No, he can't just be quiet like this. He has to go to Japan, he has to catch up with his wife. Miko got up from her seat, then she immediately got out of the hospital and intended to go home to her apartment to prepare everything.
Miko set foot in the hospital where Mona practiced, after her plane landed in Japan she immediately thought of going to the house where Grey's relatives practiced.
