Rescue Mission

Two helicopters flew over the tall trees, the police began to search the forest that morning in search of the stray Anna Baker.

Traces of its existence have been erased by rainwater so it does not allow the officers to use the sniffer dog again.

Anna's mother and aunt wait in the car, Nick goes with some officers to find Anna's whereabouts. The sound of their screams calling for Anna was heard, Nick said nothing about Barrow to the officers. He felt unnecessary because Barrow was the culprit who had made Anna lost.

The weather in the forest is not very favorable. Slippery soil due to rain water is very dangerous because if one steps, they will fall mired into the abyss.

The officers split up, the location where Anna's trail was smelled by a sniffer dog became the destination. Maybe Anna was around that and maybe Anna was mired in the hole.

"Anna, where are you?" scream Nick. She hoped Anna would be okay even if it was impossible.

The rain that flushed until the morning even though it could make Anna hypothermia due to cold especially Anna's body must be in a wet condition. Hopefully Anna can stay, she's really expecting this.

Some of the officers who were in the helicopter, tracing the part that could not be reached by the officers down there. The helicopter flew over the ravine but towering and lush trees blocked their view.

Anna was still leaning against the tree, she looked helpless. His lips were pale white, as was his face. His body was shivering violently, he was really cold. With my eyes, Anna looked up. Nick's screams can be heard.

"I'm here, Nick!" he said but his voice was too weak that no one could hear.

The two helicopters flew away, Anna trying to move her body. The pain was unbearable, he could not move. Moving even one leg was difficult but he had to be able to reach the open for those people to see.

"Anna! Where are you?" yell at Nick again.

"I'm here, Nick. I'm right here!" Anna moved her body, then pulled it slowly. The entire bone was crumbling, the coldness he felt even pierced into the bone.

"Anna!" many are calling themselves now.

Anna continued to pull her body, looking for an open space so that the officers in the helicopter could see her if it flew back over her.

The forest laughed at him. The sound of laughter of young children fell, punctuated with the gurgling of water that was like being stepped on by someone. Anna looked around, she hoped there were no wild animals because wild animals were more dangerous than ghosts.

While pulling away, Anna looked up to ascertain where the open ground could make her visible. The tree that was struck by lightning and burned, it was an open place without being much covered by any leaves and trees.

It felt unusually tired, it felt like the entire bone would be detached from his body. I don't know how long it had been, it seemed like he had been pulling his body towards the burning tree and was not so far away yet he had not arrived. Even if you walk, just tens of steps.

The officers find nothing, they decide to bring in more adequate tools but Nick insists because if they stop then Anna will die.

"Once again, please once again order the helicopter to spin over the ravine. I'm afraid Anna fell down there!" her door.

"Please once, I beg of you!" pinta Nick begs.

"We will return with sufficient tools to descend into the abyss in search of its existence."

"If you're waiting for you to come back, he's dead!" scorching Nick is angry.

"Again, I'm asking you. Anna wasn't stupid, she must have heard us from earlier and tried to get us to find her!" Nick is still trying. He would not have left had the officers gone.

"What if he's dead, sir? Any eventuality could happen!" the officer still objected to Nick's request.

"One more time, please. If you don't want it then I'll find it myself!" nick said with a stifled rage.

The officer was silent, inevitably in the end he followed Nick's request. One of the returning helicopters was asked to turn around and explore the gorge. This time they were more thorough. Anna was already leaning against the rest of the burning tree, a wooden twig tied up with a tear of her shirt was already in hand. He made it so that he could wave so that the officers could see his whereabouts.

Anna even still had consciousness, somehow the power from which she definitely hoped the officers could see her. The sound of helicopters getting closer, the wind from the object made the leaves of the tree blown violently.

Anna lifted the ready twig and shook it. He hoped that the officers would see him because he felt he could not be long due to his energy that was running out.

Helicopters are getting closer, twigs are rocking faster. The officers monitored from the two open doors and in the end, one of them saw a twig moved by Anna and saw Anna's figure below.

"There!" he shouted while pointing towards Anna.

"We've found it and we're going to evacuate" the officer who carried the object told another officer.

The news reached Nick, he was very happy. She thought Anna had fallen into the abyss. Luckily he forced the officers to go back down the ravine, knowing Anna must have heard them and done something to be seen.

The news reached Anna's mother and aunt. They were so relieved, they hoped nothing bad happened to Anna as long as she was in the abyss.

The rescue mission was not easy, the difficult terrain did not allow the helicopter to go low and land. Two officers came down with ropes. They immediately approached the unconscious Anna. It was truly miraculous, he got the strength to pull his body into that tree. Looks like he got help from his guardian spirit.

One of the officers checked his motionless state. Although weak, he was still breathing. His body was lifted, a stretcher was lowered from the helicopter, it was used to carry his body up. One officer on board the helicopter was ready to welcome Anna's body as she climbed upstairs. Anna was already on the stretcher and was raised slowly. They had explored the place before even the burning tree they had seen but they did not see the figure of Anna Baker.

Luckily Anna is smart so she can be found and lucky Nick holds them back and has them search once again otherwise Anna Baker will actually die down there.

Anna was taken to the hospital after being on a helicopter. Nick immediately takes Anna's mother and aunt to the hospital to see Anna's condition.
