I'm here again for the third time and Sir Xavier asked me to work without consulting again.

"Then will I start in the next week? I'll finish by the end of summer. But I guess I can finish in 3 to 3.5 months." I like clients like this, I'll work quickly and make sure he's satisfied with the results.

"start. If I come here I'll go to a hotel near here."

"alright. I understand Sir. I won't let you down. I need Alma's help to set things up."

"Of course tell him you need help."

"Something's up..." He stopped and looked at me. I look to Sir Xavier. What's he gonna talk about so it takes time for my approval, is this about that damn Mason again.

"Mason said he asked for a year to pay the cash he had left. He's guaranteed his mansion unit. I've checked it's valid ownership in his name." I thought it was about that son of a bitch.

"Who said he could do that!"

"He was not fired from Gensler, his father paid the additional amount of stock for the value of the money Gensler paid, but for the one he paid he took on himself..." Sir Xavier has not finished speaking I cannot bear to cut Sir Xavier's words.

"I won't ..." He raised his hand.

I can't deny the authority of his voice.

"I won't tell you to take it raw. Since he's still working he's got clients, what if in interest he has to deposit the amount of interior design projects on you in return."
