The Dwarf Bovug Redtank
Right now, the three of them had already come in the Capital of the country. The country was named the State of Filaria, and the name of its capital was the City of Filopi.
The three of them used the portal to get here because Abelia could not carelessly use her abilities.
"Lein, find a man in a black suit who will guide us to where we've been." Abelia.

"Laville city? Then are you Miss Abelia?" The man in the suit asked Abelia.

Abelia came in and sat down. Lein sat in the back next to Abelia and Octiorb sat in the passenger seat in the front.
The man in the suit started the car and drove it to the place that had been prepared. After a few minutes of driving, they finally arrived.
The place in question is a restaurant building that has 6 floors. The man in the suit came down and opened the door for Abelia.
"I'm just up here, there's gonna be someone guiding you to her mistress' room." Said the man in the suit politely.
"That's it, thank you." Reply Abelia.
"That's my job. Then I'll step down, madam." The man in the suit got into the car and left.
Then came a woman but she did not seem to be a waitress. And this woman had a petite body, which meant that this woman was a dwarf.
"Hello! You must be the representatives of Laville City! Let's head to her room!" Said the Dwarven woman in a cheerful tone.
"Sure, please show me the way." Nod Abelia.
"Good!" The Dwarven woman showed her way.
It turned out that the room they were heading to was on the top floor, which was the 6th floor. They use a special elevator because the 6th floor can only be occupied by important people.
After arriving at the 6th floor they saw that the 6th floor structure was the same as the hotel where there were hallways in front and doors on the left and right.
The dwarf woman walked up followed by Abelia and the others and stopped at door number 606.

"Master, the representative from Laville City has already come." The Dwarf woman.
"Oh has come? Let them in." There was a man's voice coming from inside the room.
For Lein whose height of 190 cm makes her look very tall when compared to the others.
Octiorb and Abelia can still move freely because Octiorb is about 180 cm and Abelia is about 170 cm.
For a woman, Abelia is arguably tall. Perhaps it was because he was the dragon race that made his human body perfect.

The three of them then entered the room and the Dwarven woman left because of her duty just to show her the way.
"Hello! Welcome to the City of Filopi!" A Dwarf man descended from his chair and reached out towards Abelia.
"Hello Mr. Bovug." Abelia shook hands with the Dwarf.
Bovug the Dwarf has a height of about 150 cm and up and he has a normal appearance but some are slightly different.
That is the skin of his body that is slightly reddish in color. Either it was because of something or indeed it was his real skin.
"Please sit down Madame Abelia." Bovug invited Abelia to sit down.
Bovug also sat down and behind him was a human man who seemed to be his bodyguard or aide.
The man was wearing an ordinary suit but looked cramped as he had large muscles. The height of the man is also short for a man which is about 160 cm and above.
"We already know each other by phone and video hologram, but let's introduce ourselves officially."
"My name is Bovug Redtank, I'm the foreign minister of this Filarian State." Bovug introduced himself.
"I'm Abelia Morais, I don't have an official position but I'm the mayor's wife." Abelia also introduced herself.
"Good, but ma'am what if we had lunch first before starting our serious conversation?" Bovug.
"It's okay." Abelia nodded without taking issue with it.
"All right." Bovug told his bodyguards to get the phone at the next table.
The phone is used to contact the waiter if you want to order something or if there are obstacles and problems.
"Hello our waiter wants lunch, please bring two sets of the best lunch menu to room 606." Bovug.
"Okay, please wait a minute, sir." Reply waiter.
Bovug only ordered two sets of lunch menus because it was for himself and also for Abelia.
Her bodyguards and Abelia's bodyguards Lein and Octiorb certainly wouldn't eat with the two of them.
Because their status was that of bodyguards or aides and they did not deserve to eat with the two of them much less that this was an official meeting.
After a while, the waiter knocked on the door and entered with a trolley containing food and drinks that Bovug had ordered.
The waiter then placed the food and drinks on the table.
"Is there anything the master and mistress need again?" Ask the waiter politely.
"No, what about you, Miss Abelia?" Bovug looked towards Abelia.
"I don't exist either." Abelia shook her head.
"Alright, then please enjoy her lunch." The waiter bowed his body slightly and retreated.
"Please madam." Bovug.
"Yes." Yeah." Nod Abelia.
The two of them then ate lunch while having a simple conversation.
