Blue Light

Blue Light
TWENTY

"Aren't you able to find just one thing in common with the blue fog attack?" neff asked, turning the steering wheel to the right.

The three of them were on their way to Grindelwald, after their plane landed about half an hour ago.

For the return flight this time, air traffic was smoother, so they arrived in Zurich before nightfall.

Along the way on the plane, Lana falls asleep more, and Luke lets her.

According to Neff, most likely Lana is feeling very relieved, therefore she is very relaxed and sleeps more.

And as soon as they got into the car, Neff immediately began discussing the topic that had been discussed by Luke.

Lana shook her head, "The events that accompanied her are very different. The most I can explain is probably just the incident with Petra, because back then I really expected the fog to appear and strangle her"

"The junk man really deserved it" Lukas said, clenching his hands furiously.

"Hmmm... And who was the other incident with?" neff asked, glancing mischievously at Luke from the rearview mirror.

"Aaron, and I just paid a visit to his apartment. While he was serving tea, suddenly the mist attacked" Lana replied, thinking hard.

He did not see how Luke's face became bent in annoyance from jealousy. Neff who saw Luke's face change from the rearview mirror smiled with satisfaction.

He certainly still remembered the name called Lana. But Neff can't miss how each Aaron's name is called by Lana, Luke's face turned grim. It was entertainment for him.

"We better get Petra off the list, because you called her" Luke said.

Lana nodded, "I wasn't actually sure if the fog was going to actually come out. But that's all I can do, my screams are swallowed up by the music from the club"

"I can't decide now, whether the fog is actually a good thing or a bad thing. I wanted so much to hate him, for it had made me freeze, but his existence had spared you from a terrible disaster" Lukas said exasperatedly.

Their discussion did not progress, because they could not even know the most basic thing, which was whether the blue light was a curse or a boon to Lana.

"Lana!!! you're back...!!"  a petite voice greeted Lana, from the empty seat in front.

Lana glanced out of the car, and it turned out that the sun had set.

"Are you no longer angry with me? Have you guys made up"

Diell's lisp filled the car room. And now that Lana was starting to get confused, did she have to answer Diell right now? Or wait when they are alone?

Lana is not used to talking to spirits in the presence of others. Aubrey refrained from speaking to her every time Joan visited her house.

"What's he talking about? Diell usually can never stay still" Lukas said, looking at Lana and the empty seats alternately.

!!CKITTTT!!!!

Neff almost lost control, and their car skidded a little on the ice-covered road.

"Woaahhh... Do you mean Ellza is here?" neff asked frantically, glancing at the chair next to him.

"How did you know?" ask Lana.

"You suddenly focused and looked at the chair. I almost asked why, but then realized that the sun had set" explained Luke.

"Are they just going to show up? without any sign?" neff asked, still glancing at the seat next to him nervously.

Lana nodded, "Just a very cold gust of wind. But only I can feel it"

"Is that why you shiver in the cold during the festival?" luke asked, considering how lana was so bad at the time.

"A crowd of such people, will also mean many spirits following him. The more the number of spirits, the cooler the air temperature will also be"

"You almost froze to death at that moment" Lukas said, his hand automatically squeezing Lana's arm out of worry.

"If it's just one or two, it won't be dangerous. But the coldness that spirits produce is sometimes not the same. Like Aubrey and Barnabas, I can live comfortably with them. But---em-" Lana hesitates because she has to mention Anja's name here.

"It's okay Lana, you're free to say anything" said Lukas, seeing Lana's doubts.

"Anja has a very strong cold, stronger than Barnabas and Aubrey"

"Mommy was so cold, I couldn't get close to her" a small voice replied from the front, and Lana immediately cursed inside. He shouldn't have mentioned Anja's name in front of Diell, it would have made him sad.

But Diell's remark made Lana understand something terrible, "Diell, have you ever seen your mother?" ask slowly.

"Yes, I don't like it. Mommy always felt sick" Diell said it in a trembling voice, she must have wanted to cry.

"Yes...God!!" Lana covered her paled face with a frown.

The sight was so horror to Lana, how could Diell possibly have to see it?

"Lana what's wrong? What did Diell see?" Lukas and Neff look at each other through the rearview mirror, confused because Lana suddenly lowered her head.

"Lana!!'" Luke shakes Lana's shoulder, because he doesn't answer.

"We go to Merian"Luna raised her head, and looked at Neff very seriously.

"Lana, what's wrong? Your face is pale"

Lana raised her hand to stop Luke's question. He could not explain anything to Luke right now.

Lana was determined in her heart, she had to immediately talk to Anja and help her 'get away'. He couldn't let Diell see the horror at all times.

But all is not as easy as Lana imagined, her legs begin to tremble as they both ride the cable car in Merian.

Neff, though reluctant, actually does not want to be left behind whatever Lana will do.

But once they arrive at Grindelwald, one of his men contacts, he must finish some of his work that has been delayed, and cannot dodge any more.

With a disappointed face, Neff finally said goodbye to them, promising to follow soon to Merian once the work was done.

Lukas himself finally could only remain silent, when Lana still did not want to explain what he was actually going to do.

But Luke begins to guess, when Lana says she wants to go straight to the exclusive block.

"What are you gonna do there, Lana?" Luke could not stand Lana's silence anymore

"Diell sees it every day"

Lana considering this was a good time to tell them everything. Luke will not be able to prevent it again, if it turns out that he does not agree.

"See what?" lukas asked, Lana's explanation was too broad to conclude.

"I'm sorry, but I have to say this" Lana said carefully.

Anja was once Luke's wife. He must consider his feelings. And again Diell was still nearby. The little girl was seen enjoying the view outside the cable car.

"The spirits who die by suicide are in a different state to the others. They will usually be tied to where they died. Then they would repeat the scene of how they died over and over again every day"

Lana glanced at Diell who was now paying attention to Luke.

"Geez!!!!....."

Luke felt his knees go limp and fell on the floor of the cable car. "That's terrible" he murmured again.

"What did you see in that room?" he asked after a few seconds of digesting Lana's story. Luke was still sitting on the floor holding up his hand.

"You don't have to ask!" lana said, but Lukas shook his head in disagreement.

"Tell Lana, I must know" Luke insisted, standing up and walking out.

The cable car they were riding in, had arrived at the destination.

The two of them went down, but then Luke turned towards the edge of the gated cliff. He looked at the black abyss before him with empty eyes.

Lana is worried, she does not want to make Luke tormented by the details of how Anja died, but on the other hand, she also feels unable to if you have to face it alone.

When the look in his eyes fell on Diell, he saw how Diell had a small nod to him. He gave Lana his consent.

"But I have to go, Lana, I don't like being here"

Before Lana could give a reply, Diell had already run small and disappeared from sight.

Lana knows why she only saw Diell here once. Diell must have avoided this block, because of what he saw in that room.

But with Diell gone, Lana could speak more freely to Luke.

"Anja----- usually enters by breaking through the wall next to the door, while singing small. The lullaby in Italian" Lana started her story with a slight hiccup.

"That's a song she used to sing for Diell. When his brain is not under the influence of alcohol, he used to sing the song while accompanying Diell to sleep" explained Lukas.

His eyes still looked far away. "Is he still here?" ask while looking around.

Lana shook her head, "Diell left as soon as we got there"

"That's better" Lukas said, waving his hand at Lana, telling her to go back.

"He hung a long cloth on an object above the ceiling, and so it was" Lana decided not to tell him in more detail. He could not bear to see Luke helpless in the face of his emotional invasion.

"I want to help her get away" Lana added.

"But you got so bad the first time you saw her, Lana" Luke raised his objection, he turned around and now looked at Lana.

Luke finally understood what was causing Lana to be in a terrible state that night. He is not only destroyed by Petra's actions, but also by the horror and coldness of Anja's spirit.

Lana shook her head slowly, to tell Luke, there was something else to worry about besides her.

"Diell could see the incident every day, I had to immediately help Anja to 'get away'"

"And I thought that what you said couldn't get any worse" said Luke, rubbing his sweaty hands against the coat.

Luke then turned around and gripped the guardrail very tightly, Lana until scared that she would suddenly jump.

But after muttering something that Lana could not hear, Luke turned his head towards her.

"What are you going to do to help Anja?" tanyakanya.

Lana shrugged her shoulders softly, "I have to get her to talk first, after which I can only know what she wants"

"Then..Let's finish this d*mn task" said Lukas, stepping wide toward Anja's room.

And Lana agreed, it's better to get this done as soon as possible.

"Wait a minute!!" lana said, when Lukas would stick his card lock on the door.

Lana was again struck by discomfort, she could already hear Anja singing, and the voice still gave her a sense of horror after a long time.

"You sure you're gonna do it?" ask Luke, again.

Lana nodded, "I just have to get used to it" Lana said.

After Lana signs that she will be fine, Luke attaches the cardlock to the door and opens it.

Lana instantly felt a gust of coldness that defeated the coldness of the snow outside. Luke who was in front of him clapped his hand once to turn on the lamp.

Now in addition to hearing Anja's singing, Lana can see the spirit figure of Anja who is dragging the object she will ride.

Lana's steps came back to a standstill, she entered at an inopportune moment. Lana doesn't like to see when Anja's neck is broken.

"What's wrong?" Luke whispered to Lana who was now standing while closing her eyes.

Lana signs Luke to be quiet, and he has to wait until Anja repeats her ritual again before asking her to speak.

Lana shuddered, as the sound of the crackling filled the air. But Lana finally dared to open her eyes and advanced into the room.

Lana waits, and Anja's singing is heard again.

With a slow step, Lana approached Anja, before she reached the center of the room where she hanged herself. Lana tightens her coat, as Anja's temperature completely freezes.

Behind him, Luke could only look at Lana in confusion, he did not know how to behave in this situation.

"Anja, are you willing to listen to me for a second?" ask Lana, as polite as possible.

And Lana almost screamed as with a jerking motion, Anja's head turned to her, revealing a face that was mostly covered in hair, but Lana still saw how Anja's eyes were focused on her.

But after all that, Anja's routine movements did not stop. He still does what he should.

"Stop, I beg you" Lana said softly, while her body had started to shiver, as the coat she was wearing did little to help against Anja's cold.

"Lana, I think we should get out of here" said Lukas, who noticed Lana's deteriorating state.

But Lana shook her head firmly, she had to settle this. After the second time Lana was in a scowl hearing the fracture of Anja's neck, Lana tried again.

"Anja, I want to know what got you attached to this place"

And once again Anja just looked at him with widened eyes, but this time with a longer duration.

Unexpectedly by Lana, suddenly Anja came forward approaching her with quick steps. Lana with a reflex back away.

But losing quickly, Anja is now right in front of him, looking at Lana carefully, and very slowly Anja's mouth is open.

It was very difficult to hear what Anja said, other than because Lana was hit by a very intense fear, Anja's voice sounded like a faint mutter was broken.

Moreover, every time Anja opened her mouth, Lana could feel the air with the deadly cold temperature coming out from there.

Lana could only close her eyes in the face of this, her courage had dissolved unceasingly.

"Lana....!!"

In Luke's view, Lana looks bad.

Lukas can't see Anja, but he can see how Lana is trying to do something that actually makes him tormented, he is eager to take Lana out of this room.

And so regardless of Lana's protest, Luke pulled his hand towards the exit. That was when something made its step stop.

"Luu~~~kaaass!!"

And Lana shuddered again, Anja's voice did not sound like any other spirit she had ever heard.

The voice sounded like someone was trying to speak in the water, with the volume hardened several times over

Luke himself turned around immediately, but alas, he still could not see Anja.

Luke hears the call, but still cannot see Anja.

"Anja?" Luke is trying to help Lana.

But Luke's good intentions, it was fatal. Luke's call seemed to awaken something in Anja's memory.

The next second, Anja's cold hand gripped the neck of Lana who was closer to her.

"Akkh...." Lana's breathing stopped.

Anja does not physically strangle him, but the cold freezes Lana's airway, preventing her from taking in oxygen. The effect was almost the same as Lana's blue mist.

"Lana.....!!!" Luke could only cry out in panic.

He has absolutely no idea what's going on. Luke only saw Lana in a very strange position, her tiptoed legs barely drifting off the ground and her neck looking up.

He pulls Lana's body down, but the giggling sound that comes from Lana gets louder.

"Lana... What should I do?"  lukas exclaimed desperately, he looked desperately, how Lana's face started turning blue from the cold and lack of air.

"Lana...."

Without knowing what the consequences will be, Luke hugs Lana's body while trying to pull her away.

"Please let him go!" muttered Lukas.

"I'll help you, but you have to promise to take care of Lana, and never scare her again after this"

Luke felt like he was dreaming, because he could hear another voice inside his head.

The voice reminded her of a teenager who had recently undergone a voice change due to puberty, and Luke was eager to protest because he never scared Lana .

But now is not the right time, and Luke does not want to think long. Because whoever it is, he's offering her help.

"I promise, I'll take care of him" said Luke.

And as soon as his mouth closed, Luke was like he was thrown into another realm, and he closed his eyes.

His body was covered by something blue, and a familiar chill spread across his body.

But unlike before, the cold did not hurt Luke. The sense of feeling in his body just felt a little tingled.

"Open your eyes" the voice reigned over him again.

"LANA!!!!"

Luke immediately exclaimed, because the scene he saw was so terrifying.

Lana, who was in her arms at the time, was struggling to let go of her neck. While Anja's spirit continues to bring out a deadly cold.

Luke could not only see Anja, but he could also feel the coldness of the spirit. Quickly, he clutched Anja's hand that was on Lana's neck.

Luke felt as if he was holding some unusually cold water. Anja's spirit was not dense, but it was enough for Luke to be able to hold it, even though almost then, his hands felt frozen.

"Take him off, Anja!" lukas said, continuing to shake Anja's hand.

And Luke was instantly desperate because the hand was only shifting a few milliseconds.

"Take it off, you don't have any grudges against him. If you want to be angry, be angry with me" exclaimed Luke, exerting all his strength to release Lana.

"Luu~~kass!!!"

And Luke succeeds, Anja turns her attention to him, and releases Lana.

Lana fell to the floor of the room with a loud noise, but from the corner of her eyes, Luke could see Lana was still conscious and was trying to catch her breath. The sight made him relieved.

"Kaauu\~\~makes meu\~\~ lost Ellzaaa\~\~"

Still in an echoing gurgling voice, Anja began to point to Luke.

But unlike Lana, Lukas was not at all afraid, he only saw Anja who was angry in front of him.

"No, Ellza died from an accident and carelessness" Lukas said calmly.

Anja with a limped step closer to Luke.

"Kauuu curau~~~ngku in ~~this village!!"  yelled Anja while trying to attack Luke.

But Luke had already calculated this, so he grabbed Anja's hand and pulled her closer, he wanted Anja to hear her answer more clearly.

"No!"

Anja's next accusation was also denied Luke by no less emphatic.

"I persuaded you to stay, you can leave if you want to. I will not prevent or seek you after. You stay for Ellza's sake, we hold out for Ellza"

"Ellllllzaaaa~~~~ Ellzaaaa!!"

While calling out the name Diellza, Anja once again attacked Luke. And this time he succeeded, because Luke was off guard, thinking he would succeed in persuading Anja.

"No!!!" Lana shouted loudly, when she saw Anja's hand outstretched toward Luke

Lana herself, trying to stand up to help him. But the aftermath of Anja's attack mixed with the cold, made her body recover very slowly. He could only shuffle a few steps in his attempt to get close to Luke.

"Let go Luke!!" yells.

"Mommy... You hurt dad!"

Along with Lana's shout, Diell's cry was heard from behind Luke.

"You hurt dad, let him go"

Diell seemed to want to approach Luke, but from the tears and look on his face, Lana could guess he was feeling very scared. He was afraid of his mother's figure turning horrible.

"Anja! you scared Ellza, let Luke go" exclaimed Lana.

"EEELLZAA~~~"

Along with the exclamation, Anja suddenly cried with a slashing sedu sedan. Instantly his anger was forgotten and released a giggle at Luke's neck.

Anja tried to return to her ritual, she turned to stare at the cloth that was already hanging from the ceiling.

"Don't Anja--- hahah" Luke's breathing was very short due to the giggling, but he managed to hold Anja's hand before she stepped.

"You're just torturing yourself"

"ELLZAA~~" lamented Anja, who was now sitting down as she reached out to grab Diell who was still crying behind Luke.

But Diell who was still afraid, did not move from where he stood.

"He'll never be able to come back, even if you do this a million times. Go Anja!" Luke pleaded very gently.

"ELLZAA~~ SORRY"

Anja's howl, getting louder now.

"Here dear" Luke, who had recovered a little, called Diell to approach him.

With a broken heart, Luke saw the figure of Diell who looked wet.

Lana's explanation is very precise, Diell's figure looks like when he found it in the lake.

"You look so beautiful" said Luke, trying to smile, so as not to make Diell cry more.

"Mommy is so scary" Diell said, squandering in Luke's arms.

And Luke couldn't be happier, not believing he could hug Diell again. But the coldness that accompanied the embrace sent pain into his heart. Luke knew they were in a different world.

"Diell, you don't have to be afraid of Mommy, she's just angry" Luke explained, stroking Diell's wet head.

"But Mommy is very cold, and mommy always goes up"

Diell explained innocently while pointing towards the cloth hung by Anja.

And Anja again roared when she heard Diell's words.

" EEL~~ZAA"

"Mommy misses you so much baby, so she gets angry. He really wanted to see you" explained Luke.

"Didn't you like to say hello?" Luke persuades Diell, hoping his presence will calm Anja.

"Come, Father will accompany you" Luke extended his hand.

With a still hesitant gesture, Diell grabbed Luke's hand which then led him closer to Anja.

"EXCUSE MOMMY~~~"

As Diell approached Anja, Luke and Lana, who had managed to drag his feet closer, noticed a remarkable change.

Anja's figure no longer looked creepy, her resounding crying voice also turned into an ordinary sobbing. The cold weather has also been much reduced.

"I'm sorry Mommy Ellza, Mommy's supposed to take care of you"

Anja's voice sounded ordinary, no longer echoing through the ears.

Anja's hand was stretched out on the figure of Diell who was in front of her. Diell who saw his mother had looked more normal, immediately approached without hesitation and hugged her.

"I'm sorry Mommy"

"I want to save the kitten that fell on Mommy Lake, you're innocent" Diell said, wiping Anja's tears.

"You heard that, Anja. You shouldn't be here" Luke's voice choked, holding his tears in his throat.

"I'm sorry Luke, I shouldn't have broken my promise that day" Anja looked at Luke guiltily.

Luke shook his head, "It's not entirely your fault, I should have paid more attention while you were in rehab. I'm sorry"

"Are you going up there again Mom? I don't like to see it"

Diell sulked in a typical childlike voice while pointing at the cloth again.

"Of course not, Mommy won't do it again" Lukas said as he looked towards Anja.

And happily he saw how Anja finally nodded.

Not only Luke, Lana also breathed a sigh of relief. His mission was successful even if it did not go his way.

Anja suddenly wakes up, and sees everything in the room taking turns.

"Do you want to forgive Mommy?" he asked Diell, who quickly nodded.

With a very pretty smile, Anja knelt down and kissed Diell's forehead.

"Thank you dear" he whispered, before the transparent part of his body expanded, and finally swallowed whole over his body .

Anja's figure is not seen anymore.

"Did Mom go?" diell asked as he waved at the empty air, where Anja was standing.

"Mommy really wanted to apologize to you, so she was angry when she couldn't meet you. But now Mommy has met you and apologized, and of course she is no longer angry. That's why Mommy can be free to leave here"

Luke tried as clearly as possible to give an explanation to Diell.

"Mommy won't be here anymore?"

"Are you going to be sad because you can't see it anymore" asked Luke.

Diell shook his head, "I'm glad Mommy's not creepy anymore"

"Smart girl" Luke smiled in satisfaction.

"Lana, did Mommy hurt you? Don't be angry, said Mommy's father was upset"

Diell approached Lana who was already much better. His neck was more relieved.

"I wouldn't upset Diell. I'm glad your mom's not angry anymore"

Diell smiled sweetly at Lana's reply.

"You don't want to go like Mommy?" luke asked, for a moment he fought in his heart.

Luke of course wanted to see Diell for much longer, but he knew it was not the right move. He should also be able to take Diell off.

But Diell shook his head, though,

"I'll go if Dad's happy"

Luke clutched his chest, as he suddenly felt like he had been stabbed by a knife. Diell's words almost made him unable to hold back tears.

"I'm happy" Luke held back the millions of emotions that were on his chest and tried to smile broadly in front of Diell.

But Diell still shook his head, "Dad lied!"

"Luke, you can't force that situation. Diell will figure it out easily" Lana said.

Lana had expected Diell's wish would not be easily fulfilled. The spirit of the little boy she had met before, always said her wish as soon as she invited them to speak.

"I'll know when Dad's happy, I'll go after that"

Luke looked at Lana, asking for help. But Lana shook her head, she couldn't do anything either. The desire of the spirit will not change, a spirit like Diell cannot be helped by Lana.

"Done!!"

The sudden cry from inside Luke's head jolted him. He completely forgot that voice.

"I know who you are!" Luke finally understood.

After the weight of his mind was lifted, Luke easily deduced who had helped him.

"Who are you talking to?" lana asked as she looked around Luke puzzledly, she only saw Diell.

"You still can't see it?"

Luke had thought Lana would see him after he divided some strength into her. Lana nodded confusedly.

"The blue mist that follows you wherever you go is Rozh, he who helps me so I can see Anja and Diell" said Lukas.

"NO!!!!!!!...... That's impossible" lana exclaimed.

He looked at Luke with a pias face.

"I've never seen him, why haven't I seen him?" Lana, start crying.

The first time she realized about her abilities, Lana looked for Rozh.

But he never found it. After meeting with Hans, Lana is relieved to think that Rozh has no attachment to the world.

The reality Luke uttered, was the sad surprise that he was most unwilling to have.

"Lana, calm down" Luke shook Lana's shoulder, to wake her up from the shock.

And again he did not want to see Lana crying, there were enough tears Lana shed today.

"But why did he do that? Why her-mom?"

Lana's not getting it now. Rozh would never hurt his mother.

Contrary to Luke's wishes, Lana's tears flowed more vigorously.

"He wants to protect you Lana"

Luke immediately felt strange, as the answer simply appeared on his lips. Looks like Rozh is linking his consciousness to Luke's brain.

"Protect?" for a moment Lana's tears stopped, confused to hear Luke's answer.

"At that time, your mother insisted on taking you back to the asylum, and you hated the place so much. Rozh attacked him, because you cried when your mother said you were really crazy?" Luke uttered Rozh's reply with a hint of disbelief.

She could not believe that Lana's mother could say such a thing to a teenage girl who was being hit.

Luke perfectly understood Rozh's anger, as he could also sense how his emotions had suddenly risen. But it could not be a reason for Rozh to hurt his mother. And of course Lana thinks the same.

"You did that to Mom because she called me crazy?" ask Lna, more slowly.

"Rozh is so good Lana, she just doesn't want you to be tormented in that hospital anymore"

This time Diell said it.

Diell stood next to Luke and looked at him, but his eyes were focused on something inside Luke's body, Diell could see Rozh in Luke.

"He didn't do that on Lana's own, he didn't know that your mother would sleep forever because of what she did. Rozh is very sorry"

Luke seems to be trying hard to translate Rozh's thoughts, because he has begun to fidget at Lana's anger.

And Luke's words made Lana tremble.

Falling asleep forever, was the phrase he used to explain death to Rozh, when he had a hard time understanding the concept of death.

Lana finally explained it in a word that was easier for her to understand.

Rozh's way of thinking was simpler than other humans, he could only distinguish black and white, without any gray.

He just wanted to defend Lana, as he saw her crying, it was that simple.

"Yes... God!!" Lana covers her face with her hands, realizing she can't blame anyone for her mother's death.

Like Anja and Lukas, he can only accept that the incident was an accident due to a fatal misunderstanding.

"Rozh, what about that young man named Aaron?"

Luke could not help but ask.

"Ahhhhh.... Then he deserved it!" luke said, after hearing the answer inside his head.

"Why did he attack Aaron?" Lana still doesn't understand.

"The young man planned something evil on you, he mixed foreign powder on the tea he served you"

Lana's legs could not stand the shock anymore, while limping, she retreated and dropped her body on the soft surface of the sofa behind her.

"You okay?" Luke immediately followed Lana sitting down. Lana just nodded softly at Luke's question.

A lot of things he wanted to ask Rozh, but his explanation of Aaron, took him a little hit, he did not expect Aaron to have the same bad intentions as Petra.

"But why did you attack me?" as if he could read Lana's mind, Luke asked what had just crossed his mind.

"Oh... I'm sorry"

Two seconds after Luke asked, he lowered his head politely while apologizing to Lana.

Rohz conjures up memories of how Luke cornered Lana on the wall, as he asks Lana for an answer. It was very similar to what Petra did.

And that reason was enough for Rozh.

After understanding the reason, Lukas realized that he was very outrageous at that time. That's why he apologized.

With a bitter smile, Luke explained that to Lana.

"Roz....."

Lana was at a loss for words, for once again the reason Rozh was so simple but reasonable.

"Rozh, why can't I see you? I want to see you"

Lana more than anyone wants to see Rohz.

"Rozh is different"

Diell said take a walk between Lana and Luke.

And Luke again had trouble translating Rozh's answer. But this time, because he did not understand what he was trying to convey.

"You can't see him because he wants to protect you?" lukas said, after painstakingly deciphering pieces of information from Rozh.

Like Luke, Lana could only frown upon hearing him.

"Rozh chose to protect you, so he has no form anymore. Like me, Rozh has special powers. And Rohz used it to protect you, he'll leave when you're safe"

Diell, with his slurred tongue, explained what Rohz meant better than Luke.

"Special power?"

Luke is still confused, but Lana understands Diell and Rohz a little different from the other ghosts Lana has encountered.

"We both died saving, which is why we have special powers" Diell said.

And of course this is true. Diell died trying to save a cat.

"Rohz is different because he can attack humans, whereas you're different from being able to go a little further than other ghosts?" ask Lana to Diell.

The other ghosts can't go as far as Diell.

Diell placed her index finger on her cheek to think before answering Lana.

"Not only that, I can also protect you like Rohz, I make you sleep more peacefully, I often wake up because of Mommy's singing. I'm making a refuge in dad's room"

This time it was Luke who was stunned, after the deaths of Diell and Anja he did suffer from severe insomnia.

But isn't his illness cured by Neff's treatment? After all, he never felt awake because of Anja's singing.

"That's right Luke" Lana sees Luke in confusion, and tries to explain.

"I couldn't hear Anja singing while in your room. That's why I chose him. You may not be able to hear it directly, but you may actually be affected by Anja's presence in this room. Anja's spirit is very strong"

"Dad-Rozh wants to get back to Lana, you have to let her go. He can't come back if you keep holding him"

Diell looked at Luke with fierce eyes.

Luke instantly felt like a thief caught red-handed, he could feel Rozh's desire, but he ignored it.

If Rozh's power returns to Lana, she won't be able to see Diell again. Luke wants to see Diell a little longer.

"I'll keep here, Dad. You can't steal Rozh from Lana"

Lana was a little comforted to hear the conversation, because it wasn't every day that you would see a grown man get a reprimand from a six-year-old girl.

"It's nice to see you so cheerful, beautiful" said Lukas, trying to drive away disappointment with a knotty smile.

"Dad's not happy"

Diell pursed his mouth in annoyance. He could feel Luke's disappointment.

"Sorry, I'm just sad that I won't be able to see you again"

Luke rubbed Diell's head with a pity.

Diell rolled her eyes hearing that, "I'll be here Dad, and Lana can see me. You can talk to me through Lana, you're not leaving me again, are you?"  Diell turned to look at Lana.

Lana shook her head while smiling amusedly "You are indeed a smart girl" she said.

Diell was very skilled at persuading, like Luke, perhaps even more adept.

"Bye...Diel"

Luke stroked Diell's cheek with his right hand, while his left hand held Lana's hand, according to what Rozh asked.

Lukas again felt the chill tickle, as a slow, dim blue light left his body.

"Dad better call the doctor right away, Lana's gonna be so tired"

Before Diell's figure disappeared completely from Luke's eyes, he gave a warning while pointing towards Lana.

"What do you mean?"

Luke turned to look at Lana, and saw her drooping on the sofa, as the blue fog disappeared completely inside Lana's body.

And not just Lana, at the same moment Luke's body suddenly felt very heavy.

He felt like he had just come out of the sea, after swimming for miles. His body was extremely tired, but it was still able to maintain its consciousness for a while. Luke is grateful to be able to find his phone so easily.

"Help!!"

That was all Luke could say before he also lost consciousness. But luckily he chose to call Neff.
