Wizard and Deat Reaper: Hogwarts

Wizard and Deat Reaper: Hogwarts
Chapter 29's

It is only known to Toushiro that Harry was also trying to improve what he had done. However, Snape flinch, showing no signs that he will return to teach Occlumency on the last Potter.

It turned out that there was also a stubborn person who almost rivaled him.

And, unbeknownst to the shinigami duo, what Harry is trying to solve is not only his problem with Snape, but also his belief in his late father. But, with whom would he ask, while the one who could answer his question from the first hand had already melted into ashes? So the option is to ask people who know James Potter, namely Sirius Black.

The problem is, how to contact Sirius at Grimmauld Place if the communication channel is monitored. He did not want to risk sending Hedwig or another owl, because it would be hijacked again. He gets the feeling that the two shinigami know how to contact people outside the castle without being discovered, but he is too embarrassed to ask for their help. He had already imagined the reaction of the two if he asked:

"I need your help to get me to talk to Sirius about my father without Umbridge being caught." Kernyitan in Ichigo Kurosaki and the icy gaze of Toushiro Hitsugaya alone – just appeared in his brain – already made him tremble. Honestly, he is also not ready if criticized by the white hair again. And then the crazy idea came up; using Floo powder through a fireplace in Dolores Umbridge's office, which was the only unsupervised fireplace at Hogwarts.

Unexpected help came from the Weasley twins. Fred and George had devised a diversion plan (and Harry had a hunch that this was something much bigger than the fireworks). Realizing this might be his best chance, he agrees, not caring about Hermione's warnings and her threats to tell Ichigo and Toushiro or Ron's doubts about agreeing to Harry or Hermione's actions.

Harry gets a hunch that Ichigo and Toushiro are suspicious of him. However, the two did nothing to find out. Maybe they agree they don't want to interfere.

So, go ahead with the plan. Harry manages to sneak into Umbridge's office, using his fireplace to talk to Sirius and Lupin about James Potter's 'mischief' past and his little gang against Severus Snape. Harry got an answer, even though it didn't satisfy him. After all he had to cut off contact; Fred and George only guaranteed twenty minutes for him.

Harry rushed out of the office and went to the crowd created by the Weasley twins. The atmosphere in front of the Front Hall was like deja vu, for those who saw the dismissal of Trelawney. The children stood in a circle, some of them covered in greenish-brown mud. Not only the students, some teachers and ghosts were there as well; Peeves seemed to be hovering up and down above them with a very brash attitude, looking down at Fred and George who were standing in the middle of the crowd, became the center of attention.

Umbridge, who stood in front of them with a triumphant smile. "So you think it's funny to turn the school corridor into a swamp, don't you think?"

"Hilarious waitress, yeah," said Fred, looking at Umbridge without the slightest jitters. He and his twin showed no fear at all when Argus Filch came up with a punishment form for them.

"The two of you will soon know what happened to the troublemakers at my school" Umbridge said satisfiedly.

"What time?" said Fred. "It looks like you're wrong."

"And one mistake when you say 'my school'" George added with a serious, unnatural look on his face.

Fred looked at his twin brother, "I think we've had enough of a formal education, George."

"Yes, I think so, too" said George lightly.

"It's time for us to get out of this hell into the real world" Fred said.

"Again, brother."

Before Umbridge could say anything, the Weasley twins had already raised their magic wand and cast a Summoning Spell for their broom. The two brooms that were chained in Umbridge's office appeared; one of them carried heavy iron chains and hooks. Fred and George swiftly rode each other's brooms.

"If anyone wants to buy the Portable Swamp as it has been demonstrated," Fred said in a statement, "come to Diagon Alley number ninety-three at Magic Sakti Weasley, our new store!"

"A special discount to the Hogwarts students who swore to use our products for these old bats" pointed George at Umbridge, whose face was beaming purplishly.

"HOLD THEM!" umbridge's screams were futile. His Inquisitorial Squad failed to reach the twins who had drifted five meters above them.

Fred looked at the mischievous ghost floating in front of him, "Peach him to us, Peeves."

Peeves' answer, very unexpected. He took off his bell cap, then bowed respectfully to the twins agreeing. The children clapped boisterously, ushering the Weasley twins out of the castle into the purplish orange sky of the afternoon.

After the dramatic escapism of Fred and George Weasley, Hogwarts was no longer as calm as anyone could have hoped. Chaos and turmoil occurred in almost every second and in every corner of the castle. Children now dare to detonate Dirt Bombs or fire Smell Bullets in the corridors, even consuming Fogs in Umbridge classes en masse to avoid entering his Defense Against the Dark Arts class. In short, the days of being Principal for Dolores Umbridge were the days that – was very likely – was the worst day of her life. Moreover, there was no clue for him to eliminate the swamp that Fred and George made before their departure, so he could only make a dividing line so as not to be crossed by children. Harry was convinced the teachers could eliminate him easily, but their dislike of Umbridge led them to make an unwritten deal to let Umbridge 'try' to deal with all of his own problems.

However, that does not mean all of that is bad enough for Umbridge. The worst is the action of the ignorant ghost, Peeves, who takes Fred's request seriously. He was a pioneer of the frenzy at the castle of Hogwarts, and remarkably, without any protest from any teacher even Minerva McGonagall. Peeves cheerfully turned the tables and chairs in the classroom, ravaged the classroom, broke the lanterns, wrote brazen sentences on the board, and then broke the lanterns, and spent his free time blowing gum near Umbridge while he was talking, and many other things that must have made Umbridge compile a letter of expulsion of Peeves from Hogwarts to be sent to the Ghost Division at the Ministry of Magic – later it was known that his business was useless because Hogwarts is an independent area for the phantoms.

There's no longer a safe area on the corner of Hogwarts for Umbridge. If anything, he would not lower his self-esteem to be in a little place that could be said to be safe from the reach of Peeves; the McGonagall office, Snape's office, and Urahara's office. Peeves was indeed most careful not to disturb these three teachers other than Albus Dumbledore. Especially, at Urahara and his two 'disciples'. He still wanted to exist as a ignorant ghost, instead of going to Soul Society after being conshoued by one of them.

"Well, well," Urahara said at the time of his lesson, after assigning a sparring task to the fifth graders at random. Harry wiped the sweat off his forehead. He was paired with Justin Finch-Flethley, and managed to defeat him. "I'm glad you guys have got the main points of a duel empty-handed. The results of today's duel add to your value in my lessons. And…"

"Wait a minute" interrupted Malfoy. He looked around. "Kurosaki and Hitsugaya aren't here, how do you judge them?"

Urahara smiled oddly, as usual. This boy, he didn't understand it either. And not learn from his experience. Ckckck. "Don't I ever tell you they're on a different level than you? Of course I judge them by different, different standards as well; harder than you, so don't worry if this isn't fair."

"Sorry, sensei," Hermione said. "If they're not here so where are they?"

Urahara smiled, pointing to the floor. All the children looked at him in wonder.

"Er... Sir?"

"They were in my basement, practicing," Urahara said. He glanced at the black cat standing on his shoulder, which he called Yoruichi. "I hope they don't destroy the room."

Many children looked confused. They also just found out that Urahara has a basement, voiced by Parvati.

"You got a basement, sir?"

"Yes, of course," said Urahara kindly. "I need some space to calm down, don't I? Especially with Hogwarts which is experiencing a crisis of calm at this time…"

Some children laughed when they heard it.

"Obviously, since your exams are only a month away, it would be wise to let you know what will be tested in my subjects, so that you can prepare yourself well. For the Japanese Classical Defense Method there is no written exam…"

Most of the children were cheering.

"I'll just give you a practice test. I will have you work with one of your friends, in pairs to complete the task I gave you in that exam. My test will test not only your physical, but also your mental and intelligence abilities in your understanding of the Defense Methods you have learned. In this field test," Urahara pulled the screen attached to the blackboard, displaying the floor plans and diagrams for some reason. "will test your cooperation skills, you know, and I will also assess the ability of individuals to exit the arena of the exams I make."

Urahara showing a new picture. Show them a place familiar to all of them. "Location in the Quidditch field. And I've got permission, as well as the help of Professor McGonagall to design my test arena. Look," Urahara pointed to the floor plan formed in the middle of the field. Harry shuddered slightly as the plan resembled a maze, but it wasn't as complicated as he remembered it in the past year. There were some red marks, blue marks, and black dots in that part of the maze map. "You'll have obstacles to get to the finish line." Urahara pointed to the end point. "Red dot means the obstacle. I made an artificial opponent for you to defeat. Then this blue dot is a test, containing a problem, whether written or non-written, for you to solve. If you manage to handle these red and blue dots, you will earn points and be able to continue on to your next journey, continuing up to the finish line."

"What if we fail?" neville asked in a squeaking voice.

Urahara smiled mysteriously. "If you can't beat your opponent, break through obstacles, or break his quiz, fire red sparks into the air, a sign of surrender. Sorry, you guys failed. But don't worry, I appreciate your efforts to come to my class, so there will be your own tests for those of you who failed. But I want you to try your best to succeed in my exams."

Hermione raised her hand.

"Yes, Granger-san?"

"What can we use to get through all the obstacles? Can we use a magic wand?"

Urahara opened his fan, hiding a part of his face there. "You're allowed to bring a magic wand and use it; I told you that if you give up you shoot red sparks in the air." Many children sigh in relief. "But there's compensation."

"Eh?"

"Yes. Your value will be reduced."

Many people complain of disappointment.

"I don't care how you guys get through this maze to the finish line, as long as it's an honest and honorable act – I'll be watching you from the outside, make sure you get fair value. Use all your abilities to get through it. And now, I've compiled a list of couples for that exam, so you guys have time to build chemistry and strategize."

All the children looked at the blackboard, precisely Urahara put up another scroll containing the names of their test pairs.

"Well, remember each other's partners, and start getting to know them. Oh, ja. Granger-san, please pass on my message to Professor McGonagall: Kurosaki-san and Hitsugaya-san can't attend today's lesson."

"Are...are they okay, Sensei?" ask Neville worried.

"Yare, yare." Urahara shook his head as soon as he arrived at the basement which was transformed into a training area. He and Yoruichi, who were already in their human form, stared at the half-coral field that had been destroyed. Many small limestone hills have collapsed, flattened to the ground. Deep scratches also form on the surface of the soil. Dust also took part in the air around them. Here and there also seen large chunks of ice that scattered unevenly, issuing a familiar cold for them. And then, the two former commanders heard clangs of clashing swords, as well as the strokes of two reiatsu colliding with each other.

"They really know how to have fun" Yoruichi cheered, staring at the two young shinigami who were dueling in front of him.

Ichigo and Toushiro wear their shinigami forms, and in their respective bankai conditions. Ichigo's black katana aggressively attacks Hyourinmaru's blade, which is held by Toushiro's ice-covered hand in the shape of a dragon's head. The fight seems to have lasted quite a long time, if you see the hyouka aka ice flower that is behind the ice wing of the 10th Division Commander who lives one. However, both showed no signs of giving up or succumbing to the others, no matter if their physical condition was not too good. There was a deep nicks on Ichigo's right arm, which left him covered in blood. Moreover, there was a layer of ice wrapping around his left leg, making his movements slow down. Toushiro is no better. From his right temple made a stream of blackish-red blood that flowed up to his chin. His left arm was also covered in blood.

"Gunchou tsurara!"

Ice daggers formed in the air, and shot towards Ichigo at jet speed. However, the technique fails to reach Ichigo, who kills him with one slash of his bankai. Then, Toushiro flew away very quickly, clashing his sword with Ichigo, splashing sparks from the encounter of the two metals.

"Not good enough, Toushiro!" ichigo exclaimed, provoking a backlash from the white hair. Just then one of the four remaining ice flower petals melted in the air, making Ichigo grin with delight. "I will defeat you before his hyouka is destroyed!"

"It will happen" Toushiro commented coldly. He jumped back, took some distance, then lifted Hyourinmaru into the air. Simultaneously, the temperature around them decreased drastically, a sign that was very familiar to those who recognized Hyourinmaru's basic technique, Tensho Juurin.

"Uh, oh," Ichigo muttered, somewhat frantically. Toushiro wouldn't do that, would he?

"This.." said Yoruichi quietly. He looked at Urahara who actually looked rather amused. "Is he seriously willing to use Hyouten Hyakkasou here? I know this place is lined with very powerful kidou. But, considering him now…"

"Why don't we just see what he wants" Urahara said

In the Transfiguration class, Harry and almost all the students were astonished themselves, feeling the air descending to be colder than the previous one. But summer has already begun.

Urahara chuckled amusedly at the sight of the two young shinigami in front of him lying on the ground decorated with chunks of rock and ice as well as the effect of dust floating lightly above them. The breaths of the two hunted down, a sign of post-duel exhaustion responsible for the damage to the training room that was now barely recognizable as the original.

"Damn," said Ichigo, gasping. "I guess.. Hyouten... hyakkasou.. it turns out... Ryuusenka... ordinary…"

Yoruichi shook his head, his cat grin pointing at Toushiro who closed his eyes while trying to catch his breath. He and Kisuke were also fooled by the technique Toushiro would use to end the duel. He thought he would use that beautiful deadly technique on Ichigo. Ichigo who is prepared with the worst possibility is prepared, and attacks first to prevent himself from being defeated. But apparently, it was a two-layer trap. First, he was distracted by the worst possible of Tensho Juurin. Second, he was framed with an ice doll that resembled the original, aka the Ningyo Zanhyo technique, which made him late to realize that Toushiro was behind him and launched Ryuusenka who successfully dropped him, just when the last hyouka petal fell.

It was hard to say whether the duel was won by Toushiro absolutely or not, as Toushiro also fell to the ground after the technique due to exhaustion, also losing his balance due to the injuries on his head.

"So" said Urahara casually, "who won?"

"Brew!" Ichigo. "Help us why? This tired!"

"Ara, ask the polite one" Urahara chanted.

"Toushiro where can say," commented Yoruichi, looking down on the white hair. Ichigo got up, looking at the petite commander who was motionless. "Fainting, here."

"Well?!" Ichigo looked over in shock.

"It looks like you beat him up pretty hard, Ichigo," Urahara said, examining Toushiro. "Don't worry, he's okay. Just exhausted. It seems, to be able to compensate you he needs to use almost all of his abilities."

Urahara took the silver bracelet lying not far from Toushiro, then put it into the hand of the white hair. Instantly, his shinigami form was replaced by his disguise figure, but did not cover the wounds he got after the duel. "I'll take him to the hospital; I don't have enough time and expertise to treat him. You too, Kurosaki-san, put on your bracelet and come with me to see Madam Pomfrey."

"He won't be happy, Madam Pomfrey," lamented Ichigo, looking around for his portable giantie bracelet, finding it crushed by a block of ice.

"We all know that," chuckled Yoruichi.

Harry and the others just met Ichigo and Toushiro at dinner. The arrival of the two was greeted with extremely astonished gazes from almost the entire audience in the Great Hall. Both of them were still wearing Urahara class uniforms, which at that time looked dirty and torn here and there. A white bandage was wrapped along Ichigo's right arm, as well as on his chest which was slightly blocked by his kimono. Plaster is also attached to the temples and to his left cheek. As the orange hair walked, its steps were somewhat limped. Toushiro was also not defeated. The same white bandage coiled around his forehead. Although the way he walked seemed normal, both of his arms seemed to be covered in bandages as well. Toushiro looked paler than usual, and the wound on the corner of his lips seemed to have not healed properly.

"Blimey," said Ron in shock, as the two transfer students sat in front of the Golden Trio and began to pick up food regardless of the children's astonished gazes. "You why? How come you guys came back here with half a mummy?"

"What are you doing with your training?" ask Hermione worriedly.

"It's none of your business," muttered Toushiro, starting to eat the steak, slightly beaming as he opened his mouth.

Hermione instead looked at Ichigo, who blew the ramen and ate her noodles with chopsticks in her hand. Before Hermione could launch the question, Ichigo immediately answered her.

"We duel until we forget ourselves; I beat Toushiro and he beat me back. We were both pat and had to go to the hospital. It's over." End."

Hermione looked at the two transfer students with a dissatisfied look. But he was smart enough to understand that it was futile to ask them further.

Thankfully, both are alive. Isn't that enough to be grateful for? Ah, overdo it.

"Mr Kurosaki? Mr Hitsugaya?"

The two students looked over. Harry tried hard to hold back his laughter as he saw the two looking at Umbridge with bulging cheeks full of food. Moreover, the two of them both wore sinless expressions, making both of them seem like little children.

"What happened to you guys?" ask Umbridge sharply.

Ichigo and Toushiro exchanged looks. Almost simultaneously, the two swallowed the food in each other's mouths, and Toushiro answered first.

"As usual, Professor, the duel in the Urahara-sensei class."

"Till this mess?" ask Umbridge sweet.

"Not too messy, really," Ichigo said lightly. "This time none of us suffered a broken bone." Toushiro nodded once.

"What do you mean de-!"

Just then Peeves the ignorant ghost appeared from the ceiling of the swamp. Laughing crazily, the ghost dropped a large box of spiders onto the Ravenclaw table, making the girls scream in fear. Not only that, Peeves snatched the floating candles and threw them in any direction, creating a real mess.

"Ah, good timing," Ichigo said happily.

Toushiro agreed. He then took a plate of meat pie with his left hand while standing up, and ate a pie while offering the contents of the plate to Ichigo. Ichigo took it too. Ron, whose face instantly turned pale as soon as he saw the spider moving onto Gryfindor's table rushing followed the shinigami duo out of the Hall. Harry, Hermione and Neville followed behind them, leaving a crowd in the Great Hall that Dolores Umbridge was trying to handle.

This academic year's Quidditch final takes place on the final weekend of May. Although Harry did not expect much from Ron's performance in this last game, he still hopes Gryffindor can win. Hermione also thinks the same as him, but her expectations are greater because in her opinion Ron finds his optimism in the absence of his twin brother who is more reproachful than supportive.

Moreover, according to Hermione again, Toushiro became one of the reasons why Ron had to succeed in the last game of the season. The white hair had been picked up by the Captain, Angelina, as the master of tactics for this match. Unmitigated, Toushiro completely overhauled their training for the past three months into what Ron called a 'training session in hell', with the white-haired man playing his Hades role.

Toushiro demanded that they have good flying capital. For this one, all team members pass the test according to his version. Second, all team members already know their respective roles and tasks. Well, for this one, Ron and the two Beaters were less qualified. Be the main focus of training for the first month is to mature the ability of the three. Alicia Spinnet suggests half-heartedly replacing it, after seeing Andrew Kirke cry in despair after being yelled at by Toushiro for hitting Bludger to Katie instead of keeping her away. But, Tousiro rejected it, arguing that replacing members was wasting their time instead.

"All team members have to start all over again to build chemistry." As Toushiro said. "If I have to say, actually they already have good capital. It is much more effective to train them up to standard than to kick them out of the team. Disciplining their training and maximizing their abilities can now be a long-term provision for the foreseeable future."

That reason would even lead Oliver Wood to make Toushiro Hitsugaya the new Quidditch god.

The compensation of the decision was one Keeper and two Beaters who had to train extra hard, coupled with tempering their mentality so as not to fall under the grace of the genius transfer student. They will not be able to avoid the training schedule for any reason. If they skip, Toushiro will not hesitate to 'hunt' them and force them to attend the Quidditch field for training. Ron tells that Jack Sloper tried to avoid Quidditch practice in the second week after Toushiro agreed to become a strategist for the Gryffindor team, arguing that he had a misguided spell that made his ears overgrown with scallions. Toushiro managed to find him in the recreation room of Gryffindor, playing Gobstones. Sloper, with great disrespect in front of the other children is under the threat of Toushiro's white magic wand, and, the swearing Beater's head would be turned into an onion if he did not arrive at the Quidditch field within seven minutes. This frightened Sloper and soon followed the white hair. Why the little one can be even more sinister than the grumpy Hippogriff, is still a mystery to all living things.

Harry was rather grateful that he did not feel what Ron or the Gryffindor team members were going through. He shuddered to himself to think about the condition of the shinigami working under the command of the little white-haired. As he voiced his opinion to Ichigo, Ichigo laughed at him. According to him, Toushiro is still more lenient and kind-hearted than another commander called Kenpachi Zaraki, the Commander of the 11th Division, who practiced discipline in the form of brutal acts, he said, challenging his own division members three times a day was like taking medicine, and Byakuya Kuchiki the 6th Division Commander, who put forward an honorable attitude. And then, Harry decided to stop forcing his imagination to go wild.

Unfortunately Harry and Hermione couldn't see those dreadful workouts other than Roger Davies' first goal. Rubeus Hagrid came to the bleachers and led them to the Forbidden Forest. Where did they know that it turned out that Hagrid decided to tell them where his wounds came from; it turned out that his mission of drawing the giants to the side that was fighting Lord Voldemort did not end up empty-handed. Hagrid found his younger brother, Grawp, a five-meter-tall giant. Where do they know also that Hagrid's intention to tell the two about his half-brother was to become Grawp's new friend if he was forced to leave because he threatened to be fired by Umbridge.

After a 'friendly' introductory session – Grawp barely snatched Hermione – Hagrid took them out of the Forest, straight into the Quidditch field. The Hogwarts wild beast watchman left immediately after dropping them off.

"Weasley our king

Weasley our king,

Not a single Quaffle came in again

Weasley our king…"

Harry and Hermione almost jumped to hear the familiar song. Hermione who was still in shock with the presence of Grawp in her brain immediately sewot.

"Why don't they want to stop singing the song? Not quite as happy as they?!"

Seen by them a large group of children were moving up the gently sloping meadows of the Quidditch field.

"Let's just go back to the recreation room," Hermione let out a sigh.

"Weasley was great, man,

Not a single Quaffle came in again,

Then all the children of Gryffindor sang,

Weasley our king!"

"Hey."

Harry and Hermione were glued to the spot. Toushiro just got off his Firebolt. His pale face seemed decorated with faint satisfaction. His white hair was a mess, clearly blown away by the wind while hunting the Snitch, which Harry realized the wings on the small golden ball were flapping limply in Toushiro's hand.

"Where have you been?" ask Toushiro. "You missed our win."

"Me-won?" hermione asked, in disbelief.

Toushiro looked at Hermione with a gaze that Harry was very familiar with as sure-only-so. But he answered too. "Strategy succeeded. All moved according to tactics; Weasley could catch the rest of the Quaffle after Davies and Kirke's first goal and Sloper shot Bludger at the opponent instead of comrades... But, I saw you guys were off with Hagrid. What's up?"

Harry and Hermione exchanged glances.

"Come to the recreation room. We told him along the way" said Harry grimly. Harry stared at the Gryffindor team Quidditch uniform that Toushiro was wearing, the Firebolt in his left hand, and the Snitch in his right hand with a feeling of sadness. If only he had captured the Golden Snitch victory for this year's final.
