Amber then looked at Caitlyn. "Go?" asked Amber while frowning.

"Yes, Jeff is gone. I'm sorry, Amber. I'm sorry I couldn't prevent it. But he gave this to you" Caitlyn said, giving Amber a letter.

Amber then took the letter from Caitlyn's hand. Slowly, he opened the letter while wringing his clothes. The sense of loss now began to seep into his heart.

Amber, though,

Sorry, that's the only word you can say. I know, even my millions of sorry words can't make up for all the wrongs I've done to you. I know, my mistake was so great to you, and I know you must have been so hurt by my attitude.

Amber then closed the letter, then tore it up. Caitlyn then looked at Amber who was currently smiling wryly.

"Amber, once again forgive me. I'm sorry I couldn't force Jeff to survive and marry you."

"You better shut up, Cat. I know this is part of your plan to play me!" snapped Amber. She then got up from her seat and left Caitlyn for Edison's treatment room as Jenny was currently giving both of them a code to enter the treatment room.

Caitlyn stared at Amber's departure with a stern look. While behind one of the walls of the hospital, a man looks at Caitlyn with a pushy look.

"Life is always about choices, Caitlyn. And the choice of my heart is forever only for you, even though you never again choose me as your heart, I will always love you, and take care of you in my way. I don't know what this love is, just think I'm crazy. I've been crazy since I fell in love with you, even though behind that madness I made the biggest mistake in our household, but forever you'll be my heart's choice. I'm sorry I hurt you all."

"Goodbye, Caitlyn. Forever this heart belongs to you, I love you, Cat" Jeff said with tears in his eyes as he looked at Caitlyn who had now entered Edison's treatment room.

Jeff then left the place, while a man is now staring at Jeff from a distance.

"So you chose to go, Jeff? I know this must be so hard for you. Forcing love is not easy, and I have felt it when I forced my love on Caitlyn. Until anytime, love can never be forced, let alone force a love because it is only bound by circumstances. I can only hope, two people who love each other, never again separated by circumstances, may Caitlyn be able to take back your love, Jeff."

"Edrick!" call someone who's now patting Edrick on the shoulder.

"Oh, Aunt Diane. I better get home first. Say hello to me to them, I don't want my presence to disturb the happiness of all of them."

"Aunty's okay, right?"

"Yes, I'm fine. It was supposed to be like that, I should have been away from their lives long ago. I've been unconscious all this time, Edrick. Thank you for your time. You're a good man, hopefully you can marry Amber as soon as possible. I'll go home first."

"Do I need to take you?"

Upon entering the room, a smile appeared on Edison and Jenny's lips. "So you're gonna marry my daughter Amber?" edison asked as Edrick stood beside the gurney.

Edrick just smiled, while looking at Amber who was now also looking at him with a deep gaze.
