Some people were still dumbfounded in the car, while the leader of the members simply stared at Laura's departure in silence. Until the questions of his men immediately woke him from daydreaming. "Boss, we're just gonna let him go?"
For a moment the man was silent, until Laura disappeared behind the darkness of the night and then his lips began to open in response to his men. "Are you stupid?" his screams hit the head of the man beside him. "She's no ordinary girl. His cruelty was almost on par with Michael's. At least now we know what that woman looks like. It's better not to go any further if you still want to get up tomorrow morning."
"But, Boss. What about our clients?"
"Just look for the information! If he alone could defeat three men easily. We will also lose a member if we disturb him. The pay is not worth it." The man's gaze was still heading into the darkness of the night. "He reminds me of someone" the man's inner self.
"What about the body, boss?"
"Done everything and we're gone!"
They decided to retreat instead of dying at Laura's hands. Not because of their weak mentality, but basically the group upholds a sense of brotherhood in its members. Not only did they reject jobs that ended in life, but they were basically gangsters who charged debts and became hired killers of certain people.
In other parts of the world, a man is standing while putting both hands in his pants pocket. He walked down the armament that was in front of him with just one look.
Tinkling notifications from the phone, making it pull out the object. A faint slanted smile on his lips glanced at the report he had received. He then put the flat object back in his pocket.
"I'll pay him three times that. Give this to me!" he said he looked at hundreds of black market firearms at the seller.
The owner of the object closed the crate containing the rifle and other tools. "Master, all of these are ordered goods. We can't just hand it over to you, even if you offer a high price."
Michael raised his hand, a man in the back gave her a brown envelope. Without hesitation, he threw the object to the seller. "You can make a decision after opening the envelope" Mich said casually turning towards a chair.
While waiting, the reaction of the trader. Michael grabbed a cigar and lit it, sucked it, and pulled a puff of smoke from his lips that never even came into contact with women. A moment later, the merchant stared in disbelief at him.
"Is this really all? You must be lying, right. Where can someone like you get this kind of information?" ask the man not to believe.
"Are you not suspicious? Why does your brother ask you to deliver goods directly, when in fact your men can do it?" Michael stood up from his position, turning off the cigar by putting it in his drink until, the glass was burned for a moment.
"Di–dia just wanted me to learn this business," the man replied hesitantly.
The sound of a terrifying laughter blared filled the room for a moment. "You're a genius, but you're a complete fool. It's only right that your brother makes use of your stupidity."
"What do you mean?"
"No way! Brother can't do that. You don't understand how good our brotherhood is. So, don't conclude everything yourself! Especially with such a threat!" The man slammed the brown envelope in his hand. It didn't feel like his body was shaking at the thought of every word that came out of Michael's mouth.
"If you don't believe we can try!"
"How?"
Michael gave the code, his men moved all the items the man carried and changed the contents inside. Meanwhile, another man stepped outside and for a moment the sound of gunfire held the man in front of Michael down. "What did you do to my men? You tricked me?"
Instead of answering, Michael also killed a man who was right next to the man with one shot. The seller just fell silent in disbelief at the surrounding scenery at this moment.
"Look! He even tried to kill you and all the men you brought were your brother's spies. Their job is not to take care of you, but to make sure you die in their hands" Michael pointed out a dagger held by the man. "Now go! My men will act as your subordinates. Bring the fake stuff and prove me wrong, if you really believe the brotherhood in the mafia world exists. Bulshits! They just want ultimate power and will do it any way."
They soon left Michael alone, heading for the real trading place. It's just that the original stuff was already on Michael. However, his mission is not on the weapon, but to ensure the man returns to his father safely.
They also immediately moved towards the right place of trade, because it was Michael who blocked their journey before.
The man began to enter the area with several disguises. However, immediately some people instead of welcoming him, but instead immediately surrounded the place. Meanwhile, Michael's men instantly swarm in to protect the merchant.
"What does this mean?" ask the man a little confused. It turns out they were actually planning a murder for him.
A round of applause sounded quite jarring. An aged man who was arguably the same as Michael stepped arrogantly out of his place. "It's nice to meet you, Young Master Jacob. Your brother told me a lot about you and prided himself on your honesty."
"So it's true that brother conspired with them to kill me" the inner man who was none other than Jacob. "Whatdoyouwant? Don't you just want to buy stuff?" tanyanya.
"What stuff?" asked the man while smiling cynically. "Do we buy things?" To his men as if mocking Jacob's arrival
Jacob had yet to speak, although he was quite competent, but if faced with this many people would also not be able to resist him. Even though there are some people with him right now.
"What comes is not worth it, we want more. Do you think the goods that come will be enough for us? No!" The man laughed, his voice sounded thunderous, followed by almost all of his men so that now in that place there was only a terrible laugh. "We exchanged more important things for your life. So tell me your last request, I'll let you know if you meet your father!"
