A Few Days Later...

Amber slowly opened her eyes as sunlight entered through the gaps of her bedroom curtains. He then saw a nurse standing next to him.

"Good morning, Mrs Amber" said the nurse.

"Good morning, sorry I met your husband. Your husband told me he had an important meeting at his office, so he came home early. While your mother still keeps your son at home while waiting for a baby sitter for your child to come home."

"Oh yes, sister, thank you very much" replied Amber.

The nurse cleaned Amber's body and helped her change her clothes.

"I'm done cleaning your body, is there anything I can do to help Mrs Amber?"

Amber then smiled. "Suster, may I ask you a favor? I want to take a walk in the park. It's been three days that I've been in this room constantly, it feels really boring" Amber said.

The nurse nodded her head. "Of course Mrs Amber" the nurse replied. He then helps Amber to get up from the top of the gurney, then helps her get out of the gurney and into a wheelchair.

"You want to take a walk to the park?" ask the nurse.

"Yes" replied Amber.

The nurse then pushed the wheelchair into a park in the center of the hospital. Suddenly Amber's netra was fixed on a man who was walking in the hospital corridor.

"Jeff's? Isn't that Jeff?" squeak Amber.

"Suster, please lead me towards the man!" amber orders the nurse to push her wheelchair.

"Quick sister!" amber's orders.

The nurse rushed to push the wheelchair over to Jeff, who was walking while playing his phone.

"Jeff!" call Amber when she's right behind Jeff.

Jeff who heard his name was called and stopped his steps. He then turned his body and looked at Amber who was currently already behind him. Jeff smiled wryly.

"What's up, Amber?"

Amber then glanced at the nurse beside her. "Leave us a minute!" amber's orders. The nurse nodded her head and walked away from Amber and Jeff.

"What's wrong?"

"I want to talk to you, Jeff!"

"Good, but just for a second. I'm working on my project at this hospital. I'm doing a lot of work."

Amber nodded her head. Jeff then pushed Amber's wheelchair to the edge of the hospital corridor, and sat on the chair that was on the edge of the hospital corridor.

"What do you want to talk about?"

"You're so arrogant, Jeff! You're like an innocent man."

"You're so insolent Jeff! It's like you have no guilt for leaving me and our son! Thankfully there was Edrick! Edrick is so kind and accepts me for who I am! Don't you want to see your son Jeff?" snatch Amber back.
