Thomas... Why did I see her again for the second time?

I'm following Hans Dench, one of the criminals to blame for Dad and Mom's death, he's talking to someone I don't know, before I put a hidden tracker on his car. But the GPS is not so precise can sometimes miss 20-30 meters.
