Doctor Meets CEO
Fear

Sorry, the gang just showed up

"I'm not dreaming, am I? Are you really pregnant?" Joshua felt his world floating, between believe it or not. The man looked at Savana with a hopeful look and looked at his wife with a look of disbelief.

Savana was stunned when she saw Joshua's reaction. It's different from the old days where Joshua looked completely unconcerned when their first child was pregnant, but, at the moment it's different.

"You happy?" savana asked, she closed her eyes in fear of hearing her husband's answer.

Joshua clasped Savana's hand, then kissed her and a second later he hugged his wife and cried as if making Savana quite surprised. He could not believe Joshua's reaction would be like this.

Moments passed by Joshua, who had been able to control himself, invited Savana to go to his private room, until now they were lying in the position of Savana against Joshua and Joshua hugged Savana from behind. The man was unceasingly stroking the Savannah's stomach.

"Honey," call Joshua.

Savana who tried to hold back her crying immediately turned her head and when she saw Joshua's iris, a clear bulb immediately fell from Savana's eyelid.

Savana was struck by an overwhelming fear. That sense of insecure remained, let alone her remembering the time Joshua insulted her, telling her to drop her womb. She was afraid she could not be a good mother to her child.

"Can I be a good mother?" ask Savana.

"I'm not sure if my son would be proud to have a mother like me? Oh no, what if they're embarrassed to have a mother like me?" Savana keeps babbling. Unknowingly, she recalled her trauma until Joshua tightened his embrace.

"Please don't talk like that." Joshua knows Savana is still traumatized by what happened in the past, and he also knows from Savana's psychiatrist that there's a chance Savana will keep that in mind and now only Joshua can cure Savana.

Joshua drove his car at a moderate speed. They will now go home. Savana kept her head back. Her pregnancy this time really scared Savana, even without her noticing she was also afraid of being next to her husband. He was also scared when Joshua opened his mouth to speak.

Savana. "No, I don't want to buy anything."

Not only that, Savana was also afraid to ask Joshula for something. In Savana's current mind, he mustn't make Joshua angry because he's afraid of hearing hurtful things again. Losing a child because of Joshua's words is not easy, until Savana continues to behave like this. This was also not an exaggeration considering what happened in the past was so devastatingly mentally devastating. Moreover, he got a lot of pain.

After a long journey, finally the car driven by Joshua arrived home. Joshua went down and he opened the door for Savana, and they went inside.

Time shows at two o'clock in the evening.

Joshua woke up from his sleep. Slowly, he removed his embrace from the Savana and then after that raised the blanket for his wife. Joshua got out of bed, then came out of the room and went downstairs. The man walked straight to the small church in his house.

Joshua lit a candle and then he put his hand together and put it under his chin, he closed his eyes.

"Lord, I'm sorry if I've been so far away with you that I didn't realize that my wife meant so much. God, you can take everything away from me, but please don't take my wife and kids again. Please give them health, please give me a long life so that I can continue to accompany them." Joshua said it with tears. It's happier than Joshua, he's grateful God still gives the opportunity to make up for it all to a wife he never once acknowledged at all, but now he loves Savannah more than he loves himself.

One month later.

Savannah in front of the hospital. It felt like he was too heavy to check the contents. It felt like she wanted to bravely ask her husband to drive her to the hospital, but of course she wasn't that brave, either, remembering Joshua never wanted to accompany him and now he was afraid of being rejected until with a heavy heart he went to hospital alone. Joshua wanted to stop going to the office. He wants to accompany Savana, but Savana refuses. He was more comfortable when Joshua went to the office.

Last week, Savana had ventured to say that she would be examined, but she did not dare to say so. Joshua asks when he did the examination and Savana gives the wrong date. After a long time of standing, Savana walked to enter and walked with shunt steps. Since pregnancy, Savana continues to be haunted by the guilt of the child who has been aborted and the fear what if she does not become a good mother for her child?

After taking the queue number, Savana immediately sat himself in the waiting chair. She smiled bitterly when she saw other pregnant women accompanied by her husband, until she unconsciously stroked her stomach.

"Maybe next time we can come here with Daddy," he said in excruciating pain, and before long he was strangled when suddenly someone was crouching in front of him, who else if not Joshua.
