Blue Light
TWENTY-ONE

The snowfall at Grindelwald is rising, as the new year comes along.

But Lana really enjoyed the view. The pile of untouched pure white snow gave a calming effect to Lana's unusually nervous mind.

Lana is doing her morning habit, which is enjoying the morning scenery while enjoying her breakfast.

Slowly Lana put her coffee cup on the table.

It's been over a month since she returned to Grindelwald, and Lana is falling in love with the village.

As it has been, the village still attracts many tourists. This time for those who enjoy skiing.

The streets of Grindelwald may not look crowded, but hotels, resorts and inns, full of warm humans.

And of course, due to the snow-covered land, there was not much Joan's farm could offer tourists. But the room is still fully booked because the price is cheaper than a regular hotel.

After returning to Grindelwald, Lana easily works again at Joan's place.

Of course after Joan nags a short length at him. But it was done, after she hugged Lana tightly and warmly. She didn't even ask where and what was the cause of Lana going for months.

Luke was right, this place gave him a new family.

Not only Joan, a few shopkeepers, also greeted her warmly upon seeing her again.

Lana also meets Marco, who happily invites Lana to his house, as he is about to celebrate the birthday of one of his children.

Lana gladly accepted the invitation. With Luke, Lana attends the little feast and returns home with a carefree heart.

Lana who no longer needs to hold back, takes off all her masks and is as friendly as possible to whomever she wants.

At first Lana feels awkward and a little difficult, but Luke continues to encourage her and help her.

But she did not prepare herself when Joan suddenly cried, just because Lana received an invitation to stay at her house.

It was snowing that night, and Joan offered Lana to stay the night.

Her old self would definitely refuse, but the new Lana accepted the invitation happily.

And Joan couldn't be more moved, to the point that she needed Erich to calm her down.

Not only that, Lana also began to make a new friend, namely Darla.

Darla is a good girl, despite her status as the younger sister of Anja, but Darla does not mind knowing the relationship between Lukas and her. He supported them a hundred percent.

Darla already knows very well about Anja and Lukas who actually do not get along anymore. According to him, the two of them were very different, if not for Diellza their marriage would not have lasted more than a year.

He only warns Lana that sometimes Luke can become very coercive. But Lana knows more about it than Darla. He has experienced it many times.

Like when Lana finally had to stay in her luxurious cabin until now, this was Luke's wish.

At first Luke reasoned, he had not had time to fix the door to Lana's house.

But after the repairs were completed, Luke reasoned that the house was so cold in winter like this, so it was not worth living in.

And actually Lana agrees with this.

His perfunctory improvements made by him first, will not be able to withstand the cold as it is today. And so Lana ended up staying in Luke's cabin, and still with Neff.

Luke had driven him away many times, but Neff was determined to stay here, because this land actually belonged to Neff.

The land on which the cabin stood, was Barnabas' legacy to Neff.  If Lukas gets a house, then Neff gets this land.

He did not mind lending it to Luke as a means to approach Lana, and in return the cabin now belonged to him, although one hundred percent of the construction money came from Luke's pocket.

Lana really enjoyed every quarrel that happened between the two of them.

He found it very funny.

But Lana knows for sure, the quarrel is just a surface to be seen, the relationship between Luke and Neff is deeper than just cousins, they both care deeply about each other.

"Lana-why are you still there, we should go to Merian immediately"

Joan's head emerged from behind the door and looked fiercely, as Lana was still relaxing enjoying her breakfast.

"Didn't the show start tonight? Why do we have to go there so early?" lana protests. Joan's presence makes her nervous again. His heart was wild.

"Do you think the bride can beautify herself within ten minutes, you have to do other treatments as well"

Joan shook her head in disbelief, seeing Lana's innocence.

"Come!!" Joan told him to get up with a wave of his hand.

Lana follows him obediently, Joan who knows more about the details of her wedding.

With her eyes, Lana glanced at a white ring tucked into her ring finger.

A week ago, Luke proposed to her. And of course it's a surprise for Lana, they haven't been in a relationship for long.

But according to Lukas, he did not want to risk Lana leaving again, therefore, he wanted to formalize their relationship immediately.

Of course it's just a side reason. The main reason Luke was so much simpler, he wanted Lana as his own, that's all.

And Lana couldn't turn down the proposal after the romantic trip she made with Luke that day.

Before proposing to her, Luke takes Lana to Zermatt.

A small village like Grindelwald, but much quieter. Though the scenery is no less beautiful than Grindelwald.

There were no towering mountains, but the small snow-covered hills around Zermatt left Lana strangled happily upon seeing him.

Zermatt offers beauty in a soothing white color.

All day they surround the village, ride the cable car to the top of the hill, even try skiing. But the sport wasn't suitable for Lana, she smelled more snow during how many hours it was.

As the afternoon dawned, romantic yellow lights began to light up in houses almost all made of wood, further embellishing the Zermatt scene.

At that time, Lukas took her to one of the terrace cafes for dinner. Lana was already a little surprised when she did not find a single guest besides them.

But he began to understand the moment smoothly, Luke knelt down while clasping his hand.

Neff was right, Luke was a very dangerous female conqueror. His romantic nature had infiltrated into the bone.

But Lana likes it. Lukas' romantic nature is very realistic, he does not seduce with tombal words. Luke seduces with all the advantages that are in Lana.

It took a while for Lana before she could accept Luke's proposal.

Lana is still worried about her unusual condition. Luke must accept all of this.

And again, Luke doesn't bother about it. He allows Lana to help any spirit she wants, as long as it is not as dangerous as when they meet Anja.

It took two days for Lana to come to her senses after the incident. Luke slept for almost 24 hours.

According to the doctors they both experienced very acute fatigue.

But of course Neff could not explain how it could happen, the doctor had to be satisfied when Neff with ngawur, giving information, if Lana and Luke had just entered the Triathlon race.

In short, Lana's situation will not make Luke retreat.

But there is one thing that makes Lana accept Lana's proposal wholeheartedly.

He even slightly threatened to say, would never appear again in front of Lana, if she dared to reject Luke.

Lana knows exactly where Diell got that forcing.

A nod to Lana is greeted with Luke's cheers, and not to forget the fireworks show in the night sky.

Lukas prepared it because they stopped enjoying fireworks during the autumn festival.

As Lana steps into the car that will take her to Merian, she still cannot believe that the life she is living right now is real.

The loneliness and solitude she lived through was over, and Lana found a home and soon formed her own family.

"Come, you've been through it before, you shouldn't be nervous anymore"

Neff taunts Lukas who endlessly rubs his hands on the suit he wears, sweating.

"I'm considering paying you to keep quiet until the ceremony's over"

Luke glared at Neff, who was now laughing out loud.

"I'm sorry, I had to turn down the money. The satisfaction I get when teasing you can't be measured by money" she said.

Luke was about to curse Neff, but he saw that the sun had set completely.

It's time for Diell to come. Lana asked for the ceremony to be held at night, because she wanted Diell to attend.

When Lana said that, Luke's heart melted warmly.

Lana's care and kindness will be unmatched by anyone, and Luke is increasingly convinced that he has chosen so precisely this time.

"Don't you get nervous because you've forgotten how to 'do it'?" Neff smiled back.

"Just!!!" Luke exclaimed in annoyance.

She knew Neff was trying to overcome her heartache, having to see Lana's marriage.

Luke actually did not mind all the ridicule he had received, but adult jokes were a forbidden area. Aside from Diell being nearby, Neff's accusations are a little closer to the truth.

Luke was really worried about that 'that' thing'.

Not because he forgot, or got sick. But Luke knows very well, Lana is a very innocent girl.

Her unusual life, keeps Lana away from the bad influence of men. Rozh's existence was indeed successful in keeping him.

Unlike Lukas, his adventurous life since adolescence, ensuring Luke has 'tried' various types.

But there was one type that he had always shunned before. The type like Lana, she never had the heart to 'destroy' a girl who was still holy, just for fun.

That was also one of the reasons Lukas proposed to Lana so quickly. He wants to have Lana.

Several times, Lukas could barely contain himself, as Lana's innocent caresses and kisses left his self-control shattered easily.

Luke continues to warn himself, in order to remember to treat Lana gently.

Which is going to be even harder, because he hasn't seen Lana in days. In addition to her busy preparing for marriage, Joan openly forbids her to meet Lana, no matter what the cause.

"Stop that slovenly thought of yours, Lana will soon be out" whispered Neff, right in her ear, as the music began to play softly, signaling the bride would enter the ceremony venue.

Without hesitation, Luke stomped on Neff's feet before advancing towards the altar. And of course Neff could only curse without being able to reply, as the attention of the entire guest had been centered on the Altar.

Their wedding was held in Merian's ballroom.

And Darla was unmitigated when decorating it. If you don't remember the moment he's in Merian, Luke might think he's out of the room.

Darla neatly made artificial trees in every corner of the room. An artificial tree complete with snowflakes on its branches, not to mention the strands of white flowers that protrude from the ceiling.

The table and chairs are also covered in white. The colors seen by Luke, only come from the light of the lamp which is also arranged by Darla so that the lighting looks beautiful.

Luke's breath was stifled, as the figure he so longed for walked in, with slow steps.

And Luke never felt this light, Lana's beauty made him forget his place. If he could, he wanted to cry right then and there because he was happy.

Lana was clad in a long white dress, with a slight soft pink accent on the tail end of her dress.

The dress was not very open on her shoulders, as there were soft feathers covering it. At the end of the long sleeves of the dress, there were also similar feathers. Joan and Lana who chose the dress, adapted to the winter theme.

Lana's hair was sprawled behind her head, adorned with white flowers arranged in a circle, united under a tiny, shiny tiara.

There is only one flaw in Lana, namely her eyes reddened by tears.

Luke could see it, and knew Lana's cry was caused by the man whose hand was currently guiding Lana along the road to the altar.

The man whose hair was almost all bleached was Mr. Fayras. He came to fulfill Luke's invitation. And he kept it a secret from Lana.

It's not that Luke doesn't want to tell Lana, but Luke can't guarantee Lana's father will come, he doesn't want Lana to be disappointed if it turns out that his persuasion didn't work.

But as usual, Luke successfully carries out his mission to bring Lana's father here.

Luke hopes that with the presence of his father, Lana can slightly improve their relationship. After all, she was the only member of the Lana family left.

Rozh may still be with Lana, but Luke won't count his whereabouts.

Several times after Anja's incident, Lana tries to talk to Rozh, but always fails.

According to Diell's explanation he heard from Lana, after dividing his powers by Luke's, Rozh's consciousness was not what it used to be.

He could only appear when Lana was truly in a state of danger. Therefore before dividing his powers, he had Luke promise to always look after Lana.

Lana was devastated when she received the news, but Lana tried to learn to accept it. This is what makes Luke finally meet his father.

Lana needs her family.

And the time came, and Lana and her father stopped before Luke. With her hands beginning to wrinkle, Lana's father handed Lana's right hand to Luke.

"Thank you for inviting me" said Mr. Fayra with a sincere smile, and teary eyes.

Lana herself seemed to be struggling hard to hold back her tears. She certainly did not want to ruin her perfect make up.

Luke nodded to Lana's father, "I'm also glad you're finally ready to attend"

Lana's father patted Luke's arm, "I may not have the right to say this, but please, take care of Lana. He deserves all the happiness that exists in this world"

"Of course, forever"

Steadily Luke grasped Lana's hand, and led her up the altar.
