Meet Gran in Elm City

The next day, Lein and Octiorb go to the SID Building in because they will meet with Gran there as promised.

"Why did he ask to meet here?" Octiorb saw the SID building in front of him.

"The reason for that is just because he has business here as well. Well, and I also approved of her for being lazy to go somewhere else." Answer Lein.

The two of them then entered the building and told the officers that they had an appointment with Gran.

Officers called Gran and confirmed him, then escorted Lein and Octiorb upstairs to where Gran was.

*tok tock

"Mr Gran, your two guests have arrived." The officer knocked on the door.

"Ah yes, come in." Gran's voice sounded from within.

The officer opened the door and invited Lein and Octiorb to enter, then the officer bowed his body slightly and resigned.

"Haha, please sit down, Lein and Octiorb." Gran chuckled and invited Lein and Octiorb to sit down.

"Looks like you're very busy, Old Man." Lein sat on the sofa and Octiorb sat next to her.

Lein noticed that Gran's desk had more piles of papers than President Brynn's.

"Well... That's how..." Gran took a long breath.

Gran got up from the chair and sat down on the sofa opposite Lein and Octiorb. Then he poured the warm tea for three cups.

"How are you guys?" Gran asked Lein and Octiorb for news.

"Well, well I guess?" Lein replied uncertainly.

"We are always okay." Answer Octiorb.

"Haha, you guys are so strong how can you guys be okay..." Gran laughing.

"Quite his pleasantries Old Man Gran, now tell me why you want to see me?" Lein said in a serious tone.

"... Straight to the core yeah, all right..." Gran took a cup and drank his tea.

"Actually, I wonder how you guys found and killed so many members of the Anarchy Order in such a short time."

"Even us SID officers have trouble finding traces of them because they hide so well."

"Ah sorry, that doesn't mean I'm interrogating you, it's just that we want to know how to get the Anarchy Order done faster." Obviously Gran.

"..." - ".Lein and Octiorb looked at each other.

"Haha, that's easy..." Lein laughed a little.

"Oh?Please tell me." Gran became more curious.

"Be the target of killing the Anarchy Order, they themselves will come to you. Even if it doesn't come to you, they'll come to the people closest to you." Lein replied with a serious facial expression.

"...Shit, I didn't think about it." Gran leaned his back on the sofa limply.

Gran was a little disappointed by Lein's reply, he thought there was a special way to search and kill many members of the Anarchy Order.

But Gran did not think that his way was to be the target of their murder. Lein was indeed not wrong because that way SID could kill many Anarchy Order members.

But there is no way the Anarchy Order will target SID officers because they must know that SID is planning something.

"Sorry to disappoint you." Lein smiled faintly.

"Well... It's okay." Gran waved his hand.

"Then, how did you kill Albir and his subordinates? All I saw was their facial expressions were terrified." Gran asked me something else.

"You tortured them but you said it as if it wasn't a cruel act." Gran didn't know what to react to.

"Cruel? Hm, is that even cruel because I tortured a murderer who in fact was a cruel person?" Lein blinked her eyes.

"...Well, you're not wrong either..." Again, Gran had no idea what to react to.

"Then to Albir, you must have seen that his body was damaged because there were so many holes in his body, right?"

"I killed Albir by thrusting countless swords into his body."

"Actually I wanted to torture him like what I had done to his subordinates but I immediately killed him because Albir had already run away twice." Lein shrugged his shoulders.

"Hm, so so..." Gran nodded his head.

*tok tock

Suddenly the door was knocked on and before Gran asked who was knocking, the door opened and two men and one woman entered.

They were a family where one was middle-aged, one was a beautiful adult woman, and one was an arrogant looking adult man.

Lein squinted his eyes because he knew who they were. Even Lein remembered vividly in his brain the faces of the three of them.

"What are you doing here?" Gran frowned.

"Haha, we came straight here to hear that you're coming, Gran." The middle-aged man laughed.

"...I'm talking to my guests, please leave us." Gran.

"Haha, okay." The middle-aged man glanced towards Gran's guest.

"Ho? I think I know someone among your guests." The middle-aged man raised his eyebrows.

"During the time you didn't meet Hagas, it seems like you're still healthy?" Lein greeted the middle-aged man in a reckless tone.

"It looks like you haven't changed, Lein." Hagas squinted her eyes.

"Haha I'm acting like this specifically for you and the two people behind you, thank you." Lein smiled cynically.

"You! Do you know who you're talking to!?" The adult man behind Hagas shouted towards Lein.

"Of course you know, Hagas Bira, one of the top officials of SID Organization in Easthold Country who has a very high status."

"Then the woman back there was Hagas' wife, Elin Bira. I'm even surprised that you're getting prettier, Elin."

"And you, the son of Hagas and Elin, Elwin Bira. I remember you so much because you're the one who caused my grandparents to die."

After Lein spoke, Lein let out an aura that suppressed the entire room except for the Octiorb and the aura that Lein let out was extremely cold and gripping.

"Right, I forgot that he has a grudge against one of the higher-ups here!" Inner Gran.

Right, the three people who came were the ones that Lein hated. The three of them made Lein also hate SID.

But what Lein hated the most was Hagas. Because he's the one who manipulates the media and doesn't account for his son's actions.

"It looks like you guys on duty are getting more disrespectful huh..." Lein stared intently at the three of them

"Are you going to cause trouble here?" Hagas also gave off her aura.

"You're us I'd care about something like that?" Lein smiled disdainfully.

Lein was not at all afraid of the consequences, as long as she did not move first, then there was no reason for Lein to be afraid.

Also, Hagas is a corrupt man. If Lein killed Hagas and handed over evidence of her corruption, Lein was instead praised by other higher-ups.
