Mr. The Lawyer Fatal Attraction

Mr. The Lawyer Fatal Attraction
Part 35's. Pops Up the Question

"Because I want it from himself. If she is ready for a new relationship. That'sthat's all. If not, maybe he's not interested." Alma breathed.

"Yes well Miss I understand your point."

Shortly thereafter Sir Xavier returned with us. Its appearance is fresh, although the skin looks a bit reddish in the sun. The smell of the bath gel made my imagination play too far.

"You been a long time?" He smiled at me. The only sign that she's happy I'm here I think. Is he happy I'm here? Can't she tell me.

"Not for an hour I guess."

"In the middle of harvest season, they are harvesting apples and cherries now. I'll choose for you."

"Yes thank you."

He looked at me for a while then took another look, making me ask what was on his mind.

"Alma, what are you cooking?"

"We have Chicken Tikka Masala, Baked Salmon, Sheppard Pie, Carbonara, and Salad."

"Every weekend we eat Alma's home cooking." Alma smiled at her Master's praise. He left us to eat together.

"Why don't you take Alma to your apartment in Manhattan?"

"Ordinary days I don't eat at home, I work till night. Besides he helps take care of the house and the plantation here."

"You work till night?"

"Yes, I already have a lot of junior lawyer groups under me. And that means a lot of consultation time if there is a problem that they cannot solve. But for corporate lawyers as much as possible they avoid unnecessary problems. The real problem is if it's been in the media and the courts." He explained a little of his work.

"I'm thinking of stress solving someone else's legal problems. I'd rather scold people for painting the room wrong. Yeah but that's why you're paid a lot."

"You pay me, I'm glad you like it." I'll shut up for a second. I better switch the conversation. "Did I bother you by coming here?"

"No."

"Really?"

"Yes, really. I don't mind. Just maybe instead of coming here, someone could take you for a weekend to a place more extraordinary than just a garden like this." Now is the real talk. He looked at me seriously.

"I don't mind trying to garden."

"I don't have a bright life. Compared to all your lover's lists. You'll regret being here." He was right, of all my lover's lists he was the ugliest in value.

I looked at him and answered him.

"It's okay, you're right about that. But I was tired of the standard too high but they all ended up disappointing. I'm not gonna demand a 5-carat diamond, if I think I can buy it myself." I laughed at him myself looking at him. "There's another question Sir Xavier."

"I feel nudged when you speak standard. Do you have any numbers for your standard, maybe grades C- through A+. I don't think my grade is good enough." I grimaced wide. He was right the first time he saw her I just gave her a 65 nikai. A little better than enough.

"That's just a useless standard until now."

"All right, then what do you expect from me."

"The one who has always been there for me, honest, loyal. That's all."

He sighed.

"I don't know what to tell you Al. I think you'll regret being here."

I don't care about the pessimistic statement, let's cut this shit.

"Xavier, be my lover?" I said directly to Sir Xavier fearlessly, asking him to be my lover and he looked at me calmly without expression of surprise at my request.
