Highlight the scorching morning sun pierced through the large glass window, making the warm rays hit Asha's face. Aji who had already woken up and took a bath looked at the woman sleeping uncomfortably. Poor, Aji closed the window curtain that had been revealed so that Asha was no longer glare and continued to sleep very soundly.
He waited for a while, not wanting to wake Asha up out of pity with the wife who had just gone to bed in the morning. Aji just sat on the couch playing her phone.
“Aji!” naura's voice shouted out loud enough that Asha woke up to it. He was surprised because it was already noon.
A knock on the door sounded, but it immediately stopped when Aji opened the door a little and made Naura stunned and surprised to see the man wearing only trousers. His abdominal muscles seemed to fascinate Naura so much that he could not speak at all.
“What's up?” ask Aji. Naura saw from the gap of the door that was only opened slightly, it looked as if Asha was sleeping inside her blanket. The heat of his heart, sick to see the togetherness of this man he loved. Asha who was embarrassed for just waking up hid inside her blanket.
“Eh, yes. Sorry to bother you, huh? Hp-ku's dead. You have a charger?” asked Naura while showing the type of charger on her phone.
“I don't have a charger. It's the same with Mama. You try to borrow Mama,” said Aji.
“Oh, so yes. Sorry if I've interfered, then I'll borrow Auntie.” Naura left, Aji immediately closed the door and saw the wife who was awake.
“Mas, who?” asha asked the real one she already knew who was coming.
“Naura.”
“You've woken up from earlier?” ask again.
“Hem.”
“Why don't you wake me, Mom? Duh, it's noon. I don't feel good if you first wake up with Mama,” said Asha unwell. Aji didn't say a word, she was just wearing the clothes in her closet.
After bathing the two men down to the bottom floor, Asha immediately followed the mother-in-law and Naura who was there. She took on her role as a daughter-in-law and a good wife for her husband.
“You want to cook for Aji?”
Just as Asha was about to reply, she fell silent because Naura was ahead of her.
“Iya, Aunt. She still likes the same food, right?” ask Naura.
“Iya. His favorite food has never changed. Asha, what do you want to cook?” Now Tia asked Asha.
“Ah, I want to cook vegetable capcay only, Ma.” Asha replied, she wanted to cook her husband's favorite food, but she had seen Naura prepare with all the ingredients so inevitably she relented in front of the in-laws.
“Oh, yes. Aji also likes it, especially if a little spicy,” said Tia. Asha nodded her head and smiled. They started doing their own job.
“Asha, this is too salty. Aji does not like salty foods, he likes a little sugar,” Naura said later without asking for approval to give sugar to Asha's cuisine. The pregnant woman was naturally disappointed at what Naura had done to her. However, he could do nothing because Tia also confirmed what Naura said.
“Nah, this is fitting,” said the woman after tasting Asha's cuisine.
Asha so feels she's a useless wife, not knowing what her husband likes. His gaze was softly staring at the cooking that was still on the pan.
“Nothing. You will still be the same Aji, you will also know for a long time what he is suffering and what he does not like.” Tia's words really calmed Asha.
“Iya, Asha. For a long time you will definitely know all her likes, until even silly things that you never know for sure one day you will see from Aji.” Naura laughed quite loudly, but soon stopped when she heard Deheman from Aji who was sitting enjoying his coffee at the dinner table.
“Ups. Sorry, Aji!” Naura.
“Huekk!”
Asha closed her mouth as she smelled an unpleasant scent in her kiss. She tries to hold herself back from bothering others, while everyone except Aji glances at the woman.
“Sorry. Maafin Asha, Ma, Pa.” Asha became unwell because everyone stopped eating her.
“Why are you, Asha? You sick?” tia asked who was worried about the state of the daughter-in-law.
“Asha is pregnant, Ma.” Suddenly Aji spoke, it felt impossible to hide Asha's pregnancy any longer considering that the wife's stomach would be getting bigger.
“Ha? Pregnant?” tanya Tia was in disbelief and very happy. Asha nodded her head in embarrassment, she was afraid that Aji would uncover the secrets she had.
“Thank God, Mama is so happy. We'll have a grandson in a minute, Pa!” tia exclaimed at the husband who was also very happy to hear it. “Why didn't you say from yesterday?” tia asked, glaring at the son.
“We also just found out a few days ago. We wanted to surprise you all, but it was already discovered, hehe,” Aji chuckled.
“We must give thanks!”
“No need, Ma.”
“No need? Why?” Tia looked strangely at the son, though,
“Aa .. I think because it's not yet time?” murmured Aji tried to give an answer, but that was all he could say. He glanced at the wife, but Asha just lowered her head and played her fingers on the lap.
“Oh, yes too. Yes already, we continue to eat only.” Tia gave some food on Asha's plate and told her to eat a lot, but again Asha was nauseous and kept the plate out of her presence.
“Sorry, Mom. I guess I can't eat this. I ate something else,” Asha said. Naura's cooking has made her nauseous.
“Ya. Mama bring me another one, wait. What do you want?” ask Tia.
Asha pointed to the food made by Tia and they continued their breakfast.
“Ji, do you want this? Here I cook myself,” bargain Naura while offering the food she cooked this morning.
“Iya, I want,” replied Aji glanced at what was inside the plate.
Naura was happy and kept the side dish on top of Aji's plate. Her big smile indicates that the woman is happy. However, not with Asha who smiled bitterly saw the husband did not touch the food he had made. Still intact on his plate.
Aji ate quietly, as well as the others, while Asha only forced herself to swallow food that suddenly felt bland because of Aji's treatment just now. She still acted calm as if nothing had ever happened in her household's Big Dipper together with Aji.
“I go first to the office, you're okay here? I'll pick up later in the afternoon,” said Aji.
Asha smiled and nodded her head. “Iya, Mas. I'm not okay. Be careful on the road. Call me when you arrive,” Asha said.
Aji was about to leave, but he came closer to Asha and put a kiss on her forehead, making her body stiffen.
“I go.” Aji began to move away leaving Asha still standing in the doorway.
‘Sadar, Asha. Only apply in this house and not in your house,’ inner Asha sad.
