#22 Neutralize the Taste
Last night Arfan waited for Mentari in the hospital, while Siska he told him to return to the dormitory so that he could rest comfortably.
According to the doctor's diagnosis of fatigue and indeed the condition of his body is not too good. It seems that the girl is a little stressed lately so that it affects her health condition.
"I'm sorry little Mentari" said Arfan beside Mentari who was still unconscious, but gradually the fever began to fall.
Arfan fell asleep in a sitting position with his head on the bed while holding the hand of the girl who was freed from the infusion tube.
Arfan suddenly woke up because he heard Mentari constantly rummaging, between conscious and unconscious with closed eyes Mentari kept calling his name.
"Sister...Brother Arfan..Where are you?"
"Why is Big Brother so evil, Brother..sister.why go do not tell me anything?"
Arfan who listened to the sadness of his little Mentari felt very guilty, there was the same pain he felt. Arfan tries to neutralize his own taste, weighing the taste in order to think more clearly. Lately there are too many problems that he has to face, so he ignores Mentari and his own feelings. Fear has confined himself and his mind to the point of not being able to get out of his heart problems.
Mentari's parents have heard from Siska if Mentari is currently being treated in the hospital, only they are currently out of town and will only arrive in the city of Z tomorrow.
Ms. Kartika asked Siska to help her guard Mentari tonight, but Siska has promised Arfan will not tell Mentari's parents if tonight Arfan is the one who keeps Mentari in the hospital so that Siska complies with the request of her best friend's parents.
The next morning Mentari's parents arrived at the hospital, at which time Mentari had just regained consciousness. Arfan was no longer in Mentari's room when his parents entered the nursery.
"Speaking darling are you okay?" asked Bu Kartika who saw Mentari began to open her eyes.
"Thank you Dad, you've been looking after me all night" Mentari said he was still in a weak condition.
"Mom and Dad just got to Nak because we just arrived from out of town, who took care of you last night here dear Siska."
"Midnight I woke up, I saw that Siska wasn't here Mom. But a man, it's impossible if it's Siska."
Bu Kartika remembered something when he arrived in front of the hospital, it seemed like he saw Arfan's silhouette in this hospital, "There's no way he's here, didn't I forbid her not to see my daughter again, I might have seen it wrong!" Bu Kartika.
Ms. Kartika then smiled at Mentari as she said, "Thank God you're okay, now rest, baby, you might be half conscious so look at Siska like everyone else."
Mentari was still thinking about whether it was true that Siska who accompanied him here last night, held his hand all night so that he felt comfortable and slept well. However, Mentari remains unsure if it is Siska.
Arfan was discharged from the hospital leaving Mentari who was still asleep when he received news from Siska if Mentari's parents were on their way to the hospital.
At the moment Arfan chose to dodge, though, he has not had the courage to meet Mentari's parents again before he is absolutely sure he will keep Mentari or release the girl for others as Bu Kartika wishes him to leave his daughter.

Three days in the hospital, today the girl is allowed to go home. However, they are told to still have enough rest and eat nutritious foods and should not be too stressed.
"Well beautiful girl, today you can go home do not forget to take care of the condition even though you live in a dormitory!" doctor Lukas said after checking Mentari's condition.
"Okay, doctor, thank you." Mentari replied, then the doctor whispered, "Lucky the other day there was a young man who drove you here, if not."
"Did the doctor know who he was?"
"You can ask your friend directly," the doctor turned to Siska who was helping Bu Kartika clean up his belongings.
Mentari nodded, "Thank you again doctor."
"Sama-sama, I stayed first huh." The doctor told Mentari and everyone in the room.
Doctor Lukas left Mentari to continue his work together with Mentari's father who entered the ward after completing all hospital administration. Mr. Mahendra held a piece of paper with a look of confusion.
"Dad is it okay, why is his face bent so?" Ask Bu Kartika.
"It's okay, it's just that I'm confused because the hospital administration has paid off. I was just going to pay for it."
"What do you mean there's someone else who paid for all the administration and care for our daughter while in this hospital?"
Mr. Mahendra nodded, "Who is the person who did it?"
"Maybe Mentari has done good to others so that he gets some good in return, too," Bu Kartika tries to convince himself if it is not Arfan who did it for Mentari.
"Is that you, brother? Why didn't you come straight to see me?" The mentor asks himself in the heart.
Mentari was taken by his family and also Siska to go home, Arfan stood not far from the corridor that Mentari would pass to go to the parking lot. He hid behind a pillar so that it could not be seen, Arfan looked at the nanar Mentari, what a pity for the girl was getting bigger. It's just that his guts are still shrunken, to convince himself worthy of his little Mentari.
Mentari is now home, Grandma Wijaya came to visit because she heard from Bu Rima if Mentari had just been hospitalized.
Mentari was happy because Grandma Wijaya came to see him, "Grandmother..," said Mentari who was embraced by Grandma from Arfan.
"How are you, honey, is it no longer sick?"
"I'm fine, Grandma, thank you for coming here."
"Did my grandson not come here?"
Mentari shook his head, his face changed.
Grandma Wijaya talked for a while with both Mentari's parents, then decided to go home.
"The boy really doesn't know how to treat a girl!" granny Wijaya said as she entered her car.
Mentari was in a room with Siska, and she asked Siska to stay a few days at her house before they returned to the dormitory.
"Is there anything you're hiding from me?" said Mentari who had laid his body in the bed room all pink.
"I..hide what from you?" Answer Siska who actually already understands where the question of his best friend is.
"Of tell me Sis," Mentari urged.
"Well, I'll tell you, but you have to promise not to get mad at me!"
Siska recounted the events of that night and who had taken Mentari to the hospital and even waited for Mentari all night there.
"Don't be sad dear Mentari, I can read from the look on her worried face if she loves you so much" Siska patted Mentari's back.
"Although he never appears before you at this time, but rest assured he is always around you to continue to take care of you" continued Siska.
"Did he pay all the hospital fees?"
Siska just smiled because the answer was definitely yes.
"Does this have anything to do with my mother?"
"Of course there is, he avoids not because he hates you but is neutralizing his own taste, the attitude of a real man will indeed be like that for the sake of his loved ones he is willing to sacrifice."
"I have to how is Sis?" The sun whines like a child.
"You seem to be good at lessons only!" Siska laughed while Mentari put on a sullen face. Siska stopped laughing at the innocent and helpless expression of her best friend.
"Kind him that you are there to support him so that he does not feel alone, for that you must recover immediately!"
Elsewhere, Arfan who went home to Grandma because of a request from the old woman was covering her ears because Grandma continued to scold him.
"You're an adult, so you should be able to pay more attention to him, he's sick even if you don't seem to care at all!" Grandma Wijaya is upset.
"Listen to Grandma, tomorrow you must come to see her!"
Grandma Wijaya continued to talk at length, but it seemed that Arfan did not touch her at all. He climbed up the stairs to his room.
"Basin a bad boy!" Grandma Wijaya shouted at her stubborn mischievous granddaughter.
