Deciding to Donate to the Church

"!!" Olave suddenly stood up.

"What's up, Pope Olave?" Lein was confused as to why Olave had suddenly stood up.

"Lein, thanks. Thanks to you, Goddess Ariel added Divine Power capacity to my body." Olave shed tears.

"...Why does Goddess Ariel reward you while I don't." Lein protested.

"Haha, please calm down. Goddess Ariel said that nothing can be given to you anymore." Olave smiled awkwardly.

Because he did not think that Lein did not behave respectfully to Goddess Ariel and instead acted ordinary as if Goddess Ariel was his friend.

And what is even more surprising is that Goddess Ariel does not mind Lein's attitude like that.

"Hm, yeah, that's true." Lein touched his chin and nodded his head.

Lein thought that all he did was a small deed because it was so easy for him. Unlike Olave who can be rewarded because he tries hard.

"Because I have finished being purified, I leave the two useless things to the church. See you soon." Lein stood up and walked out of the room.

Olave looked at the Lantern and the Grail that had become commonplace. He thought he would put where the two things were.

Because even though the two items had become ordinary items, but still before the two items were items that could store the souls of living things.

Therefore Olave thought of keeping the two items as a sign of respect for the souls of living beings confined within.

"Oh by the way, where do I go if I want to give you money?" Lein asked the little priestess next to her.

It seemed like the little priestess was an orphan and was adopted by the church. Because the church usually does help children who have lost their parents.

The church will educate them to be priest and priestess or something else and the church will provide them with free schools and residences.

This is very useful for them rather than just helping with materials or the other because eventually the money or other help will run out.

As a child, being a priest and a priestess were only considered as helpful. But if they are old enough, it is a job and they will be paid.

"Give money?" The little priestess tilted her head.

"Ah, sorry. I mean it's donating or charitable." Lein corrected her own words.

"Ah that! Usually it is okay if the master directly gives it to the priestess or priest. But since I'm young, so let me take you to that area." Answer the little priestess in a cheerful tone.

"Haha good. Please take me there." Lein was slightly amused by the little priestess cheer.

Lein walked down the long hallway and arrived at a large place where in her there were several priestesses and priests who wore covered clothes.

Then there were some people who were talking to them and some who went to a small room in the corner of the room.

"Maybe you don't understand. But there's a meaning to why they wear such covered clothes." Little priestess.

"Oh yeah? It turns out there is a meaning. May I know?" Lein became curious after hearing the small priestess's remark.

"That means that Goddess Ariel will not discriminate anyone who contributes and whatever the amount."

"So even though there are rich people who donate millions and poor people who donate hundreds, Goddess Ariel still considers them equal."

"That's the meaning your manager said!" The little priestess replied in a cheerful tone.

"Oh~ That's a very good meaning. Then why would anyone go to that little room over there?" Lein asked a question.

"Heh... So anyway. Take it, share it with your friends." Lein gave the little Priestess some parcels containing sweet foods.

"Eh sir! We cannot accept gifts from outsiders!" The little priestess refused but her eyes seemed to want her the most.

"Haha don't worry. You just saw that I came out of a room that also has Pope Olave in it, right? I know her, so take it." Lein laughed at the innocence of the little priestess.

"Whoah! Alrighty! Thanks sir! I'll share it with my other friends! I would also say that master is very handsome!" The little priestess immediately ran while carrying a lot of parcels.

Lein just shook her head and smiled at the innocent and cute little priestess behavior.

After looking around the room for a while, Lein saw a priestess he knew was talking to another priestess.

"Lady!" Lein came over to the priestess.

It turned out that it was Nana, a priestess who had exchanged holy water for pills with Lein some time before.

"Eh, Mr. Lein!" Nana turned her head towards Lein who called out her name.

"Yes! By the way, just call me by my name." Lein greeted Nana.

"alright. Is there something you need here?" Ask Nana.

"Yes, I want to donate something to this church." Answer Lein.

"Then let me serve you, I'm helping here too." Nana.

"May, I also become comfortable if it's a person I know." Without a second thought Lein agreed.

Then Lein waited for a while as Nana was talking to the other priestess discussing some ha.

After that the two of them went to the small cubicle in the corner of the room because Lein wanted to talk in a calm atmosphere.

It was also because Lein had only ever done this, so he was a little worried if he made a mistake and was seen by others.

Although he does not care much about the gaze and thoughts of others towards him, but what he is worried about is if people think badly of Nana.

"Am I just bringing out what I'm going to contribute or are there some things that need attention?" Lein immediately asked greedily the two of them entered the room.

The room was very small, with only one table the size of a normal dining table and three chairs.

On the table there is also a wooden box that holds a lot of paper and some pens in it.

"free. You can fill out a form if you want your identity known. You can also not fill out that form if you want to be anonymous." Answer Nana.

"Hm, then I'd like to be anonymous." Lein thought for a while before deciding.

"alright. Then, how much do you want to contribute?" Nana nodded and asked Lein.

"Before that, did his donation have to be money?" Lein asked before donating.

"Not really. It could be with gold, valuables, rice, or other food. Because some of these donations will go to people in need." Obviously Nana.

"Goodoo. I actually want to donate this." Lein took out some stuff.

"...You serious?" Nana fell silent as she looked at the item Lein took out.

"Yes, I'm serious." Lein smiled and nodded.
