Laura's Laughter
Two days later
Laura got off the plane, she scooped a small suitcase. she finally arrived again on the runway owned by her sister cousin, it's been 3 days passed, and finally her vacation is over, she had to return to her activities of being a career woman and a housewife.
Laura looked around her, then she looked at the plane behind her, she smiled heavily.“Thank you for taking me flying.” Laura walked back to get off the runway.
When she got off the runway, Laura stopped her steps when she saw someone leaning on the car, who else if not Andre. For a moment, Laura was silent she was struck by panic. What if Andre asked his employees, while he only came alone, he was confused about what to answer, he was afraid Andre thought he mendramai for lying.
Andre who was daydreaming accidentally looked to the right, it turns out his wife was standing not far from where he was waiting. He took off his glasses and smiled and walked over to Laura.
“Finally you get to baby!” andre said after being in front of Laura, he immediately hugged his wife making Laura quietly fixated.
“A- I didn't know you picked me up here,”ucap Laura. “Why did you come here?” ask again.
“ It's okay, I just want to pick you up! Come ...” Andre pulls the suitcase held by Laura, then grabs Laura's hand to get into the car.
After storing Laura's suitcase in the trunk, Andre opened the door for Laura and she immediately climbed into the steering wheel. Laura breathed a sigh of relief when Andre did not ask about his employees and why he only came out alone
The car started to drive, Andre focused on driving. Laura looked towards the window, before long Laura was aghast as Andre clasped his hand, then Andre immediately kissed the back of Laura's hand, making Laura feel strange.
Laura tried to let go of Andre's hand and hand. However, Andre grasped it tightly. “Daddy, what's wrong with you?” asked Laura who was strange about her husband's change, usually Andre is not like this.
Andre did not answer, instead, he peeked again the back of Laura's hand. “No, I just want it to be like this,” replied Andre .Laura did not reply anymore, she turned her gaze the other way as she closed her eyes, she was too tired to think.
“Honey!” call Andre, apparently Laura unconsciously slept. He was a little surprised when Andre woke him up.
“What?” laura asked, looking around.
“ Why are we here?” asked Laura who was astonished when her husband brought her an ice cream parlor.
“Let's enjoy ice cream, it's been a long time since we've dated together!” As Andre was about to open the seat belt, Laura pulled Andre's hand.
”Daddy, did you make a mistake?" asked Laura again making Andre frown.
“What error?”
“ Usually you are not like this. Are you like this because you want to cover up your mistakes?” laura asked, as Andre's laughter exploded
“What mistakes baby. I have no fault whatsoever. What's wrong if I want to ask you out again. Anyway, we haven't enjoyed our time together in a long time either. Don't think of anything else.” Andre got out of the car, then he immediately circled his car and opened the door for Laura, making Laura confused by her husband's attitude.
This is what you can do to make up for it all, he does it with action, not with just an apology, and tries to restore Laura's trust in him.
His eyes could not be seen looking at the back of Andre who was waiting in line to pick up ice cream, without realizing it, Laura developed her smile. But before long, he remembered everything again until his smile faded again.
Laura sighed, then exhaled, she tried to calm herself down 15 minutes later the ice cream came, Andre kept the ice cream in front of Laura
“This eat!” said Andre.
“ Thank you,” replied Laura. Laura also offered the ice cream little by little, as well as Andre. His eyes did not look at Laura.
Andre's heart pounded 2 times faster when he saw his wife. For some reason, he seemed to return in the early days when they remarried. Andre's heart was pounding incoherently, in Andre's eyes right now, Laura was many times more special. Until Andre unconsciously developed his smile.
“You Why Dad?” laura asked, as Andre smiled. Andre nodded, then shook his head.
“No, I'm fine.” Andre moved his hand to wipe the corner of Laura's lips that were hit by ice cream, again making Laura stunned. It was completely out of her husband's habit.
Finally, the ice cream meal was over, and Andre invited Laura to go home.
Two months Later.
It's been 2 months since Laura left alone and During these 2 months, Laura's attitude has remained the same, Laura has never changed. She remains a good wife and mother to her family, only Andre truly feels Laura's difference.
Laura never again paid attention to him, Laura never sent him a message, Laura never again reminded him of anything from it made Andre feel lonely.
At 10:00 pm, Laura came out of her children's room, looking at the sofa and Andre was asleep on the sofa. Just now Laura was going to wake Andre up, and have Andre sleep in the room, Andre's phone on the table rang, one call came into her husband's cell phone.
Although no longer want to know about Andre's problems outside. But as a woman, of course Laura has a curiosity. In fact, when someone called Andre. I think he wants to eavesdrop. But of course Laura did not do that, because her determination was already strong, she no longer wanted to know about Andre.
But now, the phone kept ringing Laura tried to wake Andre up. Andre did not wake up. Laura wants to tell Andre that someone called.
Since Andre didn't wake up, Laura would rather go. But just as he stepped up, Andre pulled his hand until Laura fell down and quickly hugged Laura's waist, after which one hand reached for the ringing phone.
“You woke up apparently,” said Laura, “That someone called you. Why didn't you lift it. Let's lift it up first" said Laura. Instead of answering, Andre pulled Laura's palm, then he kept his phone in the palm of his wife's hand.
“Why did you give your phone to me?” ask Laura.
“From now on, I will not hold my phone anymore, nor will I hold my personal laptop anymore, I will also do all the work at home.”
Hearing Andre's words, Laura immediately laughed. But before long, Laura's laughter turned into a serious look, as if Andre's words had no effect on her at all.
“What's the point of you giving it to me?” asked Laura sarcastically.
