Part 20 (A Wrenching Morning)

A soundproof room, the room of a man with two wives, bears silent witness to the loss of the chastity of a second wife.

For the first time in a year of marriage, Calina felt in the spice.

I don't know what demon possessed Zio. Zio treated Calina very gently. It was as if his emotions all along had been nothing but a charade.
