#20 Other Side of the Road
Mentari laid himself on the bed, facing the ceiling of the room. He realized that everything that had happened must have been his mother.
"Bin what should I do?" The voice of Mentari sounded full of tones of despair.
"Are you sure about him?" Instead of answering Mentari's question, Bintang asked Mentari instead.
"Ughh..," replied Mentari confidently by nodding his head.
"Is he nice to you?"
"Of course he's very good" Mentari recalled many things that Arfan had done for her.
"Then you can't give up!"
"Then what about Mom?"
"I think your mom's just worried you're gonna be disappointed, I did that to protect you!"
When they were still discussing, Miss Rima called the Stars home because it was late, "You know what I mean, right?" said the Star from the doorstep of the room Mentari, the Star turned to leave Mentari who still looks to think.
In Spain, Arfan is still busy taking care of everything so that his club there can rise again. Arfan asked Grandma Wijaya for help to find many sponsors for the benefit of the club. Grandma Wijaya does have many acquaintances and colleagues in Spain. Arfan is lucky to have Grandma like himself, so Arfan can quickly solve the problems that occur.
Today Arfan can breathe a sigh of relief and immediately prepare to return to the city of Z. Arfan remembered his Grandmother and contacted her before returning home.
"Thank you, Grandma, for your help, I can go home sooner" Arfan said on his phone.
"You are, I am your grandmother of course I will help you."
"I close first, Grandma, I have to get to the airport." Arfan wants to close his phone.
"Wait first...Grandma has one request for you!"
"What's Grandma, let's say I'll definitely grant it!"
"Immediately marry Mentari, Grandma already wants to pet a great-grandmother before dying," Grandma Wijaya's voice turned raucous.
"Grandma don't say that, Grandma will definitely live a long life!"
"Marry my son, Grandma is waiting for you to grant it to Grandma!" without waiting for an answer from Arfan, Grandma Wijaya closed her phone connection.
Arfan felt his entire joints limp, how could he have granted his Grandmother's request while he was just an old man who was inappropriate for Mentari who was still young as said by Bu Kartika Mother of Mentari that morning. On the other hand, his Grandmother loved Mentari very much and hoped that Mentari could be part of their family.
"What should I do?" Arfan's heart and mind fight each other, all the way back to the city of Z, Arfan can not calm down.
Today Mentari is still on campus, finished following the course he invited Siska to accompany him to the faculty where Arfan teaches as a lecturer.
"Are you sure you'll find him there?" Siska asked who these few days saw Mentari looking pitiful because she could not contact the person she liked.
"I've been looking for him at the club, but Dio said even in the last few days their boss hasn't come to the club."
Dio and his friends did not know about the problem, only Tomi and Arfan know about the problem and intend to keep it all a secret so that they do not worry and feel burdened so that it affects their performance on the field.

"If it wasn't on campus, I don't know where else to look!" Mentari does not remember if Arfan also lives with his Grandma, he should be able to meet Grandma Wijaya but he was not thought to get there, he said, maybe because his heart was erratic so it could not make him think more clearly.

Siska and Mentari walked to the sports faculty, down the corridor and up the stairs to get to the lecturer's room because it was on the third floor and access to be there only using the stairs.
Mentari went inside followed by Siska. He found no sign of Arfan there, until someone asked them.
"I'm sorry Miss, who are you looking for in this room?"
"Pak Arfan is on leave because there are affairs abroad, I replaced him to teach until he returned" said the lecturer.
"When will Mr Arfan return?"
"We ourselves do not know it clearly after his affairs are finished he will return to teaching!"
"Alright sir, then thank you. Excuse me first!"
Mentari and Siska left the Lecturer's room, "Why didn't going abroad tell me?" mentari's eyes began to faint, clear details ready to escape from his clear eyeball.
"You don't grieve, Mentari, she'll definitely be back!" Siska tried to calm her best friend.
"Let's get out of here!" Siska invites Mentari to return to the dormitory.
The mentor walked staggered, limp and uninspired as he felt right now. Siska kept trying to comfort her best friend. They did not know that on the other side of the road they were walking on, Arfan was walking towards his study.
Arfan arrived at the lecturer's room, "Long-life Mr. Arfan, there were two beautiful girls looking for you." Said Mr. Rio who was talking to Mentari and Siska as soon as Arfan entered the Lecturer's room.
"Who are they?"
"I forgot to ask their names, it doesn't seem like we're students sir!"
"It seems they are still very young, especially those who have spoken to me. She was beautiful and cute, it seemed like she was a very smart girl, I could see from the twinkle of her clear eyes and her charming smile." Praise Mr. Rio for Mentari who is eye-catching.
Arfan thought if it must be Mentari, "Don't ever think if you can like it let alone to get it!"
"As long as the yellow janur hasn't curved there's still a chance for me isn't it sir?" Mr. Rio did not realize that Arfan had changed his face.

Arfan headed to his desk to pick up the map he had placed in the desk drawer and rushed out of the room to chase after Mentari.
"It's weird that Mr. Arfan, why can't he?" Mr. Rio spoke to himself when he saw Arfan leaving.
Rangga approached Rio, "Do you want to look to die if you want to fight with Mr. Arfan?"
"I mean Mr Rangga?" asked Mr. Rio to his colleague who was laughing at the behavior of Mr. Rio who seemed to understand nothing.
"Oh my God, I've been looking for trouble like that!" Mr. Rio just realized that the girl certainly has a relationship with Mr. Arfan. Mr. Rio was shaking his own head, Mr. Rangga was still laughing at Mr. Rio's child-like behavior with his very funny worried face.
"This father laughs over my suffering!" said upset Mr. Rio because Mr. Rangga still continues to laugh at him.
Arfan chased Mentari to the dormitory, he ran to gasp. Feeling tired after a flight for hours is no longer felt.
"If Mr. Rio alone could have liked Mentari the first time he met her, other men would have been like that too!" Arfan nodded while continuing to run.
Mentari and Siska had already arrived in front of the dormitory, they walked inside. Ilyas approached them and made the two turn towards Ilyas who was standing.
"Start..," call Ilyas.
"What's up Yas?" Answer Siska.
"Mothers...My mom's in the ICU!" Ilyas spoke with a trembling voice.
Mentari rolled her eyes over to Ilyas, "Then let's head to Yas hospital!" Mentari pulls Ilyas's hand to follow him in search of a taxi that will take them to the hospital.
"Why don't you tell me anything?" Siska looked at the departure of her two best friends until the taxi that took them away disappeared from her eyes. Arfan looked at the scene before his eyes straight away.
"That guy again!" thought Arfan.
Arfan approached Siska who was about to enter the dormitory, "Do you know where they are going?"
"Sir Arfan?"
