Since she said it was a non-formal party, I could wear a semi-casual party dress that only skirts a pencil plus a blouse that fits the accessories. My hair blows for a bit to add volume and done, I'm ready to go to the party.
"Is this okay?" I don't like sexy club shirts, I avoid them if forced to wear such clothes.
"What's wrong, you look beautiful."
"That's serious or just a small talk?"
"Of course it's serious. You are beautiful, no one says otherwise. Only the blind say otherwise." I grimaced.
"Yes okay. But I can't make you date me senior yet? What kind of woman do you like senior." He didn't respond to my non-serious date. Of course, because no one can shake his words.
"What I like is an old friend, I've known him for a long time. You know Julie Harris, she's the girl I like."
"You mean the artist and the model? She's amazing..." I know the woman's criteria. Heir to a business empire, also very successful with himself. "Thank you for your spirit Junior. Thank you for accompanying me at this time." Senior and Junior calls are funny too.
We got to the party while chatting casually. I forgot about last night full of arguments.
"Would I introduce you to my friends over there?" An offer I will reject.
"No. Let's just say I'm your partner there."
"Why? I'm not going to introduce you to people I don't think are good." A good senior even she was willing to introduce me to someone she considered kind.
"No, I'm just endangering others. It's better by yourself." He was silent to my answer.
"You also do not harm yourself."
"I know the dead can't take revenge like you say." I repeated the words he said during the fight yesterday. "Look, I know what I'm doing, I told you."
"From your own point of view." Colin's lecturing me again.
"Yes next time I won't act alone anymore." He's looking at me. Seems like I can't believe what I'm saying.
