The Love I Don't Miss

The Love I Don't Miss
Part 34 (Crying the Lost Gem )

4 Hours have passed, the car driven by Zio began to enter the alley to Mother Calina's house in the village, aka Mama Shinta's house.

Mama Shinta has lived alone since Papa Rudi died. But when night falls, there will be a neighbor's child of about 16 years old who sleeps there, and in the monthly salary for the job. Namely accompany Mama Shinta until morning by sleeping in the guest room.

Zio's car stopped right in front of Mama Shinta's house as her watch showed at 1pm. Where the door of Mama Shinta's house looks tightly closed.

After turning off the engine of his car, Zio did not immediately get off his iron horse. He looked at Mama Shinta's house with mixed feelings. She is afraid of what will happen if it turns out that Calina is not there and Mama Shinta does not know everything.

Another story if Calina turns out to be in the house, and Mama Shinta has known all their problems so far.

"Come Zio! Downhill!" he said to himself.

With the feeling still gamang, Zio got out of his car. Walking half-down near the door of Mama Shinta's house. Until he finally just stared at the door. Repeatedly the hands were raised, but back down. Get up again and come down again.

"Zio?" call someone from behind.

Zio, who recognized whose voice it was, immediately turned his head and found the mother-in-law who looked like she had just returned from the mosque. Because they still wear the upper face.

"Ma.." said Zio gamang.

"Why are you here?" mama Shinta asked, looking ordinary, while walking closer to Zio.

Zoo welcomed her by asking her mother-in-law's hand to be salami and kissed. "Can we talk inside, Ma?"

"Oh, yes! Come inside!" mama Shinta said as she unlocked the main door of her house. "You've been waiting a long time? There was a study in the mosque. So just got home..."

"No, Ma.. Zio just came.." replied Zio following the steps of Mama Shinta entering the house that he had only ever inapi that one time.

"Sit, boy! You want some coffee?" bargain Mama Shinta while removing her face, and go into the living room to put her face.

"No need, Ma! Zio just wants to meet Mama right now." replied Zio sighing heavily. He was confused where to start. Seeing Mama Shinta who came home by unlocking the door first, can be sure if there is no one else but Mama Shinta in this house.

"What's wrong, son?" mama Shinta asked back to the living room and sat down in front of Zio. "Why are you tumben here by yourself, where's Calina? Is it saturday?"

Zio was confused, hearing Mama Shinta's question, made it all the more clear, if Mama Shinta didn't know where Calina was. Don't even know if Calina left the house.

Zio lowered one knee and followed the other. Stand in front of Mama Shinta by making the knee as a support for her gallant body. His head was still lowered deeply, still hesitating to look at Mama Shinta's face whose expression looked flat.

"What's up, Zio? Why are you like this?" ask Mama Shinta wonder.

"Ma... Pardon Zio.." lirih Zio sounded so bitter.

"I'm sorry? What mistake did you make with your mom, until you apologized to Mama in this way?" mama Shinta asked, looking sadly at her only daughter-in-law.

He knew the problems in his daughter's household. But not necessarily make Mama Shinta hate Zio. Even in the little heart of a mother, there must be a deep sense of disappointment.

However, Mama Shinta must be wise in addressing the thorny problems in the household. Do not let his son become a widow because as a mother he failed to respond to his daughter's problems well.

Zio looked up, staring at his mother-in-law's pair of eyes. "Ma, Zio is sure Mama already knows what happened between Zio and Calina."

"What's going on now?" mama Shinta's intention was to ask a new problem between the two.

"Mom might know, that Zio..." Zio hung up his sentence and looked down again. He hesitated and was ashamed to tell everything at this moment. When regret starts to creep into the heart, it feels too late.

"If you have another wife?" mama Shinta asked straight to the point.

Zio raised his head. Staring in disbelief at her mother-in-law who could guess in detail. A pair of rounded eyes was almost perfect.

"If that's what you mean, Zio. Then my mom knew. Even all the problems in your marriage." replied Mama Shinta flatly. There was no angry expression on his face. Everything still looked soft, yet it clearly exuded a deep disappointment. "And it's not just Mama who knows, Zio. Your own mother knows that you have two wives. And Calina is the wife you wasted. Aye, right?"

How can he apologize, and admit all his mistakes when the Mother has gone forever. It left a grief that was getting so deep.

"Ma.. Forgive Zio, Ma!" said Zio with eyes back glazed - glass and pooled. He came closer and grabbed both hands of Mama Shinta who was in the lap. Kissing her a few times is like a bride doing a sungkem. "Ampuni Zio, Ma! I'm sorry Zio has made Calina live to suffer with Zio all this time." Zio said sounding raucous. Tears began to fall free.

Hearing the word suffer, made Mama Shinta's pair of eyes that stared blankly ahead, instantly launching her clear liquid as fast as lightning. Chest up and down hold the sobbing so as not to explode.

"You should know, Zio.." said Mama Shinta without looking down, without seeing her daughter-in-law at all. He left his hands in Zio's arms, which began to shed tears along with a small sob. "As a Mom, I'm disappointed, very disappointed!" Mama Shinta pressed the word disappointed which is true.

"The only Mama's daughter, the daughter of Mama who we love the most must undergo a household heresy that is not easy. She became his second wife without knowing. Being a theatrical wife in front of us. No love, no good dreams, or even just a wonderful wish for her from you." Tears are back to free.

"Where does he dream of only getting married once in a lifetime" explains Mama Shinta. "You know, before your marriage took place, she said that she would only tether her heart to her husband later, you. Calina promised to obey and obey her husband, which is you."

"But what did he get after your wedding, Zio?" mama Shinta asked withholding sobs. "Wounds, disappointment and destruction when you see it turns out you already have another wife before him. The world seemed to overturn his heart just like that."

"I'm sorry Zio, Ma.." - Zio repeated. And now the tears are getting louder on her cheeks. Never seen crying over anything other than the departure of his parents, certainly makes Zio noon was like a child who whines at his mother.

"Calina is our only daughter. The child you gave birth to is betting on life. And you know, we have to wait for her presence in Mama's womb for a few years." said Mama Shinta. "The child we raised lovingly in this house, it was not at all getting affection in her husband's house" said Mama Shinta increasingly sounding bitter. "What mother will not be sick to see her child suffer. Without ever sharing grievances with Mama or her late Papa."

Zio's crying voice started to sound louder than before. But Mama Shinta's cry was the most poignant cry heard at this moment.

"If his father were still alive, he would have taken back our jewels which we had foolishly left to a handsome, heartless young man like you."

It was heavy to say his son-in-law as a heartless young man. But the truth he knew was like that.

Zio was crying - so. Shy, stupid and the cruelest man in the world.

"Now say," Mama Shinta slightly lowered her head, looking at the daughter-in-law who was crying over her stupidity. "Why did you come here and not with Calina? Or do you want to return Calina to this house?" mama Shinta asked with unstoppable tears, although there was no sound of crying anymore, but the destruction was still clearly visible.

Zio shook his head quickly, "no, Ma! Absolutely not!" zio said quickly, as if to strongly reject the revelation of his mother-in-law.

"Then for what, son? If you want to return Calina to this house, we'll take it for granted. It was better for Calina and us. Than for you to leave my son without news or certainty."

Zio shook his head faster. He looked up at his mother-in-law with hope.

"If for you Calina is a burden, give it back. It's better for both of you. Both of your parents are no longer there. Papa Rudi is no more. No more requiring you to stay together."

"You're free to make a choice, Zio.... But don't hurt your child." said Mama Shinta increasingly sounding bitter.

"Ma... Zio did not want Calina to leave at all! It's just now Zio..." Zio again hung up his sentence.

"What?"

"Calina left the house, Ma.." Zio's crying broke out saying the thing that made him cranky all day.

"What!" pekik Mama Shinta's. "What do you mean, Zio? Since when! Why can he leave without saying goodbye first!"

Mama Shinta who was in shock flocked Zio with various questions that made Mama Shinya in a severe shock.

"Zio doesn't know either, Ma! He just left this letter!"

The crying Zio took out a piece of paper that he folded from his pants pocket. Then hand it to Mama Shinta.

With a sense of disappointment, worry mixed, Mama Shinta shouted bitterly.

"Calinaa!"
