"Oh, my co-worker, Cat!" jeff then got up from the bed and put on a towel to cover his lower body and walked towards the balcony of the room.

[Hello Amber, what's wrong?] jeff asked as he glanced at Caitlyn who was still in bed while playing her phone.

[Am I bothering you?]

[No, what's wrong?]

[I've already sent my mother's medical details, also sent my account number through a message to you, so you're helping me right?]

[Oh yes, of course.]

[Okay, thank you so much Jeff.] Amber hasn't hung up on him yet, and Jeff has hung up on her. He now appears to be fiddling with his phone to transfer some of the money Amber needs. While Amber, she stared at the flat object she had in her hand with a slightly twisted heart. 'I expected too much, I should have realized who I am, and all you said was a joke of a grown man on the woman whose life now depends on him,' amber muttered while sticking her phone on her chest. Suddenly, the phone rang again. Amber then read the message that entered on her phone in the form of a notification of the amount of money that entered her account.

'This is a lot, even more than enough, ' Amber murmured when she saw the nominal listed on the message that went into her phone.

Amber then rubbed her face with both hands. "Amber realize Amber, this is exactly what I need. Yeah, all I need is money to fund my mom's operation and to survive and what Jeff gave me is more than enough, don't think about Amber's feelings, don't use your heart, it's a matter of money and it has nothing to do with feelings" muttered Amber then exhaled her long breath.

Jeff who had finished transferring money to Amber then approached Caitlyn who was still lying on the bed. He then laid down his body beside Caitlyn then hugged her innocent body which was only covered by a blanket.

"We do it again?" jeff whispered in Caitlyn's ear that made his wife smile.

"You're so excited, Jeff!"

"I miss you so much, Cat. I know you just got a big contract, I don't want to waste the opportunity when you're with you because after this there's definitely going to be a series of promos that you're going to live and will reduce our togetherness right?" asked Jeff who was only replied to a smile by Caitlyn.

"You're even more familiar with my work schedule than I am with myself" Caitlyn said, caressing Jeff's face in front of her.

"Do you really think the togetherness we're living is short? Two years I've been dating you and five years since I've been married to you, seven years isn't a short time to get to know you, there's only one I haven't been able to get from you."

Hearing Jeff's words, Caitlyn's heart was beating faster and with a sense of tension that spread throughout her body.

"Ma... You mean a child?" caitlyn asked so stammeredly while enduring such an erratic feeling. Jeff then stroked his wife's face.

"You know the answer, and when are you gonna give me a child? Are we not planning to have a pregnancy? Then when are you gonna keep your promise to get pregnant with me?" said Jeff who made Caitlyn feel so raging. He was silent as he swallowed his saliva violently.

"What's wrong with you, Cat?! Why is your face suddenly pale?" jeff asked when he saw the change in Caitlyn's face.

"Oh, it's okay. Maybe just a little sleep deprived," replied Caitlyn as she smiled her sweet smile so that Jeff wouldn't suspect her if he had hidden something.

"Yes Jeff, I'm fine."

"Then?"

"Then?" ask Caitlyn back and look pretended to be stupid.

"When are we going to get pregnant?"

"Oh... E.. Look, Jeff, don't you know that after signing a new contract, I'm going to do a series of promos for the next few months?"

"Yes, then?"

"I just don't want the series of promos that I do will interfere with the pregnant program that we are living."

"So, what should we do? Delaying the pregnancy program we're going to do?"

"Yes, it looks like Jeff. We have to postpone my pregnancy for the next few months. Ehh... E.. You okay, Jeff?"

The answer from Jeff also made Caitlyn feel so relieved. 'Thank God if she doesn't suspect anything, in a few months I'll be looking for an excuse to delay this pregnancy program again, ' Caitlyn muttered with a wry smile.

"Jeff, is there something I want to ask you?"

"How was your trip to Brooklyn without me by your side? Everything okay, right, Jeff? You didn't do any recklessness you used to do, did you?" ask Caitlyn who made Jeff riveted.

'Gosh, why did he have to ask this?' jeff muttered while gulping his saliva violently.
