Life Becomes Duke's Beloved

Life Becomes Duke's Beloved
Bastian

.

Abela enjoyed her breakfast leisurely. He wanted to go home soon and practice his aura. Strangely, his intuition was heading at it, he had to raise the aura level of this person again. I don't know for what purpose.

Abela glanced at Armand who was calmly sitting in his place. He didn't say a word this morning. Abela didn't want to think about it too much. Maybe Armand is in a bad mood.

"Bastian will be home today." Armand broke the silence. Abela looked at Armand with a flat face. This guy seems to forget that he doesn't know anything.

"My son, Bastian," explained Armand briefly.

Abela nodded her head. He remembered Hana had told him about it. Armand's son's name is Bastian. And it seems like this kid is close to him.

"So? What am I supposed to do?" abela asked still with her flat face.

Armand smiled in response, "No, no need to do what makes you uncomfortable."

"I'll just go home then" said Abela coldly.

"All right." Armand did not look at Abela anymore.

Abela raised one more eyebrow, astonished at herself. There was a strange thing that had penetrated into his chest as Armand released his gaze. I don't know why Abela was upset.

"If there's something you want to say, just say it" Abela said. He didn't like Armand's attitude this morning. Sometimes it's like that. What he felt was not the same as his indifferent mind.

Armand looked at Abela again, not he denied that he was surprised. As long as he knew this woman he had never heard a faint tone from her. Is memory loss capable of making the person's gestures and habits change?

"I'm kind of surprised, I don't know if a person who has always held back his emotions like you can open up like this right now. Should I be grateful?" Armand smiled with a slightly sad look.

"Maybe I was like this, maybe I was pretending." Abela dodged Armand's gaze. He had no intention of dismantling his identity before finding a way to make Abela's true soul return.

Abela wasn't brave enough to kill herself. Or not have the heart to kill Abela too. Still, if in the end he was returned back by that annoying God. Abela wasn't sure she'd wake up in a better body than this. At least he was close to the person who could destroy him at any time. No need to search for hundreds of years like before.

"If you want me to meet your son. Alright. I'll wait for him before I go home" Abela finally said.

"I'll explain myself to him if I don't remember anything. I think being honest is better than pretending" Abela said.

"All right." Armand replied slowly.

Today her brother called her back to the palace. And somehow Armand's premonition is so bad. He regretted why he and Abela did not do their marriage before the current thing happened.

"I must go to the palace, the King calls me." Armand told Abela.

"I think it's decided. Your marriage to Wilhemn's daughter." Abela's cold-tending words not only pierced Armand's heart, but made all the servants around them tense up.

Armand massaged the base of his nose. Then knock on the dining table with his fingers. She was worried, "I told you, there will be no marriage" Armand said, even colder.

"Why? Justdoit. That's your duty, right? Your duty as your brother's puppet." Abela bribed a piece of meat after saying that. Acutely with Armand's current hideous expression.

"What. You said?" Armand couldn't believe what he heard.

"The king always sends you to die many times. Once you survive with all that, survive and kill. He still wants to snatch what he can take from you. For example your freedom to choose who you want to live with."

Abela this time did not manage to cut the meat, because the dining table that was before her was already torn in half. With a slow movement Abela turned to look at the angry looking Armand.

"Well .. I don't know if this is your true nature." Again, Abela said it coldly.

"I'm not going to apologize for this. You've crossed Abela's line." Armand stared at Abela sharply. He was never angry at this woman. Armand always thought that Abela was the only person who understood him. And he was furious when he found out that his Abela was not what it used to be. It was more anger that his stupidity caused this to happen.

The woman looked at him with a flat face. Their distance is not far. But Armand could sense that there was an imaginary line drawn in the middle of them. Armand let out a tired breath. He closed his eyes.

"Prepare breakfast again for madam" Armand orders his servants to deftly do as he commands. One waiter asked Abela for attention and asked her politely to come out of the dining room. Abela did not resist, she moved quietly and walked out.

"Mr. ..." said Tony - Butler Armand.

"I know, I shouldn't be that angry at people who aren't okay." Armand laughed dryly. "But it's happened Tony, I've split his desk in two."

"Do you want to have tea in your office before leaving for the palace?" bargain Tony.

Abela continued her breakfast, as if nothing had happened. Confused the servants how. Rumors that their master's relationship with the madam Abela they dreamed of being the mistress in this house was cooling down seemed to be true.

Abela was enjoying her dessert as she glanced over to the tulip garden in front of her.

"Beautiful park" Abela murmured softly.

"True madam, sir ordered the workers to always take care of this garden. Tulips are my favorite flower." A servant answered politely.

While Abela was sculpting, what should she feel when she knew about it. Abela, sigh. It was quite horrible and stressful. Abela's body stiffened considering her death was at Armand's hands. Somehow remembering death excited him. Maybe that's all he wanted.

Abela sipped her tea while enjoying the wind. When he accidentally caught the grin of one of the servants lined up nearby.

"You're on the other end. What's yourname?" abela asked as she placed the cup.

The servant was quite confused, but immediately controlled his expression. He was a little closer to Abela.

"July, my name is July madam. Madam may not remember but I am a person close to madam,” said the waiter was quite confident.

Abela looked at the remaining servants one by one, seemingly a little confused, but Abela was a little interested in this servant named July.

"So July, sit down. Keep me talking." Abela's orders, which made all the servants even more confused. Except for July who confidently sat down with Abela.

Abela smiles to welcome him, instructing someone to pour tea for July. Abela could see the servant by doing it with a forced face.

"You know July, there's nothing I can trust right now, especially when my memories are gone. Even Armand was being rude like that. Or maybe he's like that." Abela tried to put on a sad face. Whether it works or not. But it looks like he succeeded. The other waiter seemed sympathetic to him. Instead, July seemed to be calmly drinking her tea. He may not know if his grin is so obvious.

"Madam must be scared? We were all also very surprised when the master split the table in two, should the master not do it especially when the madam had just lost a madam baby." July said it smoothly as if she was looking forward to this moment.

Abela could feel the tension from the other servants. They must have been instructed by Armand not to mention that. Like the waiter in his house. If Abela tries to compare, of course the workers in her own house are more concerned and close to her than the Duke's servants who say with their own mouths that they are close. I don't know what happened that made this servant able to break his master's orders.

Abela looked at July curiously, let alone the information she could get. "So I lost my baby? I don't know why I wasn't surprised. There must be a reason why I was so weak when the attack happened. Unfortunately, no one explained it to me."

"Mr Duke, order us not to tell madam." Julie seems to be very confident about the situation.

"Then ... Why are you so brave to tell me?" Abela turned the ring she was wearing on her ring finger. If you remember again this ring was pinned by Armand this morning.

"That's because I'm close to you, madam," replied July, Abela smilingly hearing him. The more interesting their conversation.

"What caused this to happen?" ask Abela again.

"A waiter serves you pennyroyal tea" replied July.

Abela saw that one by one the servants were surprised. Same with them Abela was also surprised. There are no pennyroyal plants in their contingent. The plant can only be found on the borders of the western and southern contingents. How could people in the Northern contingent - where they were - know about the plant.

"You're so smart, you know it's July. I don't know what you're talking about myself. If I miscarry after drinking tea. Everyone will think simple. Someone put poison in my drink." Abela's words were well captured by the servants who stood up. They approached Abela and stared fiercely at July.

"There's no poison in that tea, no one knows what caused madam to lose her baby." A servant said that out loud. He stood looming in front of Abela. He amazed Abela with his courage.

A cold aura suddenly felt, as a loud laughter rang out across the table where Abela was sitting. Abela is pretty sure July is a dangerous man. Before his logic took over, something splashed down his face and the servant who had been blocking him was already lying covered in blood. The cries of the lawful servant replied, even so they still tried to block Abela from July.

But Abela felt more excited than ever. Like that, at last. Abela Mumbled. Abela's eyes widened looking forward to the blade that led to him. But before the knife hit him, a red liquid splattered on the table. With the corner of his eyes Abela stared at the hand and the flying sword.

When July fell over all her dessert sweets. Whimpering in pain, his groans deafening. In all that chaos, Abela looked at a black-haired young man with a sharp and cold gaze. Staring at him, reminded Abela of Armand's gaze when killing him.

"I can't believe there's a mouse capable of getting into this residence" said the man coldly. He coldly kicked July's body.

"Hi, mom. How you doing?"

The young man smiled in an unusual way. Abela can guess who she is.

"Bastian?"
