Part 33 - Specific Moments

Iva keeps harassing Lea, following her wherever she goes. The relationship between Iva and Lea draws closer after Lea visits Vio at the hospital, and Lea seems to be unperturbed by Iva's presence.

Lea sighed, a little tired of Iva's fussiness. "Aren't you tired of following me? You really can't keep quiet."

Iva smiled sweetly. "No, as long as it means I can be with you. Are you sure you don't want to come together? Your driver hasn't come yet, has he?"

Lea replied calmly, "I'll wait for my driver. You better buy me a meal in the cafeteria, I'm hungry."

Iva frowned. "Ck, you want to blackmail me?! At recess, I paid for all your food, and now I have to pay again."

Lea smiled casually. "Come on. I don't like hearing your complaints. Or I might not want to talk to you anymore."

"Mr Regan! You're here? What do you need to come here? I think today there is no schedule from the foundation" asked Miss Ayuni, Iva and Vio's homeroom teacher, when she saw Regan show up at the school.

"Today there was no official meeting. But I was waiting for someone" Regan replied.

Miss Ayuni was a little surprised. "someone? Does he work here?"

Regan tries to explain, "Not, but-"

Just then, Iva appeared and ran towards Regan. "Dad!"

Regan looked at her daughter who was running towards her.

"I'm here to pick up my daughter." Regan insisted.

"Daughter?!! Didn't Mr. Regan say he wasn't married. But why-"

Before long, Laura comes over to Regan and her daughter,

"Why are you taking so long?" ask Laura to Iva.

"Mother..." Iva observed her class guardian who looked confused.

"I mean Mr. Regan, you-" Miss Ayuni tries to figure out what really happened.

"Mother Teacher, this is my mother and father," said Iva, introducing her parents to their teacher.

"I'm Laura. Mother of Vio and Iva. It's nice to meet you." said Laura.

"Hello, lady Laura."

"And this is my father!" said Iva proudly.

Regan smilingly nodded, glancing at the female teacher who was looking at him a little surprised.

"So Mr. Regan, you-"

"True Bu Guru. He is my father, meaning husband of my mother, and that means my father is married and has 2 children. Yeah, right, dad?"

Laura widened her eyes in shock at her daughter's explanation, while Regan, smiling and shaking her head with her daughter's mannerisms.

"Ck, you're this. Let's go home."

"If so, we'll excuse Miss Ayuni. We have to go home, because Iva's sister is sick at home" Laura said.

"Please."

After farewell. Iva places herself in the middle of Laura and Regan, her left right hand held by her parents, leaving the female teacher still staring at the three.

Inside Mobil~

"You're why you say that. Your teacher will be able to misunderstand." said Laura first.

"Leave it. I don't like that teacher." replied Iva.

"Indeed why? Miss Ayuni is beautiful." said Regan.

"Dad doesn't know. The teacher always talked about the father with other female teachers." stressed Iva, not like Miss Ayuni.

"So popular are you at school?" ask Regan.

"Miss Ayuni always teased me, even after I left, Miss Ayuni still looked at me. To the point that he walked while smiling. It's scary, yeah."

Laura tried to cover up her choking for no reasonable reason. "Mom-Mom's okay. Ha-just surprised there was a ku-cat that almost got hit on the side of the road there."

"Then, why are you nervous?" tanya Iva kept teasing him.

"Shut up!! Don't ask too many questions!! And you, focus on the streets and your steering wheel." Laura told Regan.

Regan smiles. "Yes, I'm focused on the streets."

The father and son were silent at once, and held back their laughter when they saw Laura misbehaving with a reddened face.
