Life Becomes Duke's Beloved

Life Becomes Duke's Beloved
Prologues

In the middle of the dark forest, Ghotel ran through the trees. He had not expected a witch to be repulsed by an ordinary human. That person's sword was not an indiscriminate sword. The ghotel could feel great power coming from that thing.

Ghotel shivered violently, slowly his smooth skin turned wrinkled. Ghotel saw the back of his palm return to his original skin. His red hair fell to the ground, strands by strands carried by the wind. The ghotel looked at the sky turning red.

From a distance he could still hear the voice of the warrior who was still fighting the monsters he released. He grinned as the clattering of horse legs approached towards him.

The horse neighs exactly three meters in front of him. Sitting on a horse, a knight without a head protector stared intently at Ghotel. His armor was filled with bloodstains of monsters, red and blue. The knight looked at Ghotel with sharp brown eyes. He clasped his sword preparing to attack.

"You have a last request?" ask the knight in a cold tone.

Hearing him Ghotel laughed, his frail back swayed forwards and backwards. As his laughter grew louder.

"What a big hunk. A human like you dares to ask me, what do I want?" ghotel answered in a loud voice. The ghotel gulped down his saliva looking at the lightning produced by the knight's sword.

"I didn't really mean it. In the end, I will only kill you," said the knight still in a cold tone.

"Kill me? Old lady like me?" ghotel Cibir.

"Women call only to men. You, absolutely cannot be called that. You're a monster that kills many innocent people. So, just mention your last request. I don't intend to wait to finish you off." The knight prepared with his sword. One hand clutching the horse saddle. His eyes narrowed seriously.

Ghotel was drawing something on the ground with his hands. The foot of the horse that walked towards him. The ghotel smiled as he cast a spell. When the magic formation was finished, the knight's war pierced his chest.

That day the victory belonged to all the knights who fought on the front lines against the monsters, both the fallen and the survivors. Since the disappearance of the evil witch's life, all monsters are easier to conquer.

The knight who stabbed Ghotel down from his horse. Coldly plucking his sword from Ghotel's body. Stepping on the magic formula that suddenly glowed dazzlingly. Amidst his efforts to avoid that glare of light. The knight heard someone whisper in a raucous female voice.

Thank you, I could finally die.

Two years later, Romano was the capital of the Rhodes Kingdom

Armand was as strong as possible to control the saddle of his horse so that his horse ran faster. These days were too peaceful that he became careless.

The duke, the king's younger brother, was told that his lover had been attacked by a rebel group, that he was at a parliament meeting when he received the news and immediately left the palace.

The duke stopped his horse after it almost reached the door. She was greeted by her lover's servant who ran towards her.

"Duke, madam ..." the waiter said softly. Armand did not stop his steps.

Damnit. Armand cursed in his heart. People who are close to him will always experience this kind of danger. How he forgot.

"doctor?" armand asked the butler of his lover who was waiting at the door.

"It's already in the Master." The old man replied politely.

Armand had not been able to calm himself down. He wanted to quickly go in there, to the room where his lover lay.

The open door steals everyone's attention. Armand immediately approached the doctor who came out from there.

"Mistress Abela regained consciousness for a moment. But he's asleep again." The doctor explained with a little fear. However, in front of him right now is not a random person.

"Inform the temple to send healers here." Armand ruled over who. They do not feel astonished. Armand had definitely ruled over the people who had always followed him like a shadow.

Armand nodded slightly at the doctor and went inside the room. Seeing the woman who had been his lover for two years was lying weak. Bandages wrapped some parts of his body.

Armand sat by the bed, his hands outstretched stroking his lover's hair slowly.

"My lady" whispered Armand in Abela's ear. "Wake up, please." Armand held Abela's hand. Feeling desperate about this situation. He did not leave Abela in the slightest. Even when the healers came to heal Abela's wounds. Armand remained seated beside Abela.

"Ghotel ..." There was a resounding voice calling out his name. Got the ghotel looking for the source of that sound.

The ghotel looked at the light in front of him.

"I listened" replied Ghotel.

"If I give you a chance to live once more. Are you going to destroy and do evil again?" The voice is again. More clear than ever.

"I don't want to live anymore. I've lived too long" replied Ghotel. Shortly before he was struck by a sword, Ghotel set up a magic formation and cast a spell to lock his magic. So that when the knight stabbed him he could leave the mortal world.

"Is that so? I thought you wanted revenge "The voice said made Ghotel wary.

"No, I did it on purpose. Falling asleep here was quite comfortable," Ghotel replied lightly.

There was a loud laughter. Not the voice of the Ghotel. Ghotel.

"You're not going to make me live again?" tanya Ghotel hesitates.

"Live and pay for all the wrongs you have done" said the voice.

"You .. don't joke ... I'm. No. gabe. Mau .Alive." Ghotel suppressed all his words. He was already too tired of living in the world being a lonely witch.

But his will is nothing compared to the will of Something greater in strength. Ghotel tries to fight back when something pulls him into a single point of light that Ghotel saw.

Free, Ghotel can't hold himself back anymore. His body was sucked into that light. The ghotel yelled cursing at the empty space. As his body sucked in light, his screams grew further and further sounded.

The ghotel slowly opened his eyes. He was lying in a very comfortable place. He faintly heard the voices of people talking. The first thing he saw was a fairly high ceiling. Thirsty attacking Ghotel. Ghotel tried to move her body which was painful and sore. Finally I can only groan. Ghotel moans were heard by people who were busy talking earlier. They quickly approached Ghotel.

"Abela? You awake?" ask someone in a low voice. I don't know where the Ghotel ever heard that sound.

"a ... A-ir ...." The ghotel was trying to say he wanted a drink. Which is immediately understood. The owner of the voice helped Ghotel get up with his hands. While one hand held the glass, helping Ghotel drink.

After his throat was relieved, Ghotel lay down again. Closing his eyes for a while to make his mind focus.

"Abela ..." call the low voice that Ghotel had heard.

Ghotel frowned. So he woke up in someone else's body. Do not want the anger to be felt again. He really did everything in his power to rest and leave this world. Finally, he came back to live the lives of others.

The ghotel was startled by a kiss that landed on his forehead. Slowly opening his eyes. See who dares to do that to him. It had been a long time since he had sensed the existence of others nearby.

Ghotel focused his vision on the figure clasping his hand tightly. Sitting by his bed. The one who was smiling now kissed his hand.

The person had brown pupils, his eyesight looking sharp under his firm eyebrows. His nose was tall and his thin lips were pink. The man was very handsome, his brown hair was a little messy. He looks similar to the person in Ghotel's memory. Wh who? The ghotel asked himself.

"Thank God you're sober, you slept too long. Scaring me." The man said softly with his low voice. He slightly distanced his face from Ghotel's hands and smiled.

Ghotel refocused his vision. And trying to dig up his memory. Ghotel widens his eyes as he wakes up and finds his memory. That person ... was the knight who killed him.
