Fighting in the Tundra Desert Against Frederic
Frederic swung his sword horizontally into the air, and suddenly the cloth on the chest of Lein's clothes was torn off.
"!!" Lein widened his eyes as he did not see Frederic's attack.
"Kugh!" Lein slammed backwards as her stomach was kicked by Frederic all of a sudden.
Frederic walked up to Lein while pointing at his weapon and saw that Lein had risen while showing a grin on his face.
"Come!" Lein smirked.
"You came here. I really hate that grin." Frederic frowned.
Lein stepped on the sand and slid towards Frederic at high speed while crossing his two katanas in front.
"Dragon Dance: The Double Gravity Slash." Lein slashed his sword towards Frederic and produced two waves of sword slashes.
Frederic swung his sword casually but he could cut off two waves of sword slashes that Lein let out easily.
But Lein did not stop there. He was already in front of Frederic and swung both of his katanas to attack Frederic.
They then clashed against each other with swords, but it could be seen who was superior in defending and also attacking.
"Simple but very powerful swing. Is this the effect of S rank ability? Haha." Lein laughed with a bit of sadness.
"What's? Is this all your strength?" Frederic looked at Lein with a condescending look.
Lein did not answer her, she pushed Frederic with a little force then she swung her katana vertically from the bottom up.
Lein's katana swing caused the sand below her to be carried away which made the sight of the two of them slightly disturbed.
As Lein was staring at the sand in front of her waiting for the attack, Frederic jumped up and landed far behind her.
Lein turned his head and was well then he ran very fast towards Frederic. Frederic also ran fiercely towards Lein.
When they were close, they swung their weapons and clashed with swords that made a huge wave of wind.
They clashed with each other again but this time Frederic faster than before which made Lein a little careless and impaled on his shoulder.
"...You are being stabbed in the shoulder. Then why is your expression showing a smirk!?" Frederic could not understand Lein.
Lein did not answer her, she ignored the pain in her shoulder and swung her two katanas to attack Frederic.
"!!" Frederic was a little off guard as he did not expect that Lein would attack him while his sword was still on Lein's shoulder.
Frederic pulled out his sword from Lein's shoulder and retreated to keep his distance. He held onto his chest and saw that there was blood on his hand which meant that his chest was injured due to Lein's attack just now.
"I'm sorry, I'm not a real sword user. I am a magic sword user!" Lein channeled mana throughout her body.
"Dragon Language: Extreme Body Enhancement!" Lein increases all the potential that is in his body.
Lein appeared at the dean of Frederic and swung his right katana towards Frederic's head and said he was left on Frederic's right shoulder.
"!!" Frederic uses his sword to block Lein's right katana.
Then Frederic uses mana to protect his right shoulder from Lein's left katana attack.
"Good response!" Shouted Lein with excitement.
Lein then swung both of his katanas very quickly to attack Frederic continuously.
"Currently, even with my S rank sword ability, I had a little trouble fending off all of them." Inner Frederic.
The reason why Frederic could not fend off all of Lein's quick attacks was because of his ability to make his potential in using balanced swords.
And Lein's constant attacks were now arguably weak but his speed was not playful until Frederic could not keep up with his speed.
Frederic ignored Lein's attack and swung his sword vertically from top to bottom slowly.
Lein could sense that there was an extremely terrifying mysterious power within Frederic's sword swing even though it was slow.
Lein crossed his two katanas above to fend off Frederic's terrifying vertical sword swing.
Frederic's message came into contact with Lein's katana, then Frederic's sword released a pure white energy that pressed Lein until his legs could not stand.
"Damn it, any of these techniques!" Lein in his heart.
Not only that, the white energy entered Lein's body and attacked her internal organs which made Lein vomit blood.
Frederic stops his attack and retreats to keep his distance and to see how Lein is after receiving a fatal attack.
"...Even in his dying condition he could still grin." Frederic frowned.
Lein grinned not because he was enjoying the pain, but because he knew that he could still survive and rise with his regenerative abilities.
His severely injured internal organs began to recover slowly and minutes later all of his organs were healed.
Lein stood up and stretched his stiff body muscles. Then he saw that Frederic was looking at him with a ghostly look.
"How can you recover so quickly?" Frederic asked in a tone of disbelief.
"Because I'm strong!" Lein answered him curiously because he did not need to tell Frederic about his regenerative abilities.
"Dragon Language: Lightning Dragon's Roar." Lein raised both of her katanas and swung them vertically.
The second swing of Lein's katana produced an enormous purple lightning element and its lightning element formed a spiral wave.
"Sword Art: The Heavenly Black Sword." Frederic swung his sword as horizontally and unleashed a pitch-black energy from his sword.
The pitch-black energy and the spiral waves of lightning met each other and produced an enormous and fierce explosion.
"It's cost a lot of mana." Inner Frederic.
When Frederic wanted to retreat because he was about to drink a mana-boosting potion, he heard Lein was working on something.
"Dragon Dance: Gravity Great Slash." Lein swung his katana and produced an enormous gravitational slash.
That enormous gravitational slash Lein launched towards Frederic even before the smoke from the explosion disappeared.
Because Lein knew that Frederic must be planning something, so Lein decided to attack him immediately.
"Sword art: Heavenly-" Frederic could not complete his technique because he had already been hit by the slash of gravitational waves.
Frederic slammed far back until he rolled on the hot sand before he stopped.
"The attack just now was just a large size but the power was not too strong, but Frederic could not fend it off."
"That means, Frederic is weak to speed. So I had to use speed to kill Frederic huh."
"But well, certainly not the usual high speed, but rather the extreme speed." Lein grinned as he saw the opportunity.
"Hm?" Lein receives a short message from Liza saying that Liza needs Isolda.
Lein immediately used the dungeon key to remove Isolda who was still in the form of a necklace and asked Isolda to help Liza.
From the short message that Liza sent, it meant that Liza did not want to interfere with Lein's fight and the situation there must have been dire.
"It looks like Frederic's been up to something.." Inner Lein who saw that Frederic had risen.
