Morning Exercise and Simple Breakfast
In the morning, Lein opened her eyes and looked towards the clock that was attached to the wall. The hour hand shows at 5 am where it is still dark outside.
"Hour 5... I did practice in the morning, but I haven't exercised in the morning for a long time..." Inner Lein.
Practicing what Lein meant was like controlling mana and magic, meditating, practicing skills and techniques.
But Lein has not exercised for a long time as before Lein evoked his abilities such as running, jogging, push-ups, pull-ups, and other sports.
Lein got out of bed and walked to the bathroom. He washed his face and brushed his teeth and then he went back to the room.
Lein changed her clothes into sportswear with a short sports shirt and shorts that were black with a slight white pattern.
After changing clothes, Lein came out of her room and walked towards the guest room where Octiorb slept there.
"Surely she's still sleeping, well, if I invite her to exercise she'll definitely refuse her. Even his body doesn't need exercise." Inner Lein.
Because the body of the Octiorb is an artificial doll, so no matter how much the Octiorb eats and drinks, his body will never change.
Octiorb also does not have a digestive system like humans. Everything is processed using mana in his body.
The food and drink will be turned into mana. So where in the body Octiorb can process food and drinks into additional mana.
"Well, I don't deserve to be envious because I also have the Dragon Heart and the Absorb Mana Skill." Inner Lein.
Lein closed the door to Octiorb's room and walked to the door. Lein took out black sports shoes as well and put them on.
After that Lein opened the door and exited to breathe in some fresh air. After a few breaths, Lein closed the door of the house and walked towards the stairs.
Long story short, Lein was already in the park of Elm City which is located in the city center. Lein did not want to exercise in the slums because there would definitely be a lot of people disturbing.
"Hm, let's warm up first. However, even though this was still very early in the morning, it turned out that there were some people who were exercising as well." Lein noticed some people were exercising in the park.
Lein immediately warmed up, Lein stretched his body with light exercise activities in the form of static and dynamic stretching.
"It seems to be enough, for the beginning let's start with jogging then in the middle of the road start running." Lein stepped onto a special road for people jogging and running in the park.
Lein walked normally and moved his legs a little quickly. Lein jogs in the park for about 5 minutes.
After that Lein began to accelerate his legs and ran quite fast and he ran around the park up to 10 times.
"I don't even use my mana to exercise but it feels like my energy is not reduced at all."
"As expected of a body equivalent to this level 100, hahaha." Lein laughed a little.
Lein then continued her run, after which she performed push ups, pull ups, and squat jumps 100 times each.
Then Lein borrowed a jump rope from one of the women who was resting in the park after exercising and Lein started jumping rope.
After one to two hours of exercise in the city park, Lein returned home. After arriving, Lein took off her shoes and put them on the shoe rack and took a shower.
After bathing and changing clothes, Lein walked towards the kitchen for as she planned to make a simple breakfast.
After that he took two dishes and put each of the two loaves on the plate and smeared them with sauce and mayonnaise.
"Chicken or cow? Hm...Just chicken, I'm tired of cows." Lein was choosing the meat to be cooked.
Lein fried two thin pieces of chicken until cooked and drained it then he put it on both breads that had been smeared.
"Furthermore eggs, I will use 4 eggs only." Lein took the container off the shelf.
4 Lein's eggs were taken from the refrigerator and she put them in the container. After adding some flavoring spices, Lein shakes the eggs until well mixed.
Then Lein fried all her eggs on the pan, and she stirred the eggs on the pan like she was frying scrambled eggs.
Lein fried her eggs half-cooked, the stove was turned off and her skillet was lifted. Lein used a spatula to put eggs in each loaf.
After the skillet was placed, Lein added a cheese grater to the egg. Then Lein used the other bread to cover the bread on top of which was chicken, egg, and cheese and became an egg sandwich.
"Octs! Wake up! Breakfast is ready!" Shouted Lein while carrying both dishes to the dining table.
The door opened and the Octiorb came out of the room. Octiorb's clothes and hair were messy just like crazy people.
"Wash your face and brush your teeth, and then we have breakfast together." Lein.
"All right!" Octiorb was immediately excited after hearing the word 'breakfast'.
After washing his face and brushing his teeth, Octiorb came into the dining room and sat down, he noticed there was an egg sandwich on the table.
"Haha, don't look at it, let's eat." Lein laughed with Octiorb who was looking at the egg sandwich with sparkling eyes.
"Yes! Happy eating!" Octiorb took his egg sandwich and ate it.
"Good meal." Lein also ate her egg sandwich.
"Oh, why did you shower so early? Usually we both take a bath during the day.." Octiorb realizes that Lein is clean.
"Hm? Oh that's because I ran out of sports this morning at about 5 in the city park. Of course I took a shower because my body was covered in sweat." Lein answered.
"Why didn't you ask me?" Ask Octiorb.
"You don't need a sport..." Answer Lein.
"I really don't need or want sports, all I want is to see beautiful women in sports clothes." Octiorb said in an excited tone.
"Damn..." Lein was speechless with the words of Octiorb.
Octiorb really likes women, women are the second most important thing after food and drink for Octiorb.
Although he likes women very much, Octiorb does not want to date anyone. When Lein asks what the reason is, Octiorb answers because he does not want to date human women.
Octiorb wanted to date a woman who was like himself, meaning a woman who was a spirit as well as a human being.
Lein was silent and could only shake his head when he heard Octiorb's reply.
