"aaa.. What are you saying, Edrick? Caitlyn's comma?" ask Jeff.

Slowly, Edrick nodded his head. "Geez!" scream Jeff.

"Where's Caitlyn, Ed? Please tell me where Caitlyn is?" jeff snapped with a panicked look on his face.

"Follow me!" edrick's orders. He then walked into a room in one corner of the hospital. Jeff who walked behind Edrick also looked more panicked when approaching the room. His face now looks pias while his heart is beating so fast.

Eventually, they arrived at an ICU. Edrick approached one of the nurses standing guard in front of the ICU.

"Suster, can he see Caitlyn?"

"Of course, but remember not too long" the nurse replied.

"Yes." Yeah."

Edrick looked at Jeff and nodded his head. "Come on Jeff!"

"Thank you, Ed!" answer Jeff. He then entered the ICU.

When entering the ICU room, Jeff's feelings were increasingly uncertain. His heart felt so tight when he saw some hoses attached to Caitlyn's body.

"Cats!" call Jeff in a raucous voice while standing next to Caitlyn. She then stroked Caitlyn's pale face while shedding her tears.

"Cat, why Cat? Why are you sacrificing like this? Why did you sacrifice everything you had on Amber? Caitlyn, why did you tell me to leave? Why Cat? Didn't I tell you about who Amber really is? He's not as innocent and as good as you think, Cat!"

Jeff then clasped Caitlyn's hand. "Cat, I'm sure our meeting wasn't a coincidence. I'm sure this is a sign from the universe. Caitlyn, from today onwards I will always look after you, Cat. I will always take care of you. I will not leave you even if you reject me. I don't want Cat, parting with you is too much for me. I can't handle Cat anymore, especially after seeing you like this. Caitlyn, I will always take care of you, I will always love you" Jeff said.

He then kissed Caitlyn. A tear then escaped from the corner of Jeff's eye and fell into Caitlyn's eyelid, which made the eyelid move. However, not only the eyes but the fingers of Caitlyn's hand also moved.

Seeing the movements in Caitlyn's eyes and hands, Jeff was so surprised. "Cat, can you move your eyes, Cat? Then you can move your hands too?" said Jeff.

He then walked out of the ICU room and approached the guard nurse. "Suster, sister, try to check on Caitlyn, sister! Try checking Caitlyn's state because she responded to my sister. There was movement in his hands and eyes! Check now for the sisters!" jeff's orders.

"Okay, Sister." replied Jeff. He then came out of the ICU room and approached Edrick who was still sitting in front of the ICU room.

"You're still here?" ask Jeff. Edrick nodded his head. "Yes, I also want to know Caitlyn's situation."

"Is there any progress?"

Jeff then nodded his head. "Caitlyn moved her eyes and hands."

"Woww's support system of people loving each other wins is incredible, Jeff, "Edrick chuckled.

Jeff smiled too. "I'll stay here, Edrick. I would never go back to leave Caitlyn, even if I knew she was going to kick me out, I could care, the most important thing right now is that I would be wrong next to Caitlyn.

"You're right, Jeff. You must stay by his side."

Jeff nodded his head. "Ed, thank you. Now go and see Amber, maybe she's waiting for you. Please keep it a secret if I'm in this hospital right now."

"Yes, Jeff."

Edrick then got up from his seat and walked away from Jeff, but just a few steps Edrick stopped his steps and turned his body and looked back at Jeff.

"What's up Ed?"

"Jeff, don't you want to meet your son? I mean your son who was conceived by Amber, who is now born."

"When, Ed. Right now I just want to be with Caitlyn.

"Oh well if that's what you want" replied Edrick. He then walked away leaving Jeff still pensive.

'My son? I'm not even sure if he's my son. Edrick, let's calculate Amber's gestational age. If that kid was really my son, he couldn't have gotten into the incubator, Ed. While I was in Brooklyn, while I was waiting for you, someone came up to me and told me all the secrets about Amber, including Amber's pregnancy, and all the red threads I had investigated.
