's body trembled with coldness even though she took a warm bath, this was the first time she had shampooed in the early morning hours.
"You cold?" Umar stepped closer.
Aisyah nodded, her teeth grinding. Umar pulled Aisha to hug him. That's how to warm a nice body.
"Let's dry your hair." Umar sat Aisha in a dressing table chair while she dried Aisha's long hair.
They started today with two rakaats of dawn Sunnah prayer and then continued the dawn prayer. Since there was no mosque near here, Umar established prayers with Aisha.
"I want to see you read the Qur'an."
"I'm ashamed."
"Don't be ashamed, it's only natural that you haven't read the Qur'an, three months ago you were just acquainted with the Hijaiyah."
Finally Aisha took her mushaf, reading Ali Imran's letter in front of Umar. His reading was somewhat stammered, Umar several times rebuked him. Aisyah thought all this time she read correctly but with Umar every letter turned out to be wrong.
"That's a thin reading, the tip of the tongue slightly removed."
"Zec."
"Salah is not Za but Dza, watch my mouth, Dza."
Aisha's lips were bent, she did not dare to pronounce the letter Dzal as Umar had exemplified for fear of being rebuked again. He looked down deeply, was it not Umar who said it was natural that he had not been able to read the Qur'an but why Umar scolded him.
"Crying eyes?" Umar was surprised to see water dripping on the mushaf in Aisha's hand. He cupped Aisyah's cheeks and looked at her closely. The two Aisyah's netra are already watery while the lower lip is bent. "Why are you crying?" Umar was confused because Aisha suddenly cried. Was it because the meaning of the verse he was reading was so touching?
"I don't want to pay a salary." Aisha moved from there and put her mushaf back.
"Why?"
"You're saying it's natural that my reading isn't smooth but why would Mas upset me?" Aisyah jerked her feet off her face and placed them with origin.
"I'm not angry, Aisha." Umar went up from the prayer mat, he did not mean to scold Aisha at all. He only explained how to pronounce the letter.
"That was just what, you snapped at me."
"I'm sorry, I don't mean to snap at you, the way I teach is like this, baby."
Can't be a little softer what?
"I'm sorry ya." Umar took Aisha's hand. "Other times I'll be softer, I promise."
"I've never been to Umar's lecturer class so I didn't know that you were so fierce."
"I'm not angry, I'm sorry." Umar pulled Aisha and hugged her. "I was wrong."
"So that's why Mas Khalid taught in the pesantren and you're outside the pesantren, because Gus Umar is fierce?"
"So I again explained how to read it instead of angry with Aisyah, sorry."
"Mas's elves are telling me."
"Yes, I'm sorry again." Umar patted Aisyah on the back, "so don't want to pay anymore?"
"No."
"It's okay." Umar unravels the embrace. "My wife I'm sorry I didn't?"
Aisyah nodded. It may be true that Umar had no intention of snapping at him. Umar's tone was just a little higher. Aisyah was used to being yelled at by Jaya but when Umar did, she felt hurt.
Aisyah opened the curtains of the room, looking as the sun peered timidly on the eastern horizon producing a tinge of orange on the horizon.
Aisyah stepped through the balcony door, the cold morning air hitting her body.
"You must have found it hard to leave this comfortable room." Umar followed Aisyah towards the balcony, from here they could see the spacious front and side courtyard.
"This is the only room with the most spacious balcony, special for the first child Papa and Mama." Aisyah turned her head to look at Umar beside her. "But I'll go with Mas Umar anywhere."
"Thank you." Umar grabbed Aisyah's waist and kissed her forehead.
"I have to say thank you."
"Come, I'll help pack."
They headed for the walk in closet to pack Aisyah's clothes and belongings. Aisyah did not have many clothes that she could wear right now. Just a few pieces of robe, hijab and nightgown. All the clothes lacking in materials Aisyah had left, she had to buy new ones later as time went on. Can not at once, he must save money to start his own business.
The habit of spending money by going around the mall should really Aisyah leave. Nor can he buy dozens of books as he pleases.
The knock on the door stopped the activities of Umar and Aisha, and Umar went first to open the door.
"Breakfast time!" Daniel exclaimed with a cheery expression made up. "Where's Brother?"
"There's inside, soon me and your brother will be down."
"Okay, I'll wait in the dining room, hunt ya Mas I'm hungry." Daniel patted his stomach as he walked away.
"I'm hungry too, yuk." Aisha appeared behind Umar.
"Aren't you wearing a hijab?"
"Nobody is in the dining room."
"What about the gardener and the security guard?"
"They can't just come in all of a sudden."
"You sure?"
"Related."
"OK, but after moving to the cottage you can only open the hijab in the room."
Aisyah nodded in understanding, holding Umar's hand down the stairs to the dining room. Jaya, Renata and Daniel are waiting for them to get ready for breakfast.
It is a routine that should not be missed. After morning worship, they will have breakfast together while chatting a lot of things.
"For Ma, Pa." Aisyah kissed Renata and Jaya on the cheek before sitting on an empty chair followed by Umar.
"What's all of a sudden you kiss Papa and Mama?" Daniel squinted his eyes at his sister.
"You want to kiss too?"
"No ah."
"I've moved out here."
"Mas Umar's house is only 15 minutes from here." Daniel sneered, he would not miss Aisyah because he could often visit there.
"Where do you want Mas?" Aisyah put two pieces of bread on Umar's plate, there are several options spread for the bread.
"Just like Aisha."
Aisyah applied chocolate jam and peanut butter on the two loaves and gave it to Umar. It was a delicious and filling combination.
As usual, they prayed together before eating. Enjoying a simple breakfast today with a lot of laughter let alone two lovebirds who just got married, their faces seemed radiant.
"What are you talking about?" Aisyah saw Daniel had opened his mouth like he was about to talk but a few moments later he clenched his lips again as if in doubt.
Daniel glanced at his father and mother before opening his mouth, he did not know if something he was trying to convey was good or vice versa.
"I was accepted into UNAIR veterinary medicine." Ogre Daniel.
Aisyah's eyes widened immediately congratulating Daniel because it was indeed the direction that Daniel wanted. But Jaya's expression was inversely proportional to Aisyah, she was not happy. Jaya has banned Daniel but the boy is desperate to register himself.
Hand Jaya clenched, it seemed useless Aisyah management college 6 years because in the end she did not get the opportunity to continue the business Alindra Group. Daniel has now made his own decision. Who else Jaya can count on, she only has two children.
"You can go to college but that doesn't mean your responsibility to continue Papa's business is gone."
Jaya's heavy voice made Daniel speechless not daring to interrupt. It is important now that Daniel will face the one in front of him. Wasn't Aisha never afraid of losing all these luxuries after becoming a Muslim.
"You want to move out today?" Renata switched the conversation by asking Aisyah.
"Yes Ma, I don't bring a lot of stuff because I'll come a lot."
"Here you are, you must be busy later Mama can occasionally come to your boutique."
"Yes Ma."
