Chapter 51 The Scam

The corner of Julliane's lips twitched in restraining her anger. He could feel Beckett's words weren't just a joke. The military condition of the Yuvinere Kingdom was now very concerning, the number of knights who were slightly out of proportion to the enemy.

Julliane let out a long sigh along with Letta. The only way he could do that was to expose all of Beckett's ugliness to the Lortamort Kingdom. The stack of documents that had been worked on was seen on Ian's desk. Ian's fingers continued to tap on the table as his head stared at the window. Waiting is the hardest thing, let alone a reply to a heartwarming letter. 

A waiter came in while delivering a small box. "I'm delivering the goods you ordered, Your Majesty."

"Thank you, come out." Ian stroked the box while smiling to himself.

Finally came too.

Mikael slammed the door, approaching his master in a panic. "Your Majesty, Your Majesty! Lothawat! Lothawat! Princess Julliane!" 

"Speak clearly." Ian panicked to hear Julliane's name.

"Princess Julliane is engaged to Prince Beckett!"

The sound of table shaking was heard. Ian stood up with his hands clenched tightly at the table he had just hit. His teeth gritted his anger.

"Why did Julliane take it?!" shouted Ian.

"I-that's because Princess Ellaine threw away her daughter's title. Inevitably, Princess Julliane must replace him so that the relationship of the two kingdoms is not destroyed." Mikael was a little frightened to see his Master. 

Ian's sighing sounded, he was grateful Julliane accepted Beckett by force. He still has a chance. Just find a way to thwart Julliane's engagement. But he remembered something.

"Where do you know about this? Don't tell me you're in Yuvinere's kingdom again."

Mikael asks his friends to help Ian to get Julliane's heart. Members of the special forces are scattered in the capital Yuvinere to learn about the latest rumors about Julliane. Mikael looked at the stone in his hand in confusion. This was the first time he had seen such a brightly colored stone.

"What is this stone, Your Majesty?"

"Magic stone, I ordered it from another Empire. It can change the look." Ian pressed the button that was on the rock.

Mikael still did not understand, Ian's face did not change at all. Ian immediately took out a mirror revealing Mikael's face. Mikael retreated instantly. He looked at Ian and touched his face.

Ian smiled at Mikael's surprise. "seen right? Now your face is the same as mine."

"So what's all this for, Your Majesty?" Mikael stared at the reflection of Ian's face that should have been his face in the mirror.

Ian shook his head, thinking Mikael could guess. Confusion and surprise make Mikael's intelligence disappear.

"I want you to pretend to be me as long as I'm in Yuvinere Kingdom."

"All right I will do. How does this stone work, Your Majesty?"

"Just imagine my face as soon as your face will change. Your face will come back if you press the same button again. Then don't get caught by my mom and dad." Ian pointed his index finger warning Mikael.

Mikael kept nodding, pecking at every word of his master in his brain. 

Looking forward to seeing Julliane, Ian packed his things. Linger here, won't help Julliane.

Mikael looked at his Master's door-covered back. Being Ian is not difficult, he already knows the habits of his Master. He hopes Ian returns by introducing Julliane as a lover.
