The bell rang again. Caitlyn and Jeff are shocked to hear the sound of a bell and try to control their emotions. Jeff then releases his embrace on Caitlyn.

They are now making their appearance. Caitlyn then walked out of the room while glancing cynically at Jeff. Jeff followed Caitlyn and walked out of the room.

Caitlyn then held the doorknob and opened the door. As the door opened, it appeared that a middle-aged couple was standing in front of them.

"Daddy, Mommy!" shouted Caitlyn while splashing into the arms of the middle-aged couple.

"Caitlyn, how are you?"

"I'm fine Dad!"

"You look so pretty Cat!" said the middle-aged woman who was also being hugged by Caitlyn.

"Thanks Mommy."

"Where's Jeff?" ask father. A simple question, yet as if to scratch a wound in Caitlyn's heart.

"I'm here Dad" Jeff replied as he walked towards the two of them.

Caitlyn, shocked by Jeff's voice, releases her arms from her parents. Caitlyn's father hugged Jeff.

"How are you doing, Jeff?"

"Good Daddy. Daddy, Mommy. Let's go in first!" jeff walked towards them. They then entered the house and sat on a sofa located in the middle room.

"Thank you so much for taking good care of my daughter" said Caitlyn's father.

"No, I haven't been able to do anything for Caitlyn. But I will always try to make Caitlyn happy, even though for now I can't make her happy."

"Just a stupid woman who says you can't make her happy, Jeff. You gave me more than Caitlyn wanted. You always stretch your heart to always understand Caitlyn's situation, even you always give her everything Cat wants. You should be grateful to Cat, to have a husband like Jeff who always accepts your circumstances," Caitlyn's father, Edison Wicliff, told Caitlyn.

'Is that really what Daddy said? Is it true that I'm so lucky to have a husband like Jeff? Didn't he betray me? Wasn't he a cruel man for hurting two women? But if the red thread is pulled, why would Jeff be able to do all that, wouldn't I also take part in all this trouble?' muttered Caitlyn while holding back a heart that seemed so sliced. "I'm okay, Daddy. I'm fine Mommy," replied Caitlyn.

"You take a break, Cat, we'll stay a few days here, we still have plenty of opportunities to chat."

"That's exactly what your Daddy said, Cat. We still have plenty of opportunities. Better now you just rest. Jeff, you better go with Caitlyn in the room!" Diane's orders.

"Good, Daddy, Mommy. We go to the room first" Jeff replied. Without warning, Jeff suddenly carried Caitlyn's body.

Caitlyn who was so surprised Jeff suddenly carried her and glared at Jeff. "Don't expect you to take a chance because there's both of them, Jeff! Whatever you do, to me you're a traitor. You're a hypocritical man who's so disgusting Jeff!" caitlyn.

But Caitlyn's words were ignored by Jeff, he still carried Caitlyn's body so calmly to their room.

While Edison and Diane who saw Jeff and Caitlyn had entered their room and looked at each other.

"How's Diane? You're still gonna tell Caitlyn the truth?"

Diane's eyes now look sad, until a clear grain began to fall over her cheek.

"Yes Edison, I'll keep telling Caitlyn. He's an adult, he deserves to know all the secrets we've covered for almost twenty-five years" Diane said, wiping away her tears.
