POV Xavier
Winter in Duluth, a city located in the state of Minnesota in the United States, is arguably quite cold and snowy.
Duluth is located at the western end of Lake Superior, which can worsen winter weather conditions due to the lake's snow effects. Temperatures in Duluth during the winter months, usually from December to February, can drop well below freezing, the report said, with the highest average temperature only reaches - 4 C° to the lowest temperature - 11°C.
Cold winds can make it feel colder, with temperatures sometimes dropping to -30°F or lower. Snowfall is also common in Duluth during the winter months, with an average snowfall of about 80 inches per year. Snow lake effects can result in severe blizzards and blizzards, which can complicate travel and sometimes result in road closures.
Apart from the harsh winter weather, Duluth is known for its winter recreation such as skiing, snowboarding, snowshoes, and ice skating. The city also celebrates winter with events such as the Bentleyville Tour of Lights, a popular holiday light show, and the annual Winter Festival celebration, that includes activities such as sculpting ice and plunging into Lake Superior.
"It's cold." When I picked him up that afternoon the temperature was -5°C. It was snowing thick last night we all saw a white road today.
"It may be up to -14°C if night. DC and NY are rarely this cold, so most Mom and Dad go to NY or LA in winter. We take turns to host if it's Christmas between me and my brother." I gave him an idea. "But this year it's all back to Duluth, we've missed the heavy snow.
*US use Farenheit but because it is difficult to imagine Farenheit use Celsius ajalah yes.
"What is the snow emergency route?" I pointed at the sign I found on the street.
"Ohhh that if there's a big storm the snow dredging vehicles will operate, on this road there shouldn't be any parked cars or you'll be towed if you break the line."
"Ohh emergency lane for snow."
"Yes." Yeah."
"Is your house far away?"
"Oh, about 30 minutes away, my house is next to the river St. Louis. Just 10 minutes from Lake Superior. You're gonna love it."
4 Bedroom house gini about 11billion there gangs.
"We should be here summer, winter is as beautiful as this." Allison seems to like my neighborhood.
"Yes summer here a lot of fishing tours. More pleasing to the eyes."
"Do you have food in winter like this."
"Food? Hmm.. here many descendants of Norway who immigrated so the local food here is Scandinavians food, lutefisk, julekake, krumkake."
"Oh so. Many Norwegians? Why did they come here?" Allison looked astonished. It's strange but that's the history of this city full of Norwegian descendants.
"In the early 19th century, for wood-cutting and quarry work. That's what I learned at school."
It wasn't long before we got home. Mom opened the door for us. He greeted us with a big smile on his face. Getting me to have another wife is a relief for him.
"It's Allison, Auntie's heard a lot of stories about you. Glad you're here this new year."
"Auntie, nice to meet you, sorry I'm gonna bother you for a few days."
"God how could you possibly disturb, we've all been waiting for you."
I introduced him to my extended family, Father, my Brother and Sister's family who were there for lunch as well as an introduction to him.
Since Allison was basically a fast-mixing person, then she could instantly chat a lot with the others. Everyone loved her and she seemed to enjoy the attention everyone gave her.
"You're getting married soon, Uncle and Aunt are thrilled, and Xavier finally finds someone who can melt away his winter, six years you know what it's like in the fourth and sixth years when he still doesn't have anyone it's like we're worried. But now look, I don't know what happened he even had a girlfriend son, it was too shocking yesterday Christmas he told me. Hope our house isn't too small for you, it's just a simple house." My mother is most excited to welcome her future daughter-in-law now.
"Auntie I'm just his son. Have no power. Xavier helped me a lot and my best friend, which is why I'm comfortable with him. I've been troubling him all this time. This house is so beautiful Auntie, I want to come here if it's summer. Must be beautiful."
"You're free to come at any time, but call ahead so Auntie has a little bit of preparation. Invite your Mom and Dad too, but your dad may have a lot of bodyguards, Aunt's house is only 4 rooms..." We both laughed My mother thought so far, when perhaps Allison's father and mother could trouble her so far.
"No. No, Auntie don't bother. There's no way Dad and Mom are staying here with all the escorts. But if he's off duty, maybe he likes fishing." Allison shook her hand.
"Oh your dad likes fishing? You guys should bring him here. This place is great for fishing. Uncle also has friends who like fishing."
"Your friend will be proud to see who you're carrying." My mother chimed in on Dad.
"I've often told them Xavier is Mr. Austin's lawyer...."
They were shocked when they found out about Allison's background.
The family introduction went well, unfortunately then the snow was so thick that we were difficult to go anywhere. I wanted to take her to a nice restaurant downtown. Unfortunately, I didn't seem to have a chance.
Since we didn't live on a big road it was harder for us to get out of this thick pile of snow. It takes hard and dangerous effort.
"The snow's like we're in the north cover. I don't remember when I last saw this snow. He smiled broadly."
"We can't go anywhere."
"I'm not happy to see this heavy snow." He instead went to the spacious courtyard in a thick jacket and high shoes, and attempted to walk around and drop himself into the snow.
Seeing her so happy I finally had a way to propose to her without going to take her out to dinner.
I'm moving into the house.
"Where are you going, accompany me." He was still playing in the snow happily.
"I took my jacket and shoes." I disappeared into the house. Yes I did take a jacket and shoes, but also a proposal ring.
Tuck it quickly into the pocket of a safe shirt.
I followed him playing in the snow, until we were exhausted and sitting in an unburdened chair.
"It's beautiful isn't it..." Allison played snow at her feet. Cold air freezes the tip of their nose and breathes in the air.
"It's so beautiful..." While I was with gloves trying to round the snow a fist hid the ring box I had bought.
"You don't hit me again . It's enough to play throw throwing." He laughed to see me round one more snowflake.
"No, I just round it, then there's ice in it. Here the snow can be so."
"How could you possibly be so lying." He's laughing at me."
"You don't believe it? Just try to open whether there's solid ice or not in the middle." I gave her a snowball that I had rounded solid enough to her.
He saw me in doubt.
"I can't believe you fooled me." She laughs.
"You can hit me with snow if you don't find the ice in here." I gave the ball to him.
He accepts. "Well do you remember I'll hit you if there's no ice in here." Finally he accepted it as well and started to smash the snowball. I waited for him with a thump. The snowflakes fell down and revealed a small box of black velvet inside.
"What is this..." He looked at me not understanding. Then his face began to know what the box was. "It's..." I took it from his hand and opened the contents of a solitaire ring visible in it.
"Married to Allison." I looked at him in his eyes while he looked fascinated with the ring in my hand.
"You proposed to me in the snow. How can I wear it." I laugh.
"You can keep it first." He chuckled at the ring between his woolly gloves.
"I want to wear it here. Yes I will marry you. Applying to me in the snow in front of her grandmother's yard. Our son will have a story about this. I'll marry you." He took off his woolen gloves and asked me to put them on, commenting on the way I proposed to him.
"Isn't it unique to be a good picture and story."
He laughed now, he saw the ring that was already attached to his finger.
"I once dreamed my proposal would be like, a trip to Turkey and then applied on a hot air balloon, but it turns out in the yard while opening a snowball." He laughed again and looked at me. "I don't matter where the proposal is, it's just a teenage girl's wishful thinking, the important thing is we can live it together. Thank you. It's beautiful."
"I was going to take you out to dinner but with this thick snow, and the weather forecast I lost my hope."
"Evening is too ordinary I like this, it's perfect. I'm sorry I complained a little."
"You like the ring."
"I love it the diamonds are big enough for people to say five carat diamonds are overkill." Now he insinuates me. "Dear no offense, I told you I agree too. It's gonna be a memento ring anyway. We wear wedding rings but for wedding rings let me choose."
"Yes okay. For your wedding you chose everything. You're satisfied." I pinched his reddened nose. We can't stay out too long.
"Of course."
"May we get through it all together, so that it ends up aging together like our parents." He held my hand, with us enjoying this moment. White snow surrounded us like glare even though the sky was a little dark.
"Hopefully. We're going to work on it, something has to be worked on, no, I'm not perfect you are either, there's just the two of us trying."
"Yes we'll try." He approved my request. I also need to do better than my first marriage. Not to be as sorry as yesterday.
Cold air and gray sky. But our hearts are warm with happiness.
No need to wait for the blue sky and warm air to be happy. The source of happiness is in your own heart.
