It means : From Jabir bin Abdullah Ra, saying, “Rasulullah taught us how to perform the prayer of istikharah in all matters, as the Prophet taught us the Quran. If among you want to do a thing/majority, then rukukuklah (shalatlah) two rakaat (istikharah): then read the prayer (HR. Bukhari)"
