"It turns out the real Prince's face is handsome too."
"Right, the scar made the Prince's face look cruel and horrible."
The maids gossiped to each other in the Constain's palace. Unknowingly, the person being talked about overheard their conversation. Ian cleared his throat until he heard the gossiping servant's ear. Segmented servants lowered their heads and immediately returned to work on some cleaning tasks.
Ian's lips curved. He does not need to be looked down upon or pitied anymore because of his scar. He was proud to be able to walk around the palace and meet anyone.
All this is thanks to the teachings of Julliane. Ian went to his debutante's party only to save him, but coming home from there he learned a new lesson. Very useful lesson for him.
Regret when it comes to debutante turns to gratitude. The tightly sealed happiness managed to escape back.
Ian continued his journey towards the training ground. He practiced until all his sweat was shed. From a distance the noble girls observed the prince from behind the pillar. Due to Ian's good looks and coolness, there were some who fainted.
Ian was upset about this disturbance. His hand grabbed the towel, wiping all the sweat on his face. His scar was re-embedded. Ian's eyes glinted at the girls. The noble girls gasped. They ran away as soon as they saw Ian's real face.
Ian did not like those noble girls. It was from them that bad rumors about him spread. They came here because they needed a new topic to talk about.
However, there is one that still survives. The girl started to come out of her hiding place, approaching Ian. The girl's face was red.
The girl greeted Ian. Ian received his greetings because of the bravery of this girl. He honors everyone who does not run away and feels disgusted when he sees his real face.
"Why are you still here, Miss?" ask Ian.
"I like the Prince. Does the Prince want to date me?" The girl looked at Ian fixedly.
"I'm sorry, Miss. I can't accept your feelings. Thank you for liking me. Hope you can meet the person who loves you" Ian softly refused.
Tears drenched the girl's cheeks. The girl looked at Ian with a wounded look. The girl immediately turned around, leaving Ian behind.
The girl was considered a past wind to Ian. Nothing has drawn his heart all this time. All girls are the same according to Ian, spoiled, much-wanted and whiny.
Ian stepped into his room to seal his scar back. The sound of knocking on the door sounded.
A servant came in while looking respectfully. "There's a letter for you, Prince."
'Definitely the girls who want to see me. It sucks, Ian's inner.
"Thank you, you can come back." Ian received the letter. The waiter came out.
Once alone, Ian observed the letter. To be more precise, the candle seals listed on the yellow envelope. After realizing the person who sent the letter, he immediately opened it.
'Truly good at stringing words.'
Ian grabbed a pen writing a reply for Julliane. He was going to the Yuvinere Kingdom, avenging the humiliation on him at the party. The real reason was that Ian wanted to see Julliane again.
Ian rose to the King's office. The king who was struggling with state documents stopped his work as soon as his son came. The queen who was visiting in the King's study, immediately turned her head towards Ian. The two of them smiled looking at their dearest son who was not sad anymore.
"Greetings to the King and Queen." Ian looked down respectfully at his parents.
"There's no need to be that formal, Ian. Sit down, what do you want to talk about?" The king stood up, heading towards the chair beside his wife. He wanted to see his son closer.
Ian immediately sat down in front of his father and mother. Without further ado he declared his purpose. "I want to visit Yuvinere Kingdom, Father, Mother."
The king immediately clenched his hands tightly, restraining his anger. "For what? What was your previous visit not enough? We banned you before but you still left. They were very sassy and ungrateful. I don't agree."
Right, Ian went secretly to Yuvinere Kingdom out of curiosity with Julliane's attitude towards him. Was Julliane still afraid and hated him? Or forget about Ian? Nothing is right. Julliane instead approached him trying to comfort him, even making him feel alive again.
"Mom doesn't agree either, Ian. Your good intentions to save the First and Second Daughters were met with insults and insults. Surely your visit this time will be the same," the Queen said.
"Not this time it's gonna be any different. Julliane is on my side."
"The girl who made your face hurt? He doesn't even want to see you when you're critical. I won't let you." The king remained firm on his stance.
"He's changed Dad. He's the one who taught me to cover my scars."
"What if he has hidden intentions, Ian?" ask the Queen to worry.
"That's impossible, Mother. If I'm wrong, I'll be right back. I just want to avenge those who insult me. After I return I promise I will agree to be Crown Prince."
Ian had always delayed his coronation as Crown Prince. Disbelief gnawed at his heart. He feared the opinion of the people about the future King who is ugly. It doesn't matter anymore, he already knows how to get out of those problems.
The King and Queen looked at each other. Then look towards Ian. They felt they could not win from Ian. They were confused whose stubbornness this came from.
"Well, just a month. If you do not feel at home there immediately go home," said the King relented.
"Well, thank you, Dad, Mom." Ian smiled and said goodbye. He immediately sent Julliane a reply.
With Ian's spirit preparing everything. The next day he left in a horse-drawn carriage. The King and Queen let go of the Prince with a heavy heart. Ian looked out the window. I can't wait to meet Julliane.
