Aisyah closed the boutique early to go to school with Maryam. He had permission from Umar to go with Maryam. Now he has finished wearing the black robe that he used to wear when participating in the first Maryam study. It was Aisyah's first robe that she bought at a fairly expensive price. After that Aisyah more often buy the game at a cheaper price.
"Awh We ca!" Aisyah swore when her finger was accidentally pricked by a needle, she learned to wear a needle for her hijab but it was quite difficult.
Umar who was initially serious on his laptop screen immediately turned to hear the swearing of Aisyah. He took a deep breath and then moved from his seat to Aisyah.
"Istighfar dear, what's wrong?" Umar's jaw hardened without dislike of hearing anything Aisha had said just now but he tried to control himself and kept soft. Umar remembered Zaid's words to always try to be soft because Aisyah still needs to be guided. "I told you not to get used to being so rude."
"Piercing needles." Aisyah's eyes water, it's not too painful but she's upset.
"Let me see." Umar drew Aisha's hand, blowing the tip of the wife's finger out of the blood. "Don't curse later get sicker."
"Sorry to me."
"Nothing but next time it's better to be privileged." Umar cupped Aisha's bulging cheeks. "Try me to put it up."
Aisyah looked up a little and let Umar pin the needle on her hijab.
"That's delicious?"
Aisyah answered him with a nod.
"Sorry, is my wife in trouble?"
"Yes but there is Mas Umar so everything feels easier."
"Thank God." Umar pulled Aisha into his arms. "Your pretty lips should not be used to curse, baby."
Aisha was hypnotized, she nodded when she heard Umar's words.
"I'm going ya." Aisyah kissed Umar's hand and grabbed the sling bag she used to carry everywhere. "Assalamualaik."
"Waalaikumussalam, be careful." Umar drove Aisyah to the front of the house. After Aisyah's car left the yard, Umar entered to continue his work.
10 minutes later Aisyah had arrived in front of the boarding school, Maryam was waiting for her.
"Mbak Khawla is not coming with Mi?" Aisha opened the door for Maryam.
"Khawla has to teach the kids so we go together, are you nervous?"
"Yes." Yeah." Aisyah gripped the steering wheel, she was worried about something that might not necessarily happen.
"Don't worry, there's Ummi anyway it's a closed study, there won't be many people."
That's what makes Aisyah worried, if it's a closed study means that pilgrims who come are not random people. Maybe they are a kyai family like Hilya.
"You've been a part of us, it makes no difference." Maryam seemed to understand Aisha's worries so she tried to calm her down.
Housed in the women's musholla in one of the boarding houses still associated with Maryam, the study was devoted to close family and santri.
Maryam introduced Aisha to everyone present, they already knew about Umar's marriage but this was the first time meeting Aisha in person.
"God willing, how beautiful Ning Ayesha is." Praise them.
The host opened the afternoon study followed by recitation of the Koran verse by one of the students. After Maryam began to speak, this time she talked about the signs of God loving His servant.
Aisha sat beside Maryam, listening intently. Before becoming a Muslim, Aisyah always listened to the study in earnest. It was like a dream when usually Aisha sat with other worshipers, now she was right next to Maryam. At first it was a little strange but that way Aisha could hear Maryam's words more clearly.
"God makes our lives filled with goodness." Mary's voice echoed throughout the room. Some santri are seen taking notes occasionally.
Maryam says that the test of life is also a sign that God loves the person.
"Maybe some of us think if God does not love us because it is always given trials, but instead trials are precisely a sign of God loving us, God wants us to always be close to Him through prayer and long prostrations so we should be grateful if we are still given the opportunity to pray and cry on God." Maryam circulated a glance at the santri who was sitting reverently before her.
"In addition, God has made our words always recite to Him and be shunned from bad words."
Aisyah immediately closed her lips, she bit her tongue remembering the swearing that had just slid free from her mouth. Umar often told Aisyah to always recite her thoughts, even so Aisyah still difficult to get rid of her habit. Aisyah had to try harder to hold back her speech from bad words.
Towards the time magrib Maryam opened a question and answer session. Some of the students raised their hands and asked questions. Mary answered him one by one in turn.
"Ummi, I'm permission to ask." Aisha raised her hand in front of her chest.
"Please Aisha."
Aisyah had wanted to ask since then but she was trying to control herself. He did not want to repeat the embarrassing incident when he asked about Aisyah in Umar's study first. Should Aisyah ask in the car when they come home later.
"I'm ashamed of Ummi, later." Aisha's voice changed like a whisper but Maryam could still hear it clearly.
"Don't be ashamed, it's Ummi."
Aisha was not ashamed of Mary because she considered her mother-in-law like her own mother.
"What if someone speaks poorly in Mandarin, does God understand?"
Mary smiled at a glance, Aisyah's question always sounded plain and innocent. But Maryam understood because it had not been a year Aisha embraced Islam.
"God is the God of man in any hemisphere, not only in Indonesia or Arabic so Allah must understand all languages even prayers in the heart that sometimes we ourselves can not hear God can hear dear, as well as bad words."
Aisyah Manggut-mangut understood, she thanked because Maryam answered her question with a sentence that was easy to understand.
When the Adhan reverberated, they rushed to establish congregational prayer.
"Can Ning Aisyah lead the ratib reading?"
Aisyah glanced at Maryam when the host asked her. Maryam is not sure if Aisyah can lead the ratib, the activities in the boarding school Adz-Zaidan and here are different.
"What is the Ratib Al-Haddad?" Aisyah looked at the little book of ratib proffered at her.
"True Ning."
Aisyah nodded her head confirming the request to lead the ratib. Although she could not hide her nervousness because it was her first time but Aisyah did not want to refuse. Fortunately Aisha had read the ratib composed by Habib Abdullah bin 'Alawi bin Muhammad Al-Haddad with Umar after the prayer magrib or isya'.
Aisha began by reciting Al-Fatihah to the Prophet Muhammad followed by other worshippers.
For a moment though with her head bowed but Maryam was amazed by Aisha's reading. As he remembered, Aisha still read the Qur'an but now she was fluent and eloquent. Aisyah's voice was calm and clear, Maryam silently smiled proudly.
