Chapter 5: Becoming an Actor

"For whatever. Never deal with the Wilson family at any time! Stay away from them and live in peace, dear! You deserve to be happy." Laura who was asleep on the plane immediately woke up from her sleep. He rubbed his face rudely recalling the mother's last message before the enemy came to kill her at that time. I don't know what that means, Laura never even knew who the Wilson family was and only this time there was a clue about the family.

"Night you have another nightmare?" ask Catherine in the chair next to Laura. The woman also regained consciousness from hearing Laura who was sighing violently since earlier. It had become commonplace if the girl could never sleep soundly even if it was only five minutes.

Seeking clues to his mother's death. Laura and Cathy leave following her cousin who moves to New Era Country with her aunt. I don't know what they will do, but Laura has a premonition that it will bring her the answer to her mother's death which is still a great mystery in Laura's heart.

"Have you got any more information?" laura asked as she stared at the white cloud cloud from the glass window of the plane.  

"It looks like they're going to have an engagement next month. What do you want to do next?" ask Cathy seriously. 

Laura simply fell silent, she rubbed her smooth right cheek. At first he wanted to let it go and make it a reminder of his mother's death. However, it seems that this time Laura has to give up and do plastic surgery in order to achieve her main goal in life. "I'm going to change myself and break their engagement." 

"You'd better have plastic surgery." Cathy only agreed while nodding small. He had suggested surgery, but Laura always refused. Now the girl has grown up and will start her destiny. 

A month went by so fast. A woman walks into a restaurant with sunglasses perched on her nose. His previous appearance has changed drastically. Even if not living together, maybe the friend can not recognize him at this time. 

"How's it?" laura asked him when he arrived and sat on the chair wearing a black dress and red lips. 

Cathy could only gape at Laura's current appearance. A small applause he gave to his best friend while forcing Laura back to stand and twist her body to make the girl look more charming. 

"Are you still the Laura I know?" cathy said as if he could not believe that the beautiful and feminine woman in front of him was Laura. 

"of course. Do I look like an actor?" 

"You're a lot like a rich old man's mistress. I didn't even expect you to look like this. Are your legs okay?" Cathy looked down. A twelve-centimeter-tall heel propped up Laura's step-foot, but it looked perfect for anyone who saw it.

Nineteen-year-old girl is now transformed into a mature woman after going through a lot of effort. "I'll just dress like this today. So don't worry about me!" 

"All right, let's go!" 

The two move towards the building where the engagement between Nathalie and the eldest son of the Wilson family will take place. A luxury hotel with high-end facilities that are quite affordable. Even to get her invitation card, Cathy had to try hard during this time also spent a lot of money.

Immediately the two entered the event hall as blatantly as an invited guest. Of course with invitations and fake names that are certainly able to fool the guard there. 

"She's Nathalie's future husband." Cathy unsheathed her gaze at a man sitting alone in a black suit. "Michael Wilson, the eldest son of the Wilson family."

Hearing Catherine name the man and looking at the man's cold gaze in the other direction, made Laura clench her hands even tighter. Even unconsciously one of his nails had already punched injuring his palm. "I'm going to go to the bathroom for a minute." 

"But—"

Without hearing Catherine's words, Laura moved just as she walked away while slightly bowing her head. The anger, resentment and all the painful things re-integrated in him. Even the girl walked around incautiously and hit the shoulder of one of the guests there. 

"Hey!" The baritone voice of a man seemed to sound so annoyed. 

"Sorry." That was all Laura said and walked away leaving the crowd. It was as if he had just been let down by someone. 

"Why is he such a heartbroken person?" muttered the man looked at Laura's back which was getting further away, but let her curiosity just like that. 

In the bathroom Laura looked at herself in the reflection of the mirror. He was monologuing as if to warn himself. "Remember! Now you're Laura Orca. You're not a weak girl." 

He looked at himself in the glass, a moment later his sadness turned into anger. "If only I knew you were the son of the Wilson family. I must've traded your life for my mom." 

Laura closed her eyes tightly. He had to remember his original purpose of coming here was to break the engagement. "I can't give up just because of Michael." 

After making a determination. Laura straightened up again and added a red lipstick on her lips. It was as if he had just swallowed a baby alive. "alright. Let's move!" he muttered to himself. 

With a strong determination, Laura re-entered the engagement hall with high confidence. "What's going on?" cathy asked curiously, but unfortunately Laura just passed by and continued to move forward. Though the main character who was supposed to be engaged today has started to pick up the ring box to wear on Nathalie. 

Regardless of the looks of those who see it. Laura directly slapped Michael who had already reached out with a ring almost arriving at Nathalie's fingertips. Everyone was stunned by what Laura was doing, while Michael wore a thinly slanted smile after receiving the slap. Who would dare to touch his skin in this manner? Her thought. 

"What are you doing, huh?" nathalie shouted directly towards Michael who was still holding his hot cheeks.

"Damn it! My hands hurt slapping rhino's skin, "inner Laura. Without blinking with a confident look and covering up her nervousness, Laura continued to draw a sharp look at Michael. "You can leave me and get engaged to her, after making me conceive your child!" laura snapped as if she was the most disappointed person there.
