My room is on the 10th floor. The space is not very large but very clean. This little room is more comfortable for me than just staying at home.

My room door was knocked.

"Well, come in, please" I said.

Door opens.

"Good morning doctor. Now the doctor is waiting in the doctor Frans room next to this room" the nurse told me.

"All right, thank you. I'll be there soon" I said with a smile.

"Doctor is very pretty" praised the fat nurse and I'm sure she's from this town.

I squinted my eyes.

"Call me Abel" I introduced myself.

"I'm Yuen doctor assistant doctor Frans," the nurse replied.

"It's nice to meet you" I said with a smile.

After Yuen I tidied up my desk.

"That name is not foreign" I murmured.

Not wanting to wait for long I rushed to Frans' doctor's office.

"Excuse me," I knocked on the door while saying hello because the door was half open.

"Let's see the doctor please come in" Yuen said.

I entered with my body bent. I saw Doctor Frans busy with a laptop on his desk blocking his face from my sight. Yuen came out leaving us both.

"Good morning doc," I said to doctor Frans.

Doctor Frans closed his laptop.

"Yes good morning too" replied Dr. Frans.

"Ishabella,"

"Sister Frans,"

We both throw names at each other.

"Are you really Isabella from xx University?" ask Dr. Frans once again to believe.

"It's true Brother" I said.

"Please sit down" I sat down, and we talked about college then and now. I never thought we would be found in a hospital.

Frans is my senior, we are not familiar with just seniors and juniors. Frans was very famous at the University at that time, even he became an idol of women including me hehe.

"Excuse me doctor, sorry to interrupt. It's time for the doctors to gather in the hospital hall" Yuen explained.

We walked to the elevator because the doctor's meeting hall was on the 15th floor.

It was silent, and soon the elevator doors opened. We went into the hall, where hundreds of doctors were sitting in chairs that were already available. Doctor Frans said the number of doctors here reached 200 people.

"Who?" I asked innocently because I didn't know who Dr. Frans was talking about.

"Mr Alfred," said Frans' doctor at a glance returning my gaze.

I didn't answer because honestly my mind went nowhere.

"Are you not interested?" asked Dr. Frans who managed to surprise me.

I straightened my body, as much as I could to be calm.

"I'm married Brother," I looked down with my face.

Hearing my confession made doctor Frans shocked, even he changed his sitting position facing me.

"What?" murmured doctor Frans in a disappointed tone. "I'm sorry I don't know," he said back with a flat look.

"No problem Brother" I said as I smiled a smile.

It was Alfred's turn to make a speech. Honestly, I was struck by the good looks and dignity of Alfred. Unconsciously my view was not distorted. Instantly, my consciousness collapsed when our views met. Immediately maybe I go back down to busying myself with a pen as well as a small book.

"Sister Frans uh I mean doctor Frans,"

"Don't be so formal, I'd rather be called by name" said Frans. "What's wrong?"

"Areally who owns this hospital?" I asked all of a sudden because I wanted to know what Alfred and Andre's power was here. The strangeness I feel because Andre is like a kitten who always follows the mother, even though their position is equal.

Doctor Frans's forehead frowned.

"It's better to have a chat somewhere else after the meeting is over" said Dr Frans.

"Alright," I said. Okay this is my chance to extract a little information about Alfred from Frans' doctor, looks like Frans' doctor knows all too well.

I stared at Doctor Frans for a long time, as soon as my eyes narrowed.

"Sister Frans if you see and look at your faces there is a resemblance" I guess.

Not answering the meeting is over. I took Doctor Frans out of the hall quickly. I looked at Doctor Frans. Of course it made Doctor Frans misbehave, but I didn't realize it.

"Smile" said Dr. Frans.

"For that I don't know because I've never seen a smile from Mr. Alfred" I said honestly. "I mean I've never seen a smile loose," I said back.

"Hmm you're just entering work but seem to be very familiar with Mr. Alfred," Frans's doctor's question made me shocked and clear to answer.

"Oh that's because Mr. Alfred directly interviewed," I said immediately got a brilliant idea.

"Interpreter?" murmured doctor Frans with a frown.

"Forget it over this. Hmm we continue the truncated conversation earlier," I deliberately did not extend the discussion about it but wanted to know the continuation of the story about Alfred.

Doctor Frans sighed. His view over here and there, probably looking at the situation.

"I'm sure you can keep your privacy, do you agree?"

"Are you a little hesitant?"

"All right, I believe,"

For a moment the doctor Francis lifted his body.

Doctor Frans did not answer but gave me a smile that made me nervous. Yes during college I did idolize doctor Frans in secret.

"If you can tell what position Mr Alfred is in this hospital?" I want to know what other secrets are. At the moment, my legs are unable to stand. About the woman who meant to fill my head.

"Sir Alfred is.....,"
