Life Becomes Duke's Beloved

Life Becomes Duke's Beloved
The Castle Left Wing

.

Abela was pensively astonished at the facial expression that Calix displayed. What made the man's face glow red? Abela was a little awkward as she let go of her hand. He tried to smile.

"Alright," Abela said briefly.

Abela turned back to Calix, joined by the kind-hearted Cesar who was waiting for him. Armand ignored him and walked ahead of them.

"Duke Estonia ... It seemed to be very interested in Madam," whispered Cesar to Abela, who was even heard by Armand walking in front of them.

Abela laughed awkwardly, "I don't know, your majesty." Abela tried not to talk about it. He doesn't want to talk about it right now. He did not expect what he thought to be right.

Abela looked at Armand's sturdy back not looking back in the least.

"I think it's because this woman is very beautiful so she reacts like that" Abela said more to herself.

"Madam is right, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen" Cesar replied casually. The crown prince smiled at Abela making Abela laugh softly.

Yes, of course, that's the reason. Inner Abela. The same reason why the man in front of her fell in love with this woman. Abela was still walking while drifting in her own mind. When he stopped because Cesar held his hand. Armand also stopped his steps and had already pulled out his sword.

Cesar and Abela did the same. Be alert for anything that might appear before them.

"What do you think is in front of us?" armand asked closer to Abela.

"If this is the left wing of the castle ... Too many might show up," Abela replied calmly.

"What did you think of when you created them?" armand asked as the big two-headed lizard walked slowly from the darkness.

"At that time ... I was just bored," Abela replied slightly grimacing to hear Armand laughing out loud.

Cesar put on a confused face, he did not understand the conversation of the two people. So he chose silence.

"If you can ... Slash his head at once," Abela said in a flat tone.

"You heard it was Cesar" said Armand, sounding satisfied.

"All right." Cesar smiled before running forward. Towards that crowd of not-so-aggressive monsters and slashed the heads of three monsters at once.

"They look weak" murmured Armand.

"Yes ... They're just useful at scaring losers." Abela smiled slantedly at Armand. The two of them did not move in the slightest and just watched Cesar clear a path for them.

"Gee ... You guys are very helpful" said Cesar who was covered in blood.

"Just take it practice," replied Armand casually.

"You are so great, your majesty" praised Abela sincerely.

Cesar rolled his eyes at the words of these lovers and began to lead the way.

"You can even lead the way" said Armand again, not stopping to embarrass Cesar.

"Stop that, Uncle." Cesar did not turn his head, he did not want to show his timid expression.

"Wait a minute." Abela gestured for them to stop walking when she smelled a foul smell. Cesar took a few steps back and stood beside Abela.

"Is he here?" ask Armand quietly.

"He who?" ask Cesar. Finally want to know.

"The body of the possessed witch" Armand replied.

"Oh ...." Cesar did not ask again. I don't know why his heartbeat was racing. Sweat dripped from his temple. He doesn't deny it if he's nervous.

"The smell is not approaching. Does that mean the body is just lying around?" ask Abela to Armand.

"You want me to check it out?" ask Armand with a flat face. It made Abela upset again.

"There's no need if you don't want to" Abela replied scowlingly.

Cesar rolled his eyes hearing the old couple's debate.

"Can't we go together?" ask Cesar in a bored tone.

No one answered Cesar's question. Abela's face still looks upset and Armand's face still features a flat face.

Cesar sighed, "I'm the one leading the way then," he said as he stepped forward.

Armand had no other choice but to follow his nephew whom he had to protect. Armand gestured for Abela to walk first. Abela immediately understood with that gesture. Walk slowly behind Cesar.

Cesar approached the source of the stench, towards the one room whose door was closed.

"What room is this?" ask Armand to Abela.

"I don't know, this castle is too big. So I never managed to remember all the rooms that were there" Abela replied honestly.

"Let's go masum." Cesar tries to prevent unnecessary debate between the lovers.

Cesar grabbed the doorknob and pushed it slowly, then opened it a little rough. The sound of the old door hinges never opened somewhat made their ears hurt.

The three of them entered the dark room. Their auras radiated on each other's swords. To produce a little light. Inside the room, the shelves lined up neatly. Dust-filled parchment rolls crammed the contents of the shelves.

"I remember ... I think this is the room where I keep all my failed research verves." Abela told me who it was.

Armand followed him from behind. And Cesar in front of him went down that long shelf.

"This room is very spacious" muttered Cesar softly.

After that, no one spoke. Even their footsteps were not heard. Abela's feelings are starting to feel bad. He was sure something bad was going to happen. Abela became more alert. Especially when he saw the black sheath that stretched out at the end of the hallway made of large shelves lined up.

"What's that?" mumbling Cesar slowly.

"No matter what it is don't get close to it" Abela replied.

"You don't know what that is?" Armand asked behind him.

"No ... I'm not sure I've ever seen that." Abela convinced Armand.

"What happens if I touch it?" cesar asked inexplicably sounding excited.

"Don't joke your majesty ...." Abela warned Cesar.

"There's something coming out of there" whispered Cesar.

Abela spontaneously pulled Cesar. The three of them also turned off their aura. Armand was behind Abela and instructed them to follow her. They hid by squatting on shelves filled with thick parchment scrolls and books.

Five black-robed people came out from the veil. They look suspicious. Two people were like drawing a magic formation on the floor. The other three went to one side that Armand, Abela and Cesar had not yet crossed.

The three black-robed men raised a chest whose lid was made of glass. From inside the chest it seemed that the stench was coming from. They took out something of a large size wrapped around a maroon-red cloth. Put it in the middle of the magic formation.

They carefully opened the twists of the cloth, Abela peeking between the parchments. A red light emanated from that magic formation. The light was enough to make Abela narrow her eyes. Slowly from the loose winding of the hand one hand raised pointed into the air.
