In the evening, the fifth graders take the Astronomy practice exam. Harry was relieved this was his last practical test. Just being told to make a star map, it would obviously not be as difficult as the practice exam this afternoon which still left some bruises and pains in some parts of his body. It feels a little impatient to finish this exam and go to sleep. There's still a written exam of History Magic tomorrow morning. How can you sleep well then…
However, about an hour passed in the seriousness of all the children completing each other's star maps, Harry noticed something was wrong in the castle courtyard below. Hesitating, he pointed his telescope down instead of into the sky. He recognized the short fat silhouette. What is Dolores Umbridge doing with five other people in the hours past midnight?
Unfortunately, Harry could not just focus on what the PTIH teacher was going to do while the star map was not finished. Somewhat reluctantly, he turned his telescope back to the night sky, looking again where the position of Venus that had been shifted from his memory.
However, a few minutes later, his attention was turned again towards the Hagrid cottage where Umbridge and his small group were located. And this time, it wasn't just him who was interested in her attention. Almost all children point their telescopes down, rather than up. Harry also sees Ichigo and Toushiro leaving their star map to see what happens. The stern expression on Toushiro's cold face signified that something bad was about to happen.
And when he heard the half-giant's wrathful roar that boomed even to the top of the Tower of Astronomy, Harry was immediately struck by consciousness, knowing what Umbridge was doing.
He tried to sack Hagrid in a rude manner. The five people who were with him were clearly Aurors who were brought in from the Ministry of Magic to take down Hagrid. 'The 'disrespectful dismissal' was done in the middle of the night so as not to cause the same uproar as he did with Trelawney.
Harry held his telescope with trembling hands, horrified to see flashes of spells hurtling toward Hagrid. It's amazing that all those Pushers mean nothing to him.
And then, they saw the front door of the castle slam open. The tall figure of Minerva McGonagall walked quickly towards the commotion that occurred. He's not alone. Harry recognized the shape of the hat, Kisuke Urahara's green-and-white striped hat. The man walked slightly behind McGonagall.
"Please get it right!" shouted McGonagall furiously. "How dare you-!"
Four of the five Aurors turned away from Hagrid, brandishing their wands at the Transfiguration master while shouting, "Stupefy!"
"No!" scream Hermione and Lavender together.
Harry was immediately plagued by intense fear. However, the four Mantras did not make it to McGonagall. Another tall figure was suddenly already in front of McGonagall, directing her palm as if to deflect the spell.
An invisible field formed in front of Kisuke Urahara, blocking the four spells, smashing into him with a loud bang. Harry was relieved not to be trapped; there was Urahara there.
Meanwhile, down there, the five Aurors and Umbridge were dumbfounded, shocked to see the unexpected arrival of Urahara. Especially, on his ability to move that fast.
"That was," said Urahara coldly. McGonagall gasped; only this first she heard Urahara speak in such a tone. "a lowly cowardly act, attacking one man with four weapons at once. Very unwise, gentlemen."
"Professor Urahara," said Umbridge sweetly, "this is absolutely none of your business. If you're willing, please step back so we can complete our task."
"Why don't we settle it in peace?" Urahara's tone returned to his casual tone, but anyone could be aware of the warning behind it. Unfortunately, Umbridge was too stubborn to accept the advice of others.
"Better you don't interfere, Professor."
"Ara, forgive me then, because I can't." Urahara smiled oddly. "Do you know that you committed an offence, Principal?"
"Crosses? The dismissal of Rubeus Hagrid has been approved by the Minister…"
"Even so, what was Hagrid-san's fault for having to go this way? I'm sure if you ask him carefully, Hagrid-san will also leave willingly. This kind of violence is unacceptable."
"YOU! You know you're on probation, Urahara!"
"Ah, yes, right," Urahara said in a smile. "Well, how about we just finish it? Hagrid-san, you can go now."
"But, Professor…"
"Kisuke's right, Hagrid, go," said McGonagall, pulling out her wand. "We take care of this."
Seeing Urahara's friendly smile and McGonagall's stern expression, Hagrid realized, this was his best choice. Ducking down, he picked up Fang who had fainted from being hit by the Dope Spell that had previously been fired wildly. He then ran towards the gate.
Umbridge looked at Urahara furiously. "Catch Hagrid!"
The five Aurors went in the same direction as Hagrid. However, Urahara was already in front of them.
"Surge!" snapping one of those Aurors.
"Duh," said Urahara, lowering the tip of his hat slightly so that his face was blocked by the shadow of the striped hat. "I don't want to use violence, you know. But if you force…"
Harry looked down there in amazement, as did the other children. After Hagrid had left, it seemed that Umbridge had the Aurors go after the half-giant. However, they thwarted Urahara again. I don't know what the eccentric teacher did, which he obviously managed to subdue the five Aurors of the Ministry of Magic without a magic wand. What Harry saw was a quick glide of golden light, ending with McGonagall carrying five scorch palanquins into the castle with her wand; Umbridge was silent on the spot while Urahara followed McGonagal with light steps.
Afterwards, all the children hurriedly completed the star map of each – considering they spent the previous ten minutes watching the events below instead of the exam.
"What did Urahara do to the Auror, huh?" ernie Macmillan asked as they all went down the Astronomy Tower, discussing the incident earlier.
"Did he do a fatal attack on them?" ask Hermione worriedly.
"It's just a binding kidou" said Toushiro kalem. "Not too dangerous. Urahara is not that brutal type of person anyway."
But he still needs to talk to Kisuke Urahara about this event.
Ichigo and Toushiro have to wait until three in the morning after the recreation room is completely empty, for them to be able to meet Urahara.
"I'm sure now Hagrid is joining Dumbledore-san in the cave on the mountain near Hogsmeade," Urahara said calmly. "At the very least, he'll be quiet and safe there, without Umbridge."
"And you're on probation" Ichigo interrupted.
"And you think it's gonna affect me?" smirk Urahara.
"No," Ichigo and Toushiro said simultaneously.
"Yes! Just like the last question, about whose name you choose to pass through the exit…"
"It's your fault that you're making such silly questions," Ichigo grumbled.
"But I'm glad you know the answer, although blowing up the door was in my estimation, anyway, I know now that you're not leaving your friends. Good thinking…"
"'And you made the riddle," muttered Toushiro.
"Well, well," said Urahara, while Yoruichi wriggled with her cat's body while yawning wide – is very ungraceful if she wears her human form with her official title as a noble princess. "It's almost morning. I'm sure you guys need to rest your brain and physical stuff a little bit before the final exam later."
Toushiro has no problem with sleeping late and waking up early – results often he overtime and had to come early in the office in the morning for the task of commander – so he had no reason to so tired. So did Ichigo who had been trained madly by the Vizards. But the other kids aren't. Most fifth graders who were a few hours ago discussing the dismissal of Rubeus Hagrid looked very tired. With apparent compulsion, most of the children reopened records of a one-meter-high Magic History as ammunition to the final battlefield named the Magic History exam.
They're testing at two in the afternoon. Harry's difficult to get rid of Hagrid's passing made it difficult to sleep in the morning. Plus, all the memorization of Magic History made him dizzy and tired. He really hopes that after the exam is over he can sleep a long and refreshing.
As soon as the exam began and the exam papers were turned around to be done, Harry's drowsiness grew. The more questions he read, the harder he was to understand what he meant. Its concentration is difficult to control. And the heat of the sun in the summer afternoon did not help at all. Tired, Harry blinked, then looked around for inspiration. All his friends were busy writing down their answers, whether they were right or wrong. Ichigo's bright orange hair is so striking that it makes his eyes water. He turned his gaze towards Hermione, who was looking down on the lines for her answer, envious of whatever the girl had written. Not far from Hermione, Toushiro also answered her exam smoothly, but her expression seemed displeased. His usually pale face looked slightly flushed this time, no doubt the high temperature in this room bothered Toushiro so much. His white hair looked dazzling to Harry, making him look back down at the poor answer paper.
Harry closed his eyes, trying to remember the answer to the first Grand Mugwump celebration of the International Confederation was Pierre Bonaccord, but his appointment was opposed by the Liechtenstein magic community because he was pretty sure the answer had something to do with trolls, so he wrote that Bonaccord wanted to stop the troll hunt, but Liechtenstein had a problem with mountain trolls, though he believed Hermione's record of this up to ten pages…
He forced his tired brain to think. At the watch table in front of it, the hourglass on top of it poked the grains of sand from the container above into the container below…
Once he opened his eyes, he was no longer in the hot Great Hall, but rather a dark and cool corridor towards the Department of Mysteries in the Ministry of Magic. He walked quickly, almost running and entered a round room with many doors. He chose the second door from his right, knowing he chose the right door. And then, he walked until he arrived in a room the size of a cathedral filled with shelves filled with golden glass balls. He walked as fast as he could. His heart was racing, and he arrived at shelf number 97, then turned to the left and walked down the hallway between the two shelves…
There was a black figure moving on the floor at the end of the passageway, moving like an injured animal…
And then, Harry spoke, in a high voice screeching without mercy. "Take it for me. Put it down now. I can't touch it, but you can…"
The black figure was just curled up there. And Harry, with his pale claw-like hand, took his wand, and used Crucio to torment him.
"Lord Voldemort is waiting…"
The man groaned softly, then raised his tyrannical face and drenched in blood. Nonetheless, the man did not show any agitation in his sunken eyes
"Kill me" whispered Sirius Black.
"Surely, if this is done," said Lord Voldemort's cold voice. "But you have to get it for me first, Black... You think you've had enough pain? And we still have a few hours, and here no one will hear you…"
As soon as Harry woke up, he realized he was screaming, with his scar burning. Meanwhile, a huge uproar occurred in the Great Hall.
Ichigo stands up from his seat, like most fifth graders around him, watching Professor Tofty take Harry out of the Hall. Another supervisor tried to calm the children and wondered what happened to Harry. Ichigo turned to look at Toushiro, whose face looked serious. His sharp eyes send a very clear non-verbal message, finish the exam and we discuss this afterwards.
So, forcing herself to sit down, Ichigo grabbed her quill pen and started writing again. The concentration is now divided. He knew very well what happened to Harry in relation to Voldemort. He gets a bad feeling, that what happened to Harry is not the usual aggressive action if he gets a vision of Voldemort. This time, it was arguably the worst reaction after having a vision of Mr. Wesley's assault.
And he was sure Toushiro thought so too.
But ten minutes later, after the bell rang the sign of the exam was over, the two shinigami did not find Harry in the Front Hall.
"He's in the hospital" said Toushiro, unmistakably after tracking the reiatsu. "And it looks like Granger and Weasley are there too."
"We?" ask Ichigo.
"I thought…"
"Mr Kurosaki, Mr. Hitsugaya."
Holy shit.
The two transfer students looked over. Dolores Umbridge stood behind them with her usual frog smile.
Harry told Ron and Hermione all he remembered. As vigorously as possible, he also endured the painful heat in the scar on his forehead.
"How can we get there?" he asked with a trembling voice, like his knees were also trembling, horrified to imagine what had happened to Sirius.
A moment of silence between the three of them. Then Ron said, "K-too there?"
"To the Mystery Department, save Sirius!" harry said loudly.
"But – Harry.." said Ron hesitantly.
"What's? What's?" ask Harry impatiently. Don't they understand that this is important?!
"Harry," said Hermione timidly, "uh.... how did.... how did Voldemort get into the Ministry of Magic without anyone realizing he was there?"
And, here they were, in an unused classroom, arguing about the true sight Harry saw. Hermione insisted that it was impossible for both Voldemort and Sirius to be in the Ministry of Magic that afternoon, in a place where Aurors throughout the country occupied the building as its headquarters undetected. But Harry did not care, the vision was very real to him, and Ron also supported what he saw. And Harry was annoyed not to play when Hermione accused him of having a tendency-to-save-people!
"What does that mean?" harry's growled. Anger bubbled in his mind.
"I mean, you're kind enough to do it" said Hermione hurriedly. "Everyone thinks it's amazing…"
"And you think I'm a hero? This isn't the first time I've heard of…"
"No, no, no," Hermione was terrified. "That's not what I mean!"
But Harry felt his patience was far depleted. Hermione continued to give reasons for ignoring her vision…
"IF YOU THINK I SHOULD PRETEND NOT TO SEE…"
"You should have shut your mind! That's what Sirius wants!"
"HIS VOICE WOULD BE DIFFERENT IF HE KNEW AP-"
The classroom door opened, and soon the Golden Trio turned its head. Ginny and Luna entered the room with curious looks.
Uh-oh.
"So that's it."
Umbridge displayed an understanding frog smile that she clearly considered a motherly smile. He discussed Ichigo and Toushiro's return to Shinou at Urahara's office that afternoon. It seems that the additional improvisation of Kisuke Urahara was quite convincing for Umbridge, seeing how the witch did not throw many suspicious gazes. Nonetheless, the third – four, if counting Yoruichi who is still in the form of a cat – know that Umbridge keeps a faint satisfaction of the prospect of their departure from Hogwarts. surely Umbridge harbors discomfort over their presence which he deems to be destabilizing to his territory at Hogwarts.
"I'll send your transfer files to the Ministry after this. And, since the exam is over, of course, the transcripts of the test scores and lessons will also be prepared soon for the administration of the two of you back to Shinou," Umbridge said sweetly. "It's a pity that you didn't spend the rest of your education at Hogwarts, given your achievements that have impressed me quite a bit."
Ichigo makes a gesture of wanting to vomit, but in his imagination.
'Ichigo's insignificant pleasantries, ' comments inwardly, irritated instead of playing. He was very impatient to see Umbridge leave Urahara's office.
"Indeed quite unfortunate," said Urahara, smiling. "But I'm sure they need Shinou's graduation certificate to support their future. Nonetheless, I'm also sure what they got at Hogwarts really helped add to their experience."
'Yeah, the experience of not involving yourself in people like Umbridge, ' said Ichigo and Toushiro compact, inwardly.
"Well, I…"
Umbridge's speech was cut off when a knock was heard on Urahara's office door.
"Come in" said Urahara cheerfully.
It was Filch. His wrinkled face revealed a satisfaction that could not be hidden.
"Excuse me, Professor Urahara, I'm looking for Professor Umbridge" Filch said gasping. Urahara only nodded with his usual smile. "School Head! You should see this…"
"What's up, Argus?"
"Harry Potter and his friends, Ma'am, they sneak into your office…"
Ichigo and Toushiro exchanged looks.
"I think we'll talk later" Umbridge said. He seemed excited to hear this news. "I'll take care of this offense first. Good afternoon."
And Umbridge immediately walked out of the office, followed by Argus Filch who limped behind him.
"Gosh," said Urahara, lowering his striped hat with an amused expression. "It looks like Harry Potter knows how to get himself into trouble."
"More than you know," added Toushiro, somewhat annoyed.
"So" Ichigo said, looking at his colleagues, "what are we doing now?"
"We can't reach Harry if he's with Umbridge" Yoruichi said. "Does this have anything to do with what happened in the hall during the exam last afternoon?"
"I'm sure so," Toushiro said seriously. "I heard him mention Sirius by name. It seems his vision had something to do with Black."
"Then we must also move," urged Ichigo. "We'll take Harry first?"
"not now. Umbridge was with him," said Toushiro. "Look. We contact Black at Grimmauld Place to see if he's there. And we should also call Dumbledore if Potter gets another vision…"
"Let me go" said Yoruichi immediately. "But I need clothes first…"
"Go then," said Toushiro, and Yoruichi darted into the interior of the office, unmistakably transforming into his human form. "And we tell McGonagall…"
Toushiro came to a sudden halt, feeling his Soul Pager tremble. Immediately, Toushiro reached into the pocket of his robe and picked up his phone. He saw the incoming message Division 12, read it so that other colleagues know what the news is.
"Arrancar appears in Karakura City and prepares a portal to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. They'll make a total assault there…"
"WHAT?!" exclamation Ichigo shocked.
Toushiro looked at Ichigo and Urahara, the latter of whom put on a rare serious look.
"They seem to be initiating their aggression" Urahara said. "The right timing, or not, what do you think?"
"Don't be silly" said Toushiro. "I'm glad they came after it's all over, but, what's going on at Hogwarts, what's going on here." Toushiro came to a sudden halt. "Maybe they're after magic?"
"They're joining Voldy, they've got that, haven't they?" said Ichigo.
"I mean the magic that exists in the children of witches," said Toushiro. "Look, the Arrancars are working with Voldemort, and it looks like they're doing their thing at the same time. Voldemort's first step was something that had something to do with Potter's vision. Whatever it is, I think he meant to lure Potter to him. While Voldemort was taking care of Potter, the Arrancar came to Hogwarts to take care of us, regardless of their purpose. Maybe they knew that there were shinigami on guard at Hogwarts, after sending Viendo back then. Voldemort used the Arrancars to get Potter out of our care."
"We can't let it go" Ichigo said angrily. "And Arrancar wants magic? From those kids? That's right!"
"This is just my guess," said Toushiro flatly. "They may have intended the children to be potential supporters of the Voldemort movement. And…"
"… we still don't know their plans for us, shinigami, yet" Urahara said.
"You're right," said Toushiro, somewhat impatiently.
"Your analysis could be correct" Urahara said, crossing his arms in front of his chest. He sighed. "I don't believe this. We have no clue at all what the Arrancar's true purpose is and they're in sight…"
"All that can be done is a frontal attack" Ichigo said.
"And their numbers are more than Winter War," said Toushiro, looking at his Soul Pager, then looking at his two comrades, "but their strength is yet to be ascertained. Soul Society will send additional shinigami here. I hate to say Hogwarts will be a battlefield."
"Ah, this situation is difficult," complained Urahara. He clapped his hand and put his hat on again. "We should move too then. I will tell McGonagall-san and Snape-san, and then contact them and go to see Dumbledore-san. You inform and confirm the things related to this incident to Seireitei, Hitsugaya-san. And Kurosaki-san…"
"Find Potter," cut Toushiro firmly.
"He's with Umbridge" Ichigo grumbled. "And he's in the castle! Why should I look for him? And how do I get him?"
"Not anymore" said Toushiro, who was facing the window. He saw three familiar figures walking towards the Forbidden Forest. "She and Granger headed for the Forest with Umbridge. I don't care what you want Umbridge, just take the others back to the castle."
"You talk like it's easy to do." - Ichigo grumbled.
This made him accept the deathglare that would make Byakuya Kuchiki proud of Toushiro Hitsugaya.
"Come on," lamented Ichigo, "The forest is vast, how am I supposed to find him? He could be anywhere!"
"You've beaten some lieutenants, some commanders, chief Quincy, and even you've been to hell and been able to get out of there, and you're asking for relief from finding a fifteen-year-old in the woods on a few acres?"
And, Ichigo has no reason to argue. He was irritated at Urahara who chuckled in the background.
