Mr. The Lawyer Fatal Attraction

Mr. The Lawyer Fatal Attraction
Part 73's. Oscar Haugen

I got to the building at 51st in Midtown Manhattan this is Oscar Haugen's place. To the level of the owner of the superyatch it seems that this place is quite simple. I imagine she took a penthouse of hype in a skyscraper that allows 360° views. But well maybe the reason is near the office or maybe for practical reasons close to the office as well.

The building in the area referred to as Hell Kitchen is home to actors and art organizations. Nearby Broadway, tourists from Times Square. It is close to Hudson River and Central Park.

This building is large, it should be able to contain 4 bedrooms, even have a balcony terrace above it.

Oscar picked me down. I came wearing a work blouse with trousers and coat for this cold fall. Obviously a conservative work blouse is not manipulative.

"The Oscar." I smiled at him. She looks relaxed with her white sweater sweatshirt and dark jeans. The owner of this yatch is indeed charming and without it does not like to engage with unnecessary women like David Montgomery did

"Good afternoon. Let's ride..." I see, the old unit is designed in the style of american classic does look old, the old owner likes dark colors. The appearance of the house brings a cozy home vibe with an old fireplace and a cozy granny knitted crochet blanket during the winter.

"I think a guy like you would buy a unit kind of hype. When you sent me the address I was a little surprised." She smiles.

"I love this neighborhood, my shadow about NY is living in the streets of many trees in the middle of the city. Every day I see tall buildings I need this kind of environment, it feels close to nature and art."

"Ahh okay. I-i understand. Is this 4 floors?"

I started with a list of initial questions that have been memorized out of my head inserting it between home viewing activities. I sat down and showed him some pictures that I thought were close to what he imagined.

"You're right, I love models and vibes like this. You're good at reading what customers want. Some of the designers I met were imposing their idealism. According to them this is the hype style now these artists and that one, have used their designs. They forget individuals have their own preferences."

"I work a lot with private residences, our skills are there, so we train with the wishes of our clients. For us our design is what the customer wants, this is the client's personal project not our project."

"I like you guys, it seems that this time I found someone right."

"Hopefully, the design will be satisfactory for you."

"I'm looking forward to it then. You want some lunch?" Suddenly he offered me lunch with him.

"Lunch?"

"Yes, in this place there are many good restaurants. Where do you live...." I mentioned where I live. She seems to know him even though he does not live in NY.

"That's a hype building." I grimaced with his comment.

"Not the penthouse only has 3 rooms, it's normal. Previously I worked in Paris for almost 2 years so my old apartment has been sold, it happens that someone wants to buy it. I got that hype unit a long time before it was finished. I love it because it's overlooking the Hudson River."

We talked all the way to the restaurant. Until now he has not touched the status of personal relationship I asked him if he would ask at this meeting. If not, I'll just ask.

It turned out that until the last moment he had not mentioned anything personally at that lunch. So I'm going to get into that topic now.

"Second preference, I don't understand... You mean with second preference? Do I have to decide on another theme?"

"Oh no, if you have a partner, who also lives with you usually he also has his preference probably towards some rooms. If it doesn't mean I don't set up any more meetings?"

"Oh no, I'll decide the design myself. You just have to consult me."

"Well, I understand."

"You ask me that, you know our parents arranged our meeting." He laughed, now I can get into this.

"I don't know at the time, I didn't see Mom for a few months, she happened to accompany Dad on duty here. So I thought it was just accompanying him to breakfast." Now I can explain at the beginning.

"Ohhh you don't know?" It seems he thought I was lying and pretended not to expect it.

"For God's sake I don't know Oscar, actually if I knew I'd be against Mom's plan. Because I already have a real lover. I have to apologize to you because my mom forced me to get into the show. I'm being friendly with you, sorry to make you misunderstand." Now I have decided to open it all up.

"Oh okay. There seems to be a contradiction to your mother about a lover, that's why she put you in that breakfast without you knowing."

"Yes, a little bit, but I'll handle it."

"Who's your lover." He seems to be asking who can defeat his superyatch, surely the owner of another superyatch.

"He's a nobody, he's not a corporate owner, he's just a legal professional."

"REally..."

"Why doesn't your mother agree, seems like a good job? His career was considered undeveloped. Professionals who work hard must have an X factor to rise to the top. There are many other factors as well ... " He began to defend himself by mentioning his advantages.

"No, it's not a matter of his career not developing. It's just a difference in the preferences of the mother and child."

"Obviously it's different, your mother looks objectively while you look subjectively." Yes Xavier does not have a superyacht or a plane, but I have also reached that level. I'm also used to seeing the objective thing, the amount of money in the account, how handsome someone is before I value the subjective thing, which is heart, character and loyalty.

He began to take offense and compare. I'm silent. Turns out he's pretty hard. He didn't know I'd been there either

"I just want you to not misunderstand me. I'm afraid you're expecting something I can't give you." She smiled a little.

"What's wrong, I'm not demanding anything from you. Just do that design. I don't mind if you can't have dinner with me. Don't be afraid to offend me. You appreciate you saying it so frankly."

He said it's okay, but it seems he's not the one who likes to be defeated. This way it will be more difficult to deal with.

He's on a mission to change my mind.
